  • Peace is mine forever.

    Pebbles of Peace Pathways 4.25 – Peace is mine forever.

    Now that I am learning how to cultivate peace for myself, I am realizing that is has always been there, but I did not know how to access it.

    I turn within many times a day to find the peace there.

    I listen for the ideas to express peacefully.

    I am generous, much more generous, in my thoughts towards others.

    I do not know what they are dealing with, but it can’t be good if they are so unhappy.

    I take three deep breaths (www.takethreedeepbreaths.blogspot.com) to remind myself of my place within the world.

    I sing myself a little song, one of many which I invent, to help me appreciate myself.

    This helps me establish the peace from within so that I can express it around me.

    The peace that I find feels like it has been flowing forever.

    People through the ages have written about peace by sharing their thoughts as poems or paintings.

    They have always been able to draw on their rich resources of peace.

    I am learning to do that, too.

    My thoughts of love include myself.

    In my new chosen environment, I am surrounded by love.

    My sincerity attracts people whom I can trust.

    My authenticity speaks to what is genuine in others.

    My integrity expands my platform of expression and I am able to connect with those of like-mind.

    My ideas are received with sincerity and understanding.

    I feel the support and appreciation of my community.

    I am able to breathe deeply and relax.

    I am confident as I take each next step.

    I am happy and filled with joy.

    I see the strength of the foundation I have been building in my community.

    I know I am on the right track.

    I know that I am in my right place at the right time.

    I feel the love that is radiating out from me and the love that is being returned.

    I am in a flow of love and appreciation and support.

  • Powerful

    What is the power in our life?

    Is it from within or without?

    Do we have power within us or our we at the mercy of all the power struggles around us?

    I choose to exercise the power within me through inner listening.

    This power is consistent and it is really close to me.

    It affects how I see the world.

    When I get disturbed by the images which are brought to me by the news, I turn away from them.

    I reestablish my inner peace many times each day.

    In my peaceful, powerful state, I gain clarity.

    I know what to do and when to do it.

    I maintain my hold on the inspiration which comes to me.

    As I let it permeate my being, it describes my day.

    I am able to use my power to take my tiny, uplifting steps.

    These add to my powerful foundation of peace.

    I engage in uplifting conversation.

    I refer to my inner power to maintain my poise.

    I use my power to refute fear and dread by remembering that we all have access to what is within us.

    We are guided by clarity as we maintain our peace.

    We feel our powerful wholeness instead of being fragmented by doubts.

    We cannot be divided from the peace we know to be true in the Infinite.

    We have unlimited resources through our relationship to the Infinite within us.

    We are able to respond to our inner Guidance instead of reacting to noisy disturbances.

    We are most powerful when we reflect on what is coming to us from within.

    This maintains us in  a consistently powerful stance.

  • Joy in everything

     A Year Of Joy #13 – Joy in everything

    There is joy in everything.

    There is beauty and harmony and balance in every part of earth’s creation.

    There is joy, even in adversity, as we learn how to meet it and transform it.

    We build on all the tiny steps we take.

    We build toward joy.

    We are meant to live in joy.

    We are given the tools and ability to make the transformation when we need it.

    This may happen quite often until we become good at it.

    It is a wonderful skill to be able to build joy, to be able to create it.

    I create joy for myself by discovering what I love to do and then doing it.

    I add joy to my life bit by bit.

    I create more joyful experiences for myself.

    I create a standard of joy for myself.

    I find new ways to express joy.

    I love to see my joy expand and overflow into the lives of others.

    When I feel joy draining away from me, I pause.

    I rest.

    I withdraw to a peaceful place within.

    I take the time to refill my joy.

    I value the opportunity to renew myself and my joy.

    There is value in being quietly reflective.

    There is joy in quietude.

    Quiet action is joyful.

    Joy draws companions of like mind.

    Joy loves to be shared.

    We can increase our joy and share it.

  • From Within, All is Well

    Pebbles of Peace Pathway 4.24 – From Within, All is Well

    The only way to find lasting peace is to find it within.

    Even with this goal, we have to remind ourselves over and over again to return to our safe haven.

    From within, in deep peace, we can listen for and find solutions.

    I have had simple solutions come to me, like remembering where a lost item is, or more complex solutions, like finding a new job, or a new house.

    When I truly expand my thought from within, ideas come to me for larger enterprises, along with each next step when I am ready to listen even more deeply.

    All the steps, all the solutions come from the desire to serve in such a way as to uplift society and civilization.

    It may seem like a ridiculous and preposterous desire to uplift society and civilization, but each one of us, doing our part, adds either to uplifting or depressing our own situation and therefore the larger state of the world.

    When our work comes from the deep peace within, it is truly pure.

    This Universal Source is deep within each of us.

    It is unlimited and available in every situation.

    We can return to it over and over again, and it is always refreshed.

    We have access to an unlimited supply of very relevant ideas which always act in such a way as to bless and uplift society and civilization.

    Because we are not dealing with outside factors when we go within, our solutions are not partisan or destructive in any way.

    From within, all is well.

    We can rely on it and others can as well.

  • Uplifting Day

    Meditation Drawing 4.26 – Uplifting Day

    We uplift our day by listening within.

    We infuse our day with the uplifting feelings of worthiness and delight.

    Instead of the confusion of the shifting sands of daily life, we ground ourselves in the certainty that we are loved by our Creator.

    Our inner listening provides access to everything we need.

    It gives us Guidance to take our many tiny steps throughout the day.

    It leads us to the materials we need and the knowledge of what to do.

    It attracts clients who need our services.

    We become conscious of a better way to do things as we listen within.

    People of like-mind show up in our life.

    We discover ways we can cooperate and share our skills, gifts and talents.

    We begin to build a new community based on mutual cooperation.

    We are able to address everything we need through our contributions of knowledge and skills.

    We are willing to learn whatever we need to know in order to have a thriving and uplifting community.

    Everyone is valued and treated with respect and dignity.

    Our uplifting purpsoe includes everyone and their talents, gifts and skills which are needed for everyone to live in well-being.

    The many unexplored possibilities bring out our imagination and inventiveness.

    There is a living vitality to our new sense of community.

    We all enjoy serving in the ways our talents direct us.

    We have the assurance and certainty of living well with the services that others provide.

    There is a beautiful rhythm to our new harmonious dance of community.

    Resources pour in as we use our imagination.

    There is no limit to our happiness throughout our community.

    We are rested and assured as each day presents opportunities to thrive together in uplifting ways.
