Still

MD 4.33 Still

I am still as I listen within.

I wait to hear today’s message of uplifting harmony.

I follow stillness with mindful reflection and go back into stillness.

I want to be sure to hear the message without any interference or distraction.

I guard what I allow to come into my thought.

I stay away from dramatic news cycles.

I am here to add peace to the world.

I guard the purity and innocence of my thought.

I affirm the right for everyone to stop the wave of fear by taking a deep breath and moving themselves into a moment of peace.

I do this for myself several times a day.

My clear message comes through when I do this.

The Infinite Divine has many solutions.

There are answers, and they are being enacted as people become conscious of them.

Each day of awareness creates powerful, active solutions.

They come from a deep place of trust in the enriching power of deliberate action according to law.

All law which creates well-being for all comes from the Universe’s Care For All Of Us.

It is immediate and far-reaching.

We are never left without help.

Many of us have manifested help and Guidance individually throughout our lives.

Now we are doing it collectively.

Our daily practice of stillness allows peace to permeate our being and the atmosphere around us.

We create trust in Good and watch it dissolve its opposition.

We take part in the many tiny steps which create good, harmony and well-being for all.

We proceed from stillness every time.
