• Receiving creative ideas

    Your Diamond Mind –

    Receiving creative ideas

My innate creativity lies within me.

That is where I feel most at home.

I receive the messages of self-worth and creativity when I listen within.

I now understand that I am creating my life.

The ideas I choose to receive are the ones which shape my life.

As I listen within, I can choose to receive ideas which are unlimited.

Even if they are unfamiliar, I can choose them because I like them.

The unlimited ideas are very attractive.

I move into a different way of expressing my ideas when I realize they are unlimited.

I am open to new ways of doing things.

I am willing to accept a new view.

I gently move myself into a new world through creating it.

The qualities which I value in my new world are safety, warmth, embrace and security.

I am so glad I have taken the steps to value what I love to do.

    That helps me feel secure.

I am always willing to listen for ideas which help me do what I love.

This acts as an attracting force for what is good.

    I attract like-minds.

    I am appreciated and recognized.

I am encouraged to continue my excellent and uplifting work.

I am embraced by the community which loves me.

I am part of a community which shares my values.

    I am validated.

I leave the disruption of a life that is not working for me and move into one that I love.

I feel peace within and all around me.

  • Releasing creativity brings peace

    Pebbles of Peace –

    Releasing Creativity Brings Peace

    We are all creative beings.

We are actually creating the world we live in today.

As we realize this power, we can consciously direct our thought to create what we desire.

I desire more peace within and all around me.

I desire a feeling of safety for myself and everyone who lives on the planet.

It is time to create an uplifting atmosphere for more than myself.

My inner peace has a powerful momentum behind it.

I have learned to create safety for myself by listening within.

I know where I need to be.

I know the tiny steps I need to take for creative expression through art.

I know the way to slow down my breath to calm myself.

I know how to write in my journal to listen to my fears and to address them.

I know how to prepare myself when I am ready to leave my apartment in order to feel safe.

My peaceful expression adds to the peace around me.

I am convinced of the power of inner peace to create new surroundings.

It has been a long time since I attracted bullies.

    A fearful mind attracts like-minds.

I respect how I think and what I give voice to in my art and in my writing.

This is more powerful than outside influences in the present or as memories from the past.

I know the kind of people I trust and enjoy.

    I attract those associations.

Every time I identify a quality of character which I admire, I am adding energy to its expression in the world.

As I consider uplifting qualities of character in my writing and give voice to them, I am creating more peace in the world.

We can consciously redirect our thought and attention to what is uplifting and create more of it.

  • Creativity for Mental Balance

    Loved Cherished Adored –

    Creativity for Mental Balance

As we give ourselves more room for personal expression, it balances the duties and influences we carry around.

We respond to requirements on our time.

We respond to hidden influences in our culture and from our childhood.

We can begin to notice what comes up for us when we consider the idea of personal expression.

We are here as unique individuals.

When we are starved for personal expression, it makes us feel bad.

When we begin to feed the need for personal expression, it moves us into our natural, intended state.

We all have so many opportunities, once we begin creating.

We find more and more ways to play.

We start to spend our valuable time in original thinking and playing.

These creative ideas fuel our daily existence in an uplifting way.

We are able to be more alive at work.

We can even begin to discover a way to spend more of our time in a happy state of creativity.

At some point, we may be led to develop ideas which best express our uplifting nature full time.

Our tiny steps lead us gracefully into happiness.

We achieve mental balance on the side of happiness through creativity.

We give our ideas room to flow.

They grow until they take up more of our time.

We live in a place of happiness.

We are able to fulfill our duties and society’s demands on us with a more uplifted sense.

We see ourselves as competent and confident.

Living as who we really are adds immensely to whatever we do.

We bring authenticity into our lives and release the burdens.

  • Recognition and Appreciation of Resources

    Shared Global Vision –

    Recognition and Appreciation of Resources

As we practice balance in our home and work lives, we can expand our vision to appreciate the resources which are available throughout the world.

Balance in the recognition and appreciation of resources is healthy.

It removes our fear of limitations.

We can begin within our communities.

We can contribute our uplifting thought to projects in the city.

We can serve in some capacity, and get to know others who are involved in city projects.

Our neighborhoods always benefit when we know each other.

We can add to the balance through keeping our neighborhoods clean.

We can add to the balance through community gardens.

We can add to the balance through consolidating our errands.

We can cultivate an attentive sharing attitude.

As we release fears about limited resources in our communities, we can serve on boards for our city and county.

We can become aware of emergency protocols and how to prepare our communities.

We can create recreational activities which let us get to know the folks in neighboring communities.

We can host exchange potluck dinners for the purpose of getting to know each other.

Gradually, other sharing activities will emerge according to our skills and needs.

It is important to create balance by getting out of our homes and interacting with our neighbors.

We can find common ground and we can discuss differing viewpoints in a respectful and dignified manner.

We can discover personal resources as we build trust and knowledge through our exchanges.

Genuine interest in the well-being of everyone in our neighborhoods and communities becomes the attitude we share as we participate in all the levels of resource allocation.

We are able to see our progress though the happiness and thriving nature of everyone who lives on our planet.

