Promise and Fulfillment of Harmony

In a household there are many opportunities to fulfill promises.

The first promise is to live in an orderly manner.

This establishes the basis for fulfillment of promises.

We fulfill the promise to care for each other every day.

We fufill the promise to be courteous and respectful.

We fufill the promise to be willing to listen for inner guidance when conflicts arise.

We fulfill the promise of peaceful resolution by taking the steps which come to us.

We are willing to give up our opinion and to trust our Higher Power.

We see many tiny problems resolved in this way.

We see the solutions appear for larger challenges.

The main challenge is to keep the household pure.

There are so many influences which prey upon the good practices we are teaching.

Our consistent reassurance through continuing to keep our routines in place allows us to fulfill our promises of a harmonious place to live.

This sound foundation stands when there are challenges.

The challenges change, but the foundation does not.

It stands sure.

The requirement to serve and to contribute to the household keeps priorities in place.

By contributing to the harmony of the household, we are living in harmony with ourself.

Our children may want to explore other values, but ours remain pure and strong.

They see our consistency and learn to uphold their part.

This consistency may repel or comfort them, but it stays in place.

It is a reference point for the rest of their lives.

It may challenge us to maintain the standard.

We fulfill our promise to our highest concept of life as we do so.
