A Year Of Joy #31 – Living in joy

It is a privilege to live in joy.

It is a complete contrast to the depression and darkness which enveloped me for so long.

As I learned the simple power of “I love me”, I began to make room for good experiences.

Tiny, simple steps moved me to replace my memories, and I discovered joy.

Joy fills me up.

I live in joy.

Each day, I make more room for joy.

I do what I love.

I move from project to project with so much happiness.

I remember to face forward in my life.

I live in a Universe Who Loves Me.

There is so much good in the Infinite.

Right here, right now, in the present moment, we can take a breath of peace.

That breath is our touchstone.

The peace held in that moment is where we want to live all the time.

Each deep breath brings in more peace.

It brings in clarity.

We can make right decisions for ourselves.

We can move toward the peace.

We can take tiny steps away from disturbance and confusion.

There is a bright life waiting for us to connect with it.

We connect to it through quiet, inner listening.

We take our deep breath of peace to place ourselves in a listening attitude.

We take our tiny steps toward joy.

This is our certain path.
