Peaceful beginnings

Peaceful beginnings

Our peaceful beginnings, first thing in the morning, lead to peace during our day.

We may often have to reference our peaceful beginnings, but they are there.

By slowing our thought, and slowing our breath, we can begin to access the peace that is here within us.

I find myself going deep within, and deep below the busy mind, full of opinions and things to do.

Finally, when I quiet my mind by not engaging with any of the things it is presenting, I can feel the peace emerge.

And in the peace, my day begins.

I can hear my message for the day.

It is a message which comforts me, reassures me, directs me.

It is timely, and places me where I need to be.

It connects me with the people and resources I need for each day.

It gets my projects done on time.

Within the peace is everything I need, both in an expanded way, and in great detail.

Items I would not have thought of appear and are taken care of in a harmonious flow.

I may be asked to pause as I wait on the right idea.

It always appears when I maintain, or return to, my peace.

I am grounded by my peaceful beginnings.

I can begin at any time during the day.

Distractions, disturbances, concerns abate as I return to my peace.

Even long-term problems resolve through my practice of making room for more peace.

Peace makes room for a different kind of solution.

It makes room for all-encompassing solutions.

It prevents rash action.

It heals misunderstandings.

Peace makes room for every kind of harmonious interaction.

I am devoted to listening for my peace.
