    When I began searching for a way to fix my life, what I was looking for was stability.

    My very first Meditation Drawing is called “Stable”.

    The meditation I wrote to go along with it expresses my idea of being  stable.

    All I need, I receive by my consistent, steady practice of listening within.

    This is  how I began.

    Since my first experience of listening within and receiving the idea for my first Meditation Drawing, I have made more than one thousand drawings.

    This helped me focus on a small space and began to relieve my debilitating panic attacks.

    I have also written the uplfiting meditations to go with them.

    This practice allowed me to calm down and reestablish my health.

    It took all my energy to learn to wait patiently.

    I got tired of all the solutions available through my own opinions and those of others.

    No other experience gave me what I needed.

    From this initial steadying experience and Meditation Drawing, I have been guided to learn many more art and writing skills.

    I have been led to hire an instructor to teach me technology so I could create an on-line Inner Peace Living Retreat.

    I have gained confidence in learning more ways to share my inspiration and peace.

    I recieve a steady flow of ideas for topics to explore in an inspirational way.

    I take my tiny steps as directed by the Universe and my inspiration becomes available to all those who will most benefit.

    There is an attraction to steadiness and peace.

    I am glad it has become a part of my new life.

    I am confident in what I express and how I express it.

    I invite everyone to increase their inner peace by the steady practice of listening within.

    Many Routes to Happiness

    There are many routes to happiness besides the Western one.

    I taught music lessons in the homes of some of the wealthiest people in the Dallas area for four years.

    I used to say that I taught in millions of dollars worth of office space.

    But I did not always teach happy children.

    And though I often saw very happy families, there were also tense, unhappy, pressured families as well.

    Happiness consists of being the person who does what she loves to do.

    With what one young friend calls, “passion and purpose”, we can live happily with fulfillment.

    That answer looks different to different people.

    We complement one another with our differences and preferences.

    That is why there really is a route to world happiness.

    We all have to embrace it in our own different ways.

    It is not a case of competing for limited world resources.

    It is the will to allow everyone to live well.

    The more individuals who find this way help lay the groundwork for the next individuals.

    The more businesses which look to the well-being of all employees and their surroundings help lay the groundwork for the next businesses.

    The triple bottom line works for everyone – people, place, profit.

    We all participate as we take, and encourage others to take, steps to happiness.

  • I am releasing confusion and discovering order along my life-path.

    Life-Path Story Mazes – #49 I am releasing confusion and discovering order along my life-path.

    Looking at  the possibilities of the Infinite releases confusion and establishes order in my life.

    The variety of possibilities is immense.

    I am drawn to what corresponds most accurately to my individuality.

    That is how order is established in my life.

    My life proceeds in a way which allows me to express ideas which are beneficial to me and to others.

    I am able to live the most uplifting life when it releases me from limitations.

    This is a catalyst to others to discover their individuality and direction.

    It all works together to create order and satisfaction and fulfillment.

    There is no confusion when we direct our efforts to well-being for all.

    This comes as we realize that we live in an Infinite Universe which is manifesting Itself through us, and as all of us.

    Our efforts are directed to improve life through our many tiny steps and to show this as a possibility for all who see us.

    We lose our confusion when we move into cooperation.

    We are no longer competing for limited resources.

    We are utilizing our resources in ways which are unlimiting and beneficial for everyone.

    This is possible when we realize we are living in an Infinite Universe Who Loves Us.

    We experience the connection to resources as we need them.

    Our projects flow in an orderly and harmonious way.

    We meet our deadlines.

    We see the successful release of our products.

    There is no question as to the relevance and validity of our expression.

    Our life has meaning.

    We live in happiness and we see it continually expand as we share it with others.

    This is how we release confusion and discover unlimited order in a harmonious Universe.

  • Prove

    Meditation Drawing 4.12 Prove

    We are here to prove the presence of uplifting ideas.

    It is our purpose and our privilege.

    As we each discover our gifts and learn how to share them, we give evidence of this process.

    As we move from isolation into manifestation, it is our generosity which brings us into contact with others.

    Our manifestation proves the process of moving from inner listening to tiny steps to fufillment.

    We gain proof of our divine relationship as we seek to contribute to well-being for all.

    The Universe we live in loves all of us.

