Meditation Drawing 4.17 – Radiate

When our feelings are heartfelt, we radiate them from a central point.

They can be good or bad feelings according to our situation.

Everything we project comes conviction, from passion.

As we desire to contribute an uplifting attitude, we can take control of what we radiate.

Going to our Source within, we can choose lovliness, consideration, beauty.

Everyone makes a contribution to the general feeling.

Instead of being swayed by the harassment of advertising, we can make a conscious choice.

Our mind is too valuable to be filled up with empty noise.

It is powerful and can create the surroundings we live in.

It is powerful and can create well-being for all if that is important to us.

We radiate what is important to us.

We get a sense when we are around someone if we share important values or not.

That is how what we are radiating shows up.

I radiate inner peace.

This is what I have been consciously cultivating ever since it was revelaed to me.

At first, I used to lie down or sit in a relaxing place and release the sounds of my noisy thoughts.

I would imagine myself in a beautiful setting in Nature.

I would breathe deeply and imagine all the beautiful flowers and grasses, butterflies, and dragonflies.

It was a famliar scene from when we lived off-grid.

As I brought the peace of that scene into mind, I could feel it permeate my body.

I no longer felt the pressure of the day.

I began doing this several times a day.

I still do this even without taking the time to lie down.

I simply remember the feeling and let it radiate all around me.
