When you are in a peaceful state, you are in an optimum relationship with your body.
You have a good balance between rest and activity.
You are feeding yourself what is good for your body.
You feel satisfied. You have no cravings.
Your peaceful care for your body comes through listening within.
There is so much advice on diet and exercise, it is hard to choose.
When you listen within, you commune with yourself on a peaceful level.
You can tell what is working for your body and what is not.
You can make needed adjustments based on your desire for peace within your body.
You can be led to do the best things in terms of diet and exercise.
Mostly, you want to feel balanced and without cravings or food addictions.
By trusting your body to guide you, when you are in a peaceful state, you will sense what to do.
You will be able to take care of your body in the best way.
I have had to give up fears about my body over and over again.
I know I have the right to peace and health.
I do not have to adhere to the impossible standards based on advertising values.
I can, however, live in such a way that I feel peace within my body as well as in the atmosphere around me.
I know how to listen for messages of peace to share.
I can share my own messages of peace within to create my healthy body.
You can create a good balance for yourself as you listen to how your body responds to different food and exercise practices.
You can trust and honor your own feelings of peace and balance.
This is a state worth striving for.
Listen. Take your tiny steps. Feel the new balance.
