We expand from a harmonious base.

Each step we take from this base adds to harmony.

The harmony expands from within to the world around us.

It has a multiplying effect.

More peace comes.

More calm, more inspiration, more happiness.

We create a different kind of atmosphere as we let ideas of loveliness and beauty expand.

As we embrace the most uplifting ideas and consider them, we add calm and peace to the world.

What are the ideas which we love the most?

This is where we place our attention.

This is what an artist does, a musician, a dancer, a writer, an inventor.

A beginning idea comes and then it expands through each step into a whole work.

This is how we are creating our day.

This is how we are creating our world.

We filter the ideas which come to us to make sure we are only incuding the ones we want to expand.

We work on those.

We take each next step.

We are always creating the kind of day and the kind of world we carry within us.

We take a moment to pause and take a deep breath.

In that moment we let in the most uplifting idea we can.

I love to remember that we are all precious and worthy and so very beautiful.

I love to listen for ideas which build harmonious community.

The ideas which I invite in to expand are ones which embrace all of us.

We have the ability to listen for each precious idea which will expand to include all of us.
