Grateful for all the steps
I am grateful for the miracle of being lifted out of depression.
I am grateful for the time this has taken, so that I could learn all the necessary steps.
I am grateful to learn the steps of maintaining my inner peace.
I am grateful that I am able to share these steps with others.
I am grateful for the opportunity to help others heal.
The many things I did not accomplish showed me the costs of trauma.
I am grateful to be able to add to the health and well-being of others who are facing the same frustrations and pain.
I am grateful to find my mission and purpose and strength.
I am grateful to learn that appearances can be deceptive.
I am grateful to learn how to see through these appearances and to offer encouragement.
I am grateful to learn that even really tough situations can be healed.
I am grateful to learn patience with myself so that I can be patient with others.
I am grateful to learn the powerful effects of self-compassion.
I am grateful to learn that it was not my fault.
I am grateful to learn that I can take responsibility for my healing.
I am grateful to learn that taking responsibility is an attracting factor.
Solutions begin showing up.
I am grateful to learn that time, whether it looks fast or slow, is not a determining factor.
I am grateful to learn that tiny steps are effective.
I practice taking tiny steps.
My tiny steps build a new foundation.
I am grateful to see new possibilities open up for me.
I discover there are many new life-paths.
I discover that I am not stuck.
I discover that I can change and I can change my circumstances.
I am grateful to discover the new possibilities for me in a new life.