  • Balance in the home systems

    Young Persons Mentor/Uplifting Parenting –

    Balance in the home systems

You create balance in the home systems when you engage everyone to make a contribution.

When you begin each day with the thought that everyone is a contributor, you remove the pressure from yourself.

You open yourself to practical ideas.

You may create a list of chores which you post in the kitchen for each person to check off.

You may have a morning gathering on the weekends and assign chores.

You may have a daily and weekly routine which everyone follows.

The balance is also created by family read-aloud time, family game night, and family movie night.

Having regular time to enjoy each other’s company is important for the balance in your home.

It is good to have resources for your children which they can access on their own.

I had a box of art supplies in a low kitchen cabinet for my children to use while I was teaching music lessons.

Part of the balance is returning unused supplies to the box.

As soon as children learn to read, they can read to themselves from the bookshelf in their room.

They can play outside where you can see them.

You can take them to the park along with something you like to do while they play.

They can help you in the kitchen as you prepare meals, setting the table, and later, clearing the table.

They can help you prepare their snacks.

A schedule is helpful while you have young children at home.

You can introduce puzzle time, block time, art time, reading time, even with picture books at first.

This gives you time to do what you need in small steps.

    It teaches your children self-sufficiency.

They do not get overstimulated with media.

Take the steps to teach your children what to do and they will grow in self-sufficiency.

  • Receiving and Sharing Ideas

    Your Diamond Mind –

    Receiving and Sharing Ideas

There is a balance to receiving and sharing ideas.

In the space of quiet inner listening, we create room to receive.

    We breathe our deep peace.

After a while, an idea comes, and perhaps with it, a tiny step.

This is the gentlest and most powerful way I know to receive ideas.

Following through on the tiny step sets everything in motion.

The Universe has heard you, and you respond to the Universe’s Guidance.

Your idea becomes visible through your tiny steps.

It is seen by those who can most benefit.

You are doing the work you came here to do.

You are infused with peace and those who receive your work are, also.

Peace continues outward around everything you do in peace.

    You live an expanded life.

Your tiny steps have increased your foundation.

    You can share more widely.

Replenishing ourselves daily, hourly, is so important.

Move yourself into the space of quiet, inner listening often.

    Let that inform you.

Let it shape your daily activities.

Let it create balance in your relationships.

You will find a greater and more harmonious flow for your ideas and projects.

    You will live your bliss.

You will live an uplifting life.

Your balance to receive and to share is transformative for you and for those who receive your ideas.

  • Systematic Maintenance

    Pebbles of Peace –

    Systematic Maintenance

Balance in the system of maintaining inner peace.

Once we are able to access our inner peace on a regular basis, it is important to learn to maintain it.

Fortunately, we have learned that our inner peace connection is only one breath away.

Each time we take our deep breath and access our inner peace, we are building a stronger and stronger connection to it.

It becomes the standard for our day.

Disruptive elements take up less and less room.

I like to observe my level of agitation when I think about the next thing going on in my life.

When I notice myself getting tense about something, I take my deep breath.

It gives me the moment I need to move myself into inner listening.

I do this over and over again during the day.

Peace, and even relaxation, are becoming standard practice for me.

I can get to peace faster and stay there longer after a disturbing encounter.

I bring in fewer disturbing elements by how I choose to spend my time.

It is more important to me to maintain my inner peace than anything else.

Inner peace lets me pay attention to doing excellent work in every detail.

It lets me be conscious of my surroundings and how I maintain their comforting presence.

It lets me appreciate the progress I have made in my health and well-being.

It lets me be considerate of my needs as well as my habitual awareness of the needs of others.

I am able to focus on creativity and harmony in my work and in my life.

I attract those of like-mind, peaceful mind.

I am balanced about my exercise and food, no bingeing, no slacking.

I take gentle, tiny steps to accomplish my big goals.

I am realistic in an uplifting, unlimiting way.

This is my system for maintaining my balance of inner peace.

  • Comfort for the Uncomforted

    Loved Cherished Adored –

    Comfort for the Uncomforted

Where do you find comfort for your anguish?

When the pain becomes too unbearable, you must walk away.

Your capacity for pain is overwhelmed.

You are allowed to move into a dimension of peace, instead.

This is found in your quiet, inner listening.

Beneath all the messages and noise of pain, is the quiet of peace.

In the peace is your comfort.

It is possible to find the layer of peace underneath all the noise and messiness of pain.

    Go there.

    Live there.

    Be there.

    Be in the peace.

Let the peace take up more and more space in your heart and in your mind.

    It will permeate your body.

    Practice going into the peace.

It can become your permanent residence, the more you practice living there.

Anguish can only take up so much room.

    Move out of that place.

There is another place for you to live, in the peace that is becoming yours.

No matter what your situation, your circumstances, your past, your opinions, your memories, you have the power to find that layer of peace and spend time there.

The Universe is listening and will keep opening up more peace for you.

You show your willingness to step away from all the pain when you realize there is a place of peace for you, and you go there.

    Take your deep breath.

    Move into the peace.
