In my body, which is whole I express health.

In my body, which is whole I express balance.

In my body, which is whole I express intelligence.

In my body, which is whole I express understanding.

Compassion, compassion,  I am self-compassionate.

Compassion, compassion,  I am whole.

In my mind, which is clear,  I am uplifted.

In my mind which is clear,  I am calm.

In my mind which is clear,  I am certain.

In my mind, which is clear, I am individual.

Compassion, compassion,  I am self-compassionate.

Compassion, compassion,  I am whole.

In my heart, which is brave, I am courageous.

In my heart, which is brave, I am strong.

In my heart, which is brave, I take Guided action.

In my heart, which is brave, I persist.

In my soul, which is complete, I have purpose.

In my soul, which is complete, I am expressive.

In my soul, which is complete, I am fulfilled.

In my soul, which is complete, I am satsified.
