We come into our higher sense of existence through a sense of being valued.

In reality, we are all precious.

Our individuality consists of the special talents we we each possess.

It is important to live in situations which allow us to feel precious.

In community, we find a balance with everyone’s skills and abilities.

Each set of skills and viewpoint is important.

It allows us all to find a way to adjust in such a way as to be inclusive of all in our community.

What we have in common is far more important for community than anything else.

By emphasizing our common ground, we create a foundation which can hold the many and varied viewpoints which constitute our precious individuality.

Promoting “the general welfare” allows individuals to develop the resources to support themselves and creates vibrant community.

Wide inclusion gives a community the give and take to survive and thrive.

A narrow outlook is brittle and will be strained.

When all are precious, we find ways of nurturing all those who live in our community.

We find ways of comforting those who have been hit with hard times.

We find ways of supporting and encouraging everyone to get back on their feet.

We respect the fact that circumstances change and that we are all vulnerable.

When we realize that, we are able to bring out the precious nature of everyone in the community.
