Meditation Drawing 4.38 Loyal –
To be loyal is to hold on to your deep core beliefs.
These guide your actions and your evaluation of the world around you.
You are loyal to what is familiar to you.
You are loyal to what you trust.
You are loyal to your routines.
You are loyal to the institutions which you participate in.
When you gain new information or insight, your loyalties may change.
You have challenged your deep core beliefs and this may cause you to shift.
Remaining loyal despite new information stifles the possibilities of growth.
Taking in a wider viewpoint allows you to weigh new information against the old and familiar.
I have changed my viewpoint radically a few times in my life.
I have been amazed by the contrast between what I have learned and what I was taught.
It required a tough assessment of what has been going on in my life.
This has rocked the core of what I believed growing up and what I have learned in different phases of my life.
I had to adjust my behavior and my judgement.
I have a more generous view of some aspects of the world which I was unaware of.
I have removed myself from participation in other aspects.
I am committed to well-being for all.
That is my greatest loyalty.
We are all worthy.
I am loyal to the Universe which has created us all.
