    I have unlimited and generous sharing.

    There is always new inspiration to receive and share.

    I am satisfied and complete.

    Where harmony takes place

    Harmony takes place in thought and in action.

    Harmony takes place in the moment of one deep breath.

    We open ourselves to harmony when we pause.

    When we consider what is within and what is on the outside.

    We can be a bundle of nerves or a bundle of harmony.

    We are the ones who inform ourselves.

    Are you focused on the world’s chaos and harassment?

    Are you focused on your own inward peace?

    I am cultivating a new habit of turning away from the news.

    I guard what I let into my day.

    My inner peace is precious to me.

    It creates harmony for my day.

    Moment to moment, I can add peace to my day.

    Its adds up into a harmonious household.

    It expands into a harmonious business.

    It includes harmonious relationships.

    I find my expression through listening to the Infinite.

    I love having access to the unlimited resources that I find there.

    When I listen within, there is always an answer.

    This adds harmony to whatever I am doing.

    I am moving into thoughtful existence.

    I am able to consider where my move to action comes from.

    Is it the tiny step from Guidance within?

    If so, I am in tune with the Infinite and it will increase my harmony.

    I had no idea of the power of listening within.

    I was drawn to find calm in my tumultuous life.

    Step-by-step, I have replaced confusion and depression and anxiety.

    I have been guided by a compassionate and caring Universe.

    I am grateful to disocver the ability to gain a feeling of calm.

    Each deep breath has brought me into doing the work I love.

    It is a privilege to share this knowledge with others.

    Pebbles of Peace –

    Harmony permeates

    As we calm our thought, harmony permeates our life through our emotions.

    We remove ourselves from stress or strain when we listen within.

    The guidance we receive harmonizes our day.

    Each deep breath slows us to the frequency of inner listening.

    This is a frequency of trust, a frequency of appreciation.

    We can see the details we need to address in the clarity of inner peace.

    We can connect in a harmonious way with whatever is necessary to our success.

    We attract the resources we need in a timely manner.

    Our interaction within the community lifts it up.

    We are able to increase the peace around us.

    All those who are receptive to what we offer appear in the right way.

    They receive our offering and take it further.

    The initial harmony we receive through our inner listening goes out into a greater range.

    I am so grateful for the harmony which permeates my life through my consistent practice of inner listening.

    I am impelled to return to it over and over again.

    Listening within replaces my opinion and the opinions of others.

    It creates unique connections which are not dependent on opinions.

    I am led to continue my work in a harmonious way in beautiful surroundings.

    Those who desire to know more are able to receive more.

    Through inner listening, I have developed a new kind of prosperity.

    My prosperity increases each time I release another idea of inner peace.

    I am given new forms of expression.

    The Universe insures that my development of each idea is complete.

    I am compelled to carry out the work until harmony permeates every aspect of my offering.

    My radical change of view has given me this new life.

    I have left the memories and opinions behind.

    I am informed by my relationship to the Divine.

    I now know that I live in a Universe Who Loves Me.

    I receive Its ideas generously and unstintingly and I share them.

    I am grateful that I can live with this new, uplifting view.

    It is a complete change and I welcome it.

    I am energized and comforted through the feeling of my relationship with the Divine.

    I feel loved and cherished and adored as I discover this relationship.

    It is wonderful to have an unlimited Source.

    I love feeling the freedom of being generous in sharing my ideas.

    I love learning that my expression is the reason I am here.

    I am grateful that others are finding their steps to freedom through what I share.

  • Ageless harmony

    Ageless harmony

    Regardless of age, harmony is possible.

    At any stage of life, we can discover harmony.

    Instead of progressing through deterioration, we can bring more harmony into our lives.

    This results in greater well-being within and without.

    The same way we can turn from one view and embrace another, we can add harmony to our lives.

    The millions of thoughts we have each day create habitual patterns.

    We can create new patterns as we address ourselves to harmony.

    I am learning to redirect my thoughts when I am triggered by thoughts of harm from the past.

    As I replace them with a sense of well-being, it changes the trajectory of my day.

    I take my first deep breath to slow down.

    This interrupts the escalating agitation of my thoughts.

    It creates room for a different thought.

    My new thought is “I love me”.

    “I love me” has led me to discover what I love to do.

    My tiny steps to do what I love have increased my harmony.

    I am more in alignment with thought, love and action.

    This relaxes my body.

    I am under less stress.

    I can create more harmonious conditions for myself wherever I am.

    My deep breath gives me room for clarity.

    I release myself from pressure or fear.

    The less tension I create in my body gives me better health.

    I no longer add to the distress within or without.

    The Universe Who Loves Me gives me different ways to express harmony.

    My new stage is one of harmony.

    We are always given opportunities for expression.

    It is our privilege to act on them.

    Let everyone who comes in contact with you be uplifted and feel the increase of your gifts.

    You have access to the Infinite.

    Let the Infinite expand your gifts and your business.

    Maintain your inner peace.

    Never participate in anything which takes you away from your high standards and your investment in yourself.

    This is the most important gift, your practice of integrity.

    Associate with those who are prepared to appreciate your gifts.

    Never lower your standards to increase exposure.

    The purity of your expression and of your standard is an attracting force.

    You will be benefited and uplifted by those who are most ready to benefit by your uplifting work.
