    What I realize

    Every morning I move into the realization of a new day.

    I can prepare for my new day the night before as I consider how I want my day to go.

    I consciously embrace harmony for my new day.

    I plan in an orderly way.

    I make sure I have my materials at hand.

    I create sacred space for my work.

    I know that my time is reserved for my work.

    Then I trust myself to the Infinite.

    As I go to sleep, I remind myself that the Infinite loves me.

    The Infinite shares Its’ resources with me when I listen within.

    I release control to the harmony of the Infinite.

    I relax into the knowledge of this wonderful feeling.

    When I awake during the night, I reaffirm my commitment to listen within.

    I am always ready to receive ideas, day or night.

    I am grateful to have ideas to work with in the morning.

    I realize that my job is to listen and to share the inspiration I receive.

    As I put the ideas into words and share them, I am contributing to uplifting the world.

    My ideas move beyond me in a natural, energetic way.

    The order I feel from my inspiration dilutes the confusion in the world as it is received.

    Each person who moves out of confusion adds to the peace and harmony of the world.

    As this becomes a daily, hourly practice, we realize a new feeling of harmony and order.

    We are able to get done what we need to, and others are able to respond to our feeling of order and harmony.

    This is how I realize my new day with more order and peace and harmony in it.

    Shared Global Vision –

    My perception of the world

    I can look out at the world and see a mess.

    I can look out at the world and see moments and places of beauty.

    There is a single flower growing among the grasses.

    The grasses give a pleasant carpet underfoot.

    I can see people being kind to each other.

    The feeling of overwhelm does not have to be my only feeling.

    I cna break it up with a moment of peace here and there.

    Why is this important?

    It is a way to open up to a new perception.

    I can make room for this new perception every time I slow down and take a deep breath.

    In the moment of peace, there is a different perception.

    I move out of agitation for a moment.

    I can sense where I need to be and take a tiny step.

    I can hold the hands of those depending on me and we can all take our tiny first step together.

    We are dependent on the world we perceive from our inner listening.

    Actually ,we are dependent on what we bring to the world through our inner listening.

    We begin to create a new kind of world for ourselves.

    When we breathe peace into a situation, it goes farther than for our own comfort.

    Others are attracted to the feeling of a peaceful moment.

    It is like a candle in the darkness.

    Peace in the middle of chaos.

    It has a gentle attracting feeling.

    We all take a deep breath together.

    We can feel the peace expand.

    There is more to perceive in the peace.

    It is worth exploring.

    Perceiving an uplifting household

    Looking at the present conditions of my household, I can feel good or I can feel despair.

    First of all, I have a household.

    It is composed of the people in it and their skills.

    Second of all, we have the privilege of being in a place.

    The place may be wonderful or it may be sad.

    It may be full of interesting stuff or it may be empty of all but the most basic needs.

    I can choose a new way of perceiving my household.

    What are my assets?

    In my first deep breath to consider my assets, I slow down.

    I can move myself into a state of peace by looking within.

    Within is my connection to the Infinite.

    I listen quietly.

    I sit patiently, listening.

    I feel a sense of peace begin to replace despair.

    I feel a sense of peace to replace overwhelm.

    I begin to perceive things a bit differently.

    Where I am, I can perceive peace.

    With peace comes clarity.

    What do I want most of all?

    I listen within to hear the answer.

    I do not trust my own opinions and circumstances to give me this important answer.

    What I want most of all is peace.

    I want assurance.

    I want beautiful surroundings.

    In the listening, I receive an answer.

    I take my first tiny step.

    This is how I perceive my new uplifting household, tiny step by tiny step.

    Your Diamond Mind –

    Mind in perception

    My mind operates with information.

    I have an educated, conditioned mind.

    It is used to certain conditions.

    My mind keeps creating the same conditions for me, over and over again.

    When I move myself into perception, I move beyond information and experiences.

    I am able to sense a Presence beyond my opinions.

    I can perceive a peaceful, uplifting Presence.

    I am astonished.

    I can choose to remain in the presence of calm.

    I did not know this before.

    I can move myself into calm with a single deep breath.

    This slows me down so that I can perceive something different.

