It can come as a powerful discovery to realize that my life is my business.

It is no one else’s business.

How I feel is true to me.

It is real.

It is something that belongs to me, and I can change it.

I can change my circumstances to what I desire and to what takes care of me.

I can move into being at peace with myself.

I can trust my feelings which move me toward the peace and happiness I desire.

They exist.

They are real for me.

I can find peace and I can move myself into happiness.

I may take many trial steps to determine my direction.

I have no responsibility toward anyone else.

They have to make their own adjustments.

I cannot bear the weight of anyone else’s opinion.

My life is too precious.

It is my discovery through the purity and integrity of my own thought.

That is my only goal.

I can discover the truth of myself and take my tiny steps toward this goal.

I am worth it.

I have important gifts to share.

The steps I take toward my freedom are vital to developing my power.

They allow me to add strength to the world I live in.

I am strong and I live in a strong world.

This world is my peace and I can demonstrate it.
