The Precious Body
The body is a perfectly designed system.
When we treat it optimally, it works for us in harmonious and comprehensive ways.
It takes us where we need to go.
It functions in a healthy way.
We feel radiant with our perfect body.
We maintain our body through being aware of its needs and supplying them.
We are aware when our body is in balance and when it is not.
We are able to take corrective action to restore balance.
One of the simplest ways is to get enough rest.
We have made a virtue of overworking, but it is not.
It is cruel to our body.
When we honor our body, we give it enough rest.
This allows our mind to rest and restore and to become receptive to uplifting ideas.
When we maintain bodily harmony, we free ourselves for higher action.
We love our body and learn not to get distracted by imbalances in what we feed ourselves.
We pay attention to nutrition and stay away from stimulants.
Perfect balance allows us to discern the effects when we go out of balance.
We love the feeling of balance and happiness and freedom.
We do not rush or push ourselves unless we are training for a physical competition.
Our restful balance lets us enjoy our life and share our enjoyment with others.
We feel secure when our body is in balance.
We prevent emotional upset largely by keeping our body in perfect balance.
We are able to discern the best action to take regarding our body when we listen within.
We are able to pay attention to our body’s needs and honor them.
We respect ourselves through taking care of our body.
