    The Last Stand

    Once all the illusions are stripped away, there is only the original lie.

    I was surprised at its vehemence, and the conviction and strength with which it reacted, to deter me from my goal.

    But I had built up such a conviction of light, love and a sense of the divine within me that I was only a witness to that battle.

    It made its last stand in my mind.

    I was shocked and surprised at its hatefulness.

    No wonder it had to hide for so long.

    If it had been seen and exposed for what it was, it would never have been allowed to stay and work its secret ways into my life.

    But pouring in the light and developing the conviction that, despite all I was taught during all the child trauma, I do, indeed, love myself, did defeat the enemy of the first lie.

    And I am whole.

    I am now on my own calm ground, in peace of my own mind and in peace of surroundings which I choose for myself.

    I have that power.

  • I am open to the possibility that the Universe has a larger plan for me.

    My tiny steps of order and harmony open me to the idea that the Universe has a larger plan for me.

    I see the consistent results as they build a marvelous life for me.

    I am not alone in my ability to listen within and to take tiny steps.

    I am manifesting the ideas which come to me, and I am experiencing the upliftment and peace and tranquility of ife.

    This is a possibility for anyone who learns about this.

    I have been inspired by so many writers and workshop leaders.

    It is my hope to inspire others.

    The larger plan the Universe has for me is manifested in the same way as the tiny steps have led me into a larger and more harmonious life.

    I keep taking the tiny steps with the confidence that they are leading me where I can do the most good.

    We are all so very precious.

    We feel this way towards the young and we help them grow up in ways that allow them to continue to feel precious and worthy.

    Even though life is full of challenges and obstacles, we are able to overcome them through our consistent tiny steps.

    We feel directed through the impulses of our inner listening.

    There is only one direction to move, outward and upward.

    It is wonderful to inspire others.

    It is wonderful to discover the power of inspiration within each one of us.

    It is exciting to see ideas connect which create more harmony and abundance.

    We are naturally led to take the individual and collective action which brings harmony and abundance to all of us.

    The unlimited Universe makes this possible.

    Our life-path expands as we experience our own abundance and  are impelled to share the simple steps which have created it.

    This is the Universe’s larger plan.

    Meditation Drawing 4.13 Praise

    Praise what is good in your life.

    Praise yourself for taking your next tiny step, each time.

    Praise the beauty around you.

    Live in a state of praise and appreciation.

    You are worthy.

    You attract good to your life.

    Your life is an uplifting experience to those who are watching your progress.

    You are developing an inward ability to love yourself.

    Praise that new approach for what it is doing for you.

    Live in constant recognition for the good you are doing.

    It is helping to uplift a very confused world.

    Your ability to see good and to feel good is a direct contradiction to the confusion.

    Keep it up!

    Your momentum, and you build it daily, is one of the inspiring energies.

    Your consistency, and you live it daily, is one of the ways that good is breaking through for everyone.

    We all have the ability to live well by sharing our gifts, energies and talents and skills.

    Share yours often and generously and praise yourself for doing so.

    Trust your intuition and praise yourself for doing so.

    It is the intangible resource which connects you to your divine Source.

    Your ability to tune in through intuition places you in a different world.

    You are able to send waves of energy out from this world.

    They inspire and uplift those who catch a thread.

    Your ability to recognize and praise your efforts honors the Universe who gave you your gifts and talents.

    You are the messenger of good tidings and peace and wholeness which are available to everyone who listens within and takes tiny steps of action.

  • Comfort of being steady

    Comfort #51 Comfort of being  steady

    When I began searching for a way to fix my life, what I was looking for was stability.

    My very first Meditation Drawing is called “Stable”.

    The meditation I wrote to go along with it expresses my idea of being  stable.

    All I need, I receive by my consistent, steady practice of listening within.

    This is  how I began.

    Since my first experience of listening within and receiving the idea for my first Meditation Drawing, I have made more than one thousand drawings.

    This helped me focus on a small space and began to relieve my debilitating panic attacks.

    I have also written the uplfiting meditations to go with them.

    This practice allowed me to calm down and reestablish my health.

    It took all my energy to learn to wait patiently.

    I got tired of all the solutions available through my own opinions and those of others.

    No other experience gave me what I needed.

    From this initial steadying experience and Meditation Drawing, I have been guided to learn many more art and writing skills.

    I have been led to hire an instructor to teach me technology so I could create an on-line Inner Peace Living Retreat.

    I have gained confidence in learning more ways to share my inspiration and peace.

    I recieve a steady flow of ideas for topics to explore in an inspirational way.

    I take my tiny steps as directed by the Universe and my inspiration becomes available to all those who will most benefit.

    There is an attraction to steadiness and peace.

    I am glad it has become a part of my new life.

    I am confident in what I express and how I express it.

    I invite everyone to increase their inner peace by the steady practice of listening within.

    Many Routes to Happiness

    There are many routes to happiness besides the Western one.

    I taught music lessons in the homes of some of the wealthiest people in the Dallas area for four years.

    I used to say that I taught in millions of dollars worth of office space.

    But I did not always teach happy children.

    And though I often saw very happy families, there were also tense, unhappy, pressured families as well.

    Happiness consists of being the person who does what she loves to do.

    With what one young friend calls, “passion and purpose”, we can live happily with fulfillment.

    That answer looks different to different people.

    We complement one another with our differences and preferences.

    That is why there really is a route to world happiness.

    We all have to embrace it in our own different ways.

    It is not a case of competing for limited world resources.

    It is the will to allow everyone to live well.

    The more individuals who find this way help lay the groundwork for the next individuals.

    The more businesses which look to the well-being of all employees and their surroundings help lay the groundwork for the next businesses.

    The triple bottom line works for everyone – people, place, profit.

    We all participate as we take, and encourage others to take, steps to happiness.

    Life-Path Story Mazes – #49 I am releasing confusion and discovering order along my life-path.

    Looking at  the possibilities of the Infinite releases confusion and establishes order in my life.

    The variety of possibilities is immense.

    I am drawn to what corresponds most accurately to my individuality.

    That is how order is established in my life.

    My life proceeds in a way which allows me to express ideas which are beneficial to me and to others.

    I am able to live the most uplifting life when it releases me from limitations.

    This is a catalyst to others to discover their individuality and direction.

    It all works together to create order and satisfaction and fulfillment.

    There is no confusion when we direct our efforts to well-being for all.

    This comes as we realize that we live in an Infinite Universe which is manifesting Itself through us, and as all of us.

    Our efforts are directed to improve life through our many tiny steps and to show this as a possibility for all who see us.

    We lose our confusion when we move into cooperation.

    We are no longer competing for limited resources.

    We are utilizing our resources in ways which are unlimiting and beneficial for everyone.

    This is possible when we realize we are living in an Infinite Universe Who Loves Us.

    We experience the connection to resources as we need them.

    Our projects flow in an orderly and harmonious way.

    We meet our deadlines.

    We see the successful release of our products.

    There is no question as to the relevance and validity of our expression.

    Our life has meaning.

    We live in happiness and we see it continually expand as we share it with others.

    This is how we release confusion and discover unlimited order in a harmonious Universe.
