Shared Global Vision –
Tasteful freedom
We have the freedom to do uplifting things, to steward the earth, to provide common ground for action, to lift up our communities.
We can do this is ways which celebrate the gifts in our communities.
We all have skills and are willing to expand on them.
We are willing to celebrate and appreciate the skills of others.
The feeling of worthiness and respect infuses our action throughout our community.
We find common ground through the desire for sustainable living.
Valuable, freeing ideas emerge from discussions.
As we respect all areas of our communities, we empower ourselves to make them beautiful.
We show our appreciation for where we live, all of us, and we contribute to the sustainability in every service we can.
We create community gardens, food forests, parks, walkways, bicycle paths.
We create errand running services, playgroups, clothing exchanges, produce and flower gardens.
We share knowledge through repair services, tutoring, handyman, mending.
We share food services, bread baking, canning, deyhydrating.
We enjoy community pot luck dinners on an ongoing basis.
We get to know our communities.
We check in on those who are living alone and provide conversation.
All these activities free us from isolation.
We are all enriched by all the people we get to know.
We can receive inspiration and guidance from some.
We can provide help and comfort to some.
Knowing the people who live in our communities frees us from fear and accelerates well-being.
We profit from exchanging stories and knowing each other better.
We are able to draw together in times of crisis and celebrate in times of calm.
