Comfort of living in peace

Comfort #34 Comfort of living in peace

Discovering what I love to do and doing it, has brought me into alignment with myself.

This gives me peace.

I have closed the distance between what I am doing and what I want to do.

I have conquered the distractions and obstacles which separated me.

Leaving this agitation behind has given me peace.

Each breath which you take in peace permeates your body.

The time you give yourself for that breath sets you on a course for peace.

This happens over and over again, as you make peace your priority.

The stresses and agitations I experienced over a lifetime led me to require peace for my body.

That is when I began my work to slow down and to listen within.

My body was in such a stressful state, that I required myself to just sit for as long as it took to calm down when I thought of doing something.

I was willing to sit for thirty minutes.

The longest I waited to calm down was twenty minutes, but there were many times when I lIstened within for ten minutes.

Gradually, I built new memories of calming down to replace the habits of agitation and stress.

I still monitor myself in order to move calmly through my day.

There is rarely a time to rush or be in a hurry.

The liberation I feel is more than physical.

I have time to enjoy myself.

I move from project to project with a sense of expectancy and joy.

I love watching each new step take place.

I am happy to celebrate it.

As a project moves toward completion, I and relaxed and grateful.

I am happy to have a new way to share inspiration and peace.
