The healing energy is that of upliftment.

Each opportunity to do good is a healing moment.
The feeling of peace is a healing energy.
Healing occurs wherever there is generosity.
Everything that counters greed or unkindness is healing energy.
Where there is gentleness, there is healing.
Patience lays the groundwork for healing.
A rich background of healing creates understanding.
Every step we take to heal ourselves adds to the energy of healing.
Our resistance to being dragged down by heavy emotion adds to the energy of healing.
It is always worth resisting.
And if resistance requires too much in the moment, let go and be carried down, down, down into the void.
That is where you can see the contrasting spark of healing which is waiting for you.
The warming energy of healing is part of the Universe Who Loves You.
It comforts you in the dark places.
It gives you the ability to survive.
It gradually lifts you up, adding to your own store of healing which becomes your own energy.
Healing energy is all around us.
It is in us and throughout our entire being.
Healing energy operates our body, our mind, our soul.
It creates life for us, a beautiful uplifting life.
It connects us to those who are sharing their healing energy.
Our need for healing is a microcosm of the world.
Everything we do to heal adds to the healing of the world.
