Health Through Peace

A peaceful attitude encourages and increases health.

We are moved into peace through our inner listening.

It lets us shut out thoughts of fear and chaos.

We are able to relax and release worry and stress when we take our first deep breath of peace.

We are able to listen clearly for what we need to do.

As we calm our body, we are able to feel a more normal sense of health.

Our health depends on being able to regulate our emotions to prevent fear and stress.

We begin this process through taking our tiny steps towards our goals of health and peace.

We maintain a practice of inner listening and follow through on the Guidance we receive.

I always take action immediately to honor the presence of the Divine.

I am grateful to find a way to live in a healthy way.

I no longer live with depression and anxiety.

I trust my relationship with the Divine.

I am able to live peacefully within myself.

My body has a completely different way of functioning through harmony.

My tensions no longer govern me.

I can trust the beautiful environment I have created through inner listening.

I have work to do which I love.

I have good friendships.

Even when I am reminded of the past, I also remember how I have left it behind.

I no longer respond to the pressures I used to feel.

I have confident Guidance which provides for me.

I no longer push myself; I create times for rest and reflection.

I am in tune with the Infinite.

I live in a cycle of peace and harmony and health.
