Loved Cherished Adored –
I trust me to practice self-care
I have learned to practice self-care.
I can trust myself when I am calm.
I can see the situation with clarity.
I can tell what is important to me.
I can trust my decisions.
When I move myself into a state of calm, I know that I will take care of myself.
I am aware of the present moment.
I have no other obligation, no other duty.
My ability to do anything begins with my own well-being.
I must sacrifice what does not belong to me.
Other people’s problems do not belong to me.
My own condition belongs to me.
I am the only one who knows how I feel.
I am the only one who knows what my state of mind is.
My priority is to safeguard my inner peace.
I turn from distractions.
I am not in a hurry.
I live as a monument to my peace.
I take care of everything which is important to my well-being.
From my well-being, I can give generously.
I can do excellent work.
I can immerse myself in uplifting creativity.
First, I must devote myself to being of calm, mind and body.
I must release the cares of the world and move myself to inner peace.
That is how I trust myself to practice self-care.