    We prove this every time we discover a new teaching tool which applies to every student.

    We receive evidence every time a new invention utilizes resources sustainably.

    Each step towards personal peace sets in motion a wave which resolves conflict.

    We are restored and uplifted as our efforts inspire action which surpasses previous steps.

    Our proof of happiness comes one tiny step at a time as we build a new foundation of trust and intuition.

    We naturally desire to share it and welcome opportunities to do so.

    Happiness and well-being are contagious once we set those steps into action.

    Providing recognition, respect and dignity leads to solutions through skills training.

    Each one is able to prove and demonstrate their ability to contribute.

    New innovative and imaginative ideas appear where there is this kind of opening.

    New contributors are able to prove how they work.

    We reach more people and let them know they are seen and valued.

    We invite them to contribute to the innovation.

    This uplifting attitude proves itself over and over again, as more new people are attracted.

    This new model gains momentum, proving its’ worth.

    We are all involved in living the results of creating a new model.

    We all prove the value of realizing and manifesting well-being for all.

  • Comfort of living by Guidance

    Comfort #50 Comfort of living by Guidance

    It is such a comfort to know that Guidance exists from the Infinite.

    The Infinite has a much larger view of the resources which are available to us.

    The Infinite can create whatever we need and connect us to it.

    We must be willing to listen within in order to feel and receive Guidance.

    The Guidance always comes with a sense of  peace.

    I am confident when I receive Guidance that I can take my tiny step.

    It will connect me in the best way.

    I will be able to complete my project and move on to the next one.

    I am always listening for inspiration.

    That is what listening within provides for me.

    I take my tiny steps of writing and drawing and releasing, and it fulfills its’ work.

    Others see it and respond to it and are uplifted.

    This is what Guidance means to me.

    I am Guided to learn new skills.

    I am Guided to expand my outreach.

    I am Guided to spend time alone in reflection and meditation.

    I am not disturbed by outside influences.

    I can receive the inspiration I need and share it flawlessly, in a way to benefit those who are ready to receive it.

    We are all connected to what is best  for us to receive when we listen for Guidance from within.

    The Infinite has no favorites.

    We  are all precious and loved.

    Listening to Guidance takes care of us in the most comforting ways.

  • Unexpected Ways

    Pebbles of Peace Pathways 4.9 – Unexpected Ways

    Even when things are not going as planned, there is still room for lots of good things to work out.

    I am so grateful for the continuing habit of focusing my thoughts on sharing uplifting thoughts within and letting them take shape without.

    When previous arrangements are forced to change, the Universe still has Its infinite resources to share with us.

    I am finding that these resources, in addition to taking care of me, are able to be shared in a timely way which reaches beyond what I could see or plan and includes many others as well.

    It is a much more peaceful approach.

    I find I am surrounded by entire peaceful situations, which in a previous mode of thought might not have seemed so peaceful and harmonious.

    Life-Path Story Mazes – #48 I am discovering an Infinite Universe along my life-path.

    It is inevitable that our life expands as we observe the abundance and variety in the world.

    It starts with observing Nature.

    The lives of plants and insects show infinite variation.

    We discover so much variation in individuals.

    We have physical, emotional, and mental characteristics.

    We observe the sun and moon and stars, their presence and motion.

    Our part takes place in observation and in action.

    As we observe the large and small patterns in Nature, we realize that we are a part of it all.

    Our harmonious life comes from the order of the Universe.

    We express order and harmony in our body when we treat it well.

    We express order and harmony in relationships when we treat each other well.

    We express order and harmony in community when we utilize the talents and skills of everyone.

    Abundance is not just in observation.

    It is in action, also.

    Effective action creates well-being for everyone.

    That is what manifests an Infinite Universe.

    Our good connects with the good in everyone and creates good for everyone.

    Unselfishness and generosity are part of the Infinite Universe.

    We are always in synchronicity with Infinity.

    We are all always in relationship with the Infinite when we express Its unlimited nature.

    We lose our fear when we connect with the flow of Infinite ideas.

    We realize that everyone has the capacity to make this connection.

    Our life is to demonstrate this in a way which inspires others to make the connection also.

    Then we transform and uplift the way we live.

    We work out from a center of abundance in the most generous way possible.