    I am drawn to the peaceful feeling of something different.

    I am willing to stay in this peaceful feeling if at all possible.

    I move myself into a garden of peace.

    I can perceive beautiful, harmonious surroundings in this garden.

    There are beautiful colors and a variety of vegetation and flowers.

    I move my eye over the subtle colors and shapes.

    I love how they all work together in the harmony of their arrangement.

    I can arrange my thoughts in an orderly and uplfiting manner.

    I can surround myself with the feeling of peace as I do this.

    I can choose a priority and move toward it.

    I take my deep breath of peace and it propels me to take a tiny step.

    I return to this priority and take another tiny step.

    I leave confusion and agitation and pressure behind.

    I am living in a new kind of perception.

    Peaceful Choices

    I love choosing 

    from peace.

    Instead of there being 

    a competition for my attention,

    I can peacefully choose 

    what to do next.

    By being true 

    to my highest nature 

    and purpose, 

    and letting those activities 

    be my priorities, 

    I am enjoying 

    much more peace 

    in my life.

    Trained 

    to please others 

    and carry out their priorities, 

    I have found it liberating 

    to realize 

    that the reason 

    I was so depressed 

    and reluctant 

    to do those things 

    is because 

    they did not match 

    my priorities.

    Now 

    that I am free 

    to follow through 

    on what is 

    most enjoyable 

    and important to me, 

    I can do 

    everything else 

    that I need and 

    want to do.

    It has 

    turned out 

    to be simpler 

    than I thought.

    There is truth 

    to not resisting 

    since it just 

    remains in that form 

    while I do.

    Moving 

    to a whole 

    different way 

    of looking at my life, 

    in terms 

    of what I enjoy doing 

    and feel led to contribute, 

    is creating a flow 

    I had not felt before 

    with any consistency.

    Yes, 

    it showed up, 

    but I didn’t 

    pay enough attention 

    to it.

    Now I am, 

    and it is 

    giving me 

    many more peaceful 

    and enjoyable choices.

    My perception lives in peace

    When I am surrounded by confusion and despair, I can turn within.

    I can feel the peace which is at the core of my being.

    I take my first deep breath and let the peace permeate me.

    I can perceive peace through my feeling of calm.

    I am able to listen more deeply.

    My entire outlook changes.

    Where I was feeling confusion and despair, I can perceive a peaceful feeling within and all around me.

    I feel agitation leave my body.

    I am able to to think clearly.

    My next tiny step becomes clear and I can take it.

    There is no resistance through peace.

    I am led each step of the way to making a good decision.

    I am led each step of the way to developing a product idea.

    I am led each step of the way to settling an argument.

    I give way to peace.

    My life proceeds in a different way.

    I perceive the way to a new life.

    It is not based on the past, on my opinions or experiences or the opinions and experiences of someone else.

    I have my own life based on my perception of the peace within which guides me.

    I move into higher expression.

    I trust myself.

    I believe what my intuition is telling me.

    I act on my inuition.

    I love the feeling of peace and oneness with my inuition.

    My perception moves me into an uplifted life.

    What I perceive determines my life.

    The influences which give me my perception may be uplifting or despairing.

    I can choose how I perceive when I pay attention.

    What is leading me to appreciate my surroundings?

    What leads me to despair?

    When I listen within, I connect to an unlimited scope of possibilities.

    This inward listening screens out what is going on around me.

    I can feel the Presence of an inward peace.

    This is what uplifts my perception.

    I can choose what I listen to.

    I can take a deep breath and consider what I am listening to.

    I can observe my emotions and feelings depending on where I direct my thought.

    Who knew this could be so obvious?

    Do I enjoy being agitated?

    Do I love what a lifetime of agitation does to my body?

    How can I redirect my thought to release agitation of thought, and then, of body?

    I can build a practice of listening within.

    I can gain a new perception for my life.

    It gives me a new perspective on living.

    Are there instances where I can be more kind?

    I can be kinder to others.

    I can even be kinder to myself.

    As I discover the ways my perception has been influenced by my surroundings and the opinions around me, I can redirect them

    I can change my course completely by how I choose to perceive my life.

    With each deep breath, I can bring in more uplifting peace.
