What you think about the body
Whatever you think about the body, it is time to be conscious of those effects.
You may think of yourself in terms of the harassing advertising all around us.
You may think of your body in terms of your physical characteristics.
You may think of your body in terms of society’s evaluations and judgements.
None of these factors are relevant once you discover the meaning of your body.
Your body is here to help you fulfill your purpose.
The body has a perfect design.
We begin to take care of our body when we think in terms of how we can honor its design.
When your body is in perfect balance, you are not distracted by it.
You have no fears about it.
You naturally think and move and eat in ways which support your body.
When your goal is to achieve peace within your body, you listen for those guidelines.
You notice what appeals to you.
You counter your food addictions with a balance that is easy for you to maintain.
You counter a feeling of despondency and an overly full schedule with built in opportunities to walk more places.
Your new action releases you from fear or despair.
You cease to judge your body, as you honor it and take care of its needs.
You are no longer in doubt or confusion as to what is good.
You find a balance and you maintain it.
You give yourself more joy.
You give yourself more freedom.
You have healthy routines for your body, just as you do for your work and for your household.
You look forward to your day and how your body can support you.
You have an uplifting attitude toward your body and your body knows it.
