How I ask the question determines the answer

Healing Messages 1.48 – How I ask the question determines the answer

I was participating in a group and making good progress in my own study.

During a meeting, I was asked a question which led me to the past, and I found myself answering in terms which I thought I had already released.

When I gave myself some space, I realized that I have, indeed, made the progress.

I immerse myself in the world I am creating and I live there.

By answering the question in a way that led me back into the past, I experienced the past once again.

I now know to consider where the question is coming from.

Will my answer be true to the new world which I inhabit, or will it lead me to my old patterns?

Can I be perceptive enough to recognize the symptoms that are triggered during the question?

Will I be able to reorient myself to the present and answer by reinforcing where I am now?

The things that happened in the past caused me to leave it.

Nothing which takes me back to the past should be allowed in my current thinking.

When I have more experience in my new world, perhaps I will be able to deal with both the past and present.

Right now, I choose to remain alert to the present.
