We surround ourselves with joy each day.

We listen within for a message of peace and we let it exapnd all around us.

In the peace we find our joy.

We know that we cannot be disturbed or distracted from our joy within.

What is within always shows up on the outside.

We let it be joy.

We listen for joy in little things and nurture it.

We take the time to notice beauty in flowers.

We relax in the feeling of joy in an orderly house through the routines we have learned to maintain.

We appreciate the smile and hug of a child.

We are willing to listen to other points of view with patience and consideration.

We know that whatever uplifts us is a way to acknowledge joy.

We know that whatever we can share of an uplifting nature increases the joy around us.

It is delightful to discover so many little joys.

The little joys connect from moment to moment and give us a joyful day.

We take each step in joy and find we are walking in joy.

We spread a little joy with each step.

People feel our peace and they feel our joy.

It is something they want to be around.

Joy is a naturally attracting force.

There is room for everyone to be in joy.

It does not take up any space.

It is unlimited once we start the flow.

We can find joy through the way we conduct our lives.

It is a wonderful feeling to see it spill over into the lives of others around us.

It spills into our workplace and it spills into our communities.

It is wonderful to see joy increase.
