Continuing Peace in the World

We add to the peace in the world every time we go into the world in a peaceful manner.

It may be a challenge to maintain it, but peace is where we start.

In our work routines, our errands, our provision for our household, we reference the deep peace we establish each morning.

In our inner listening, we receive strong, gentle messages which allow us to govern our day with peace.

The gentleness is always there. It is an ever-Presence.

The strength is also there.

It is never broken, and remains a reference point for all our actions.

We find that our peace attracts helpful clerks and cashiers and salespeople.

We are directed to parking spots.

Little conveniences show up out in the world when we enter it with peace.

We can add peace to the news we hear.

We can take a deep breath and know there is a solution which is available as people tune into it by filling up with peace instead of fear.

Our place in the world is determined by our peace.

It is wonderful to read about the solutions which are being developed by people in every field.

As they do their research and listen for solutions, answers show up.

I am grateful to be able to search for these news stories and to find them.

There is so much compassion in people who are looking for and finding solutions.

That is what they are open to.

We receive what we are open to receive.

From the order and peace in our home, we can be open to solutions in the world.

We can take our own steps as they are revealed to us and we can support those who are already taking steps for continuing peace.

As we nurture well-being for all, those are the solutions we are open to receive.

We receive them and others join with us to implement them.

Gifts for the World

Our best gift for the world is the peace we bring into it.

We first become aware of the peace we can create for ourselves and for our household.

We add to the peace at work.

We maintain our peace by being aware of it wherever we go.

We move ourselves into a peaceful state while we are waiting in traffic, in line, or at a child’s school event.

We take our deep breath and listen within.

Peace becomes a state we can access at any time.

We can be careful of how we listen to the news.

Are we listening to uplifting solutions or to disturbing messages?

Which do we want to let into our life?

We diffuse the effects of agitating news by refusing to let it into our life.

We are not interested in agitation, we are interested in peace.

There are so many organizations which are uplifting people throughout our city.

We can participate in uplifting action.

There are so many organizations which are contributing to uplifting people all over the world.

We can become aware of these and support them.

Our place in the world is determined by the peace we actively engage in.

We stop the unconscious rampage of agitation and disturbances by refusing to participate in the feeling they spread.

We spread a feeling of peace all around us through our patience and generosity of attitude.

We respect the fact that everyone is going through challenges.

We support the ways that we can all deal with our challenges peacefully.

We are grateful to have the contrast in our life which tells us we have become more aware of peace.

This means we are filtering out what does not belong to us. Instead, we are adding to the peace.

The ultimate gift to the world

Our ultimate gift to the world is our trust that all the love and care and experiences we are infusing will create a balance of well-being for all.

The world is a creation of our collective acceptance of its conditions.

We can change those conditions as we build up the momentum of conviction through the focused steps we take together.

We begin through getting to know our neighbors.

It becomes important that we act together to create uplifting conditions and surroundings for everyone in our neighborhood.

We choose to do this through our compassion and our willingness to get to know each other.

We let this feeling spread throughout our community, making sure we include everyone in a demonstration and manifestation of well-being.

We choose to see and communicate with our surrounding communities.

We take action together to include everyone in well-being.

This is so encouraging, others join us and contribute their skills and experience.

We share our knowledge and encourage others to learn the skills we can teach.

We interact together across a range of ages and skills.

We welcome everyone who is willing to learn.

We create a feeling of upliftment as we pay attention to the people we meet and talk to.

We build a wave of trust one by one as we get to know one another.

We focus on ways to create community.

We choose a gathering place and a project.

We acknowledge what can be done as we plan and take our first steps together.

We plan for well-being for all.

This is a new feeling, as we release fears of limitations and create a wealth of action.

We “see” each other in a new light.

We are full of expectation and hope as we complete our first project together.

A new energy creates a new foundation. We are all part of it.

Unconditional Sharing

As we experience the greater order and harmony in our lives and household through inner listening, we are able to contribute from our harmonious base.

Everything which we do expands harmony in the world around us.

This is the way we acknowledge our place in the world.

We are not defined through outward measurements.

We lead expansive, fulfilling lives thorugh our gift of giving.

We give our time, our attention, our uplifting and inspired attitude.

We do not participate in the harassed and pressured lives we are goaded into accepting.

We are not driven by the constant disturbances and imbalances that are the news cycle.

We find our inner peace and we live there.

This is what expands around us.

We share our unconditional acceptance that we are able to uplift through non-judgement.

We share our ability to do kind deeds for those in our immediate vicinity.

We share our ability to participate in uplifting neighborhood and community activities.

We contribute our ability to organize, to support, to encourage, to appreciate, to respect.

All these contributions change the character of our surroundings into one of acceptance and cooperation and abundance.

We expand our practice to the next neighbor, the next community.

We become part of a grassroots movement to lift up and improve our outlook through compassionate contriubtion to each other’s lives.

We begin to see the roots of well-being for all.

As we draw together to create well-being for all in our community, we catch the thread of how to expand that attitude through practical steps.

We become more aware of opportunities for cooperation.

We establish avenues for communication.

We build trust as we take on mutually beneficial projects.

We create a new standard of accomplishment.

We are accepted in a new, continuing role.

The gift of world harmony

We live in a world which is crying for harmony.

Harmony begins with our own practice.

It moves outward into the atmosphere around us.

It moves from within, to our household, to our community.

It becomes the standard for our behavior and attitude toward everyone.

When we live from compassion, we want for everyone what we want for ourselves.

Harmony and compassion come from expression, not from accumulation.

Wihen there is Guidance, everyone can participate in an uplfiting way

The tools of compassion attract whatever is needed to create well-being for all.

We can take personal and unified action through our communities.

We can employ our grass-roots action to expand the ways compassion is expressed.

The practice and attitude we establish in our homes and neighborhoods are what we carry into the world.

We all have the capacity to be understanding and generous.

We do not fear limitations because we are always expressing generosity.

We create a flow of uplifting action as we see needs and address them.

Unique and practical solutions appear as we open ourselves to them.

Everyone becomes part of the solution.

We cultivate the skills and communication to apply them.

We provide opportunities for improving skills and communication.

Everyone is respected and given the dignity of participation.

We value the qualities of character which create action.

We prepare ourselves for greater service as we address what is close to us.

Completeness throughout the world

I am in a place of completeness within the world.

The completeness comes through inner listening.

I do not take the ordinary steps.

I take steps which are exceptional.

I take the steps which come to me through inner listening.

Through them, I know what to do at the right time.

I know that even though they may not look practical, they are the right steps.

Later, it appears in the right way.

My inner Guidance is secure and safe.

I am a product of the Infinite.

I create as I listen.

My work goes out into the world in an uplifting way.

Everyone of us who is living in the world through inner listening lives a complete life.

We are not distracted by the events which surround us.

We create harmony for ourselves and others through our attention to the Divine.

We are the Presence of completeness through our Divine relationship.

Every thought, every detail, every tiny step guided by the Divine is evidence of completeness.

We do not live a fragmented nor fragmentable existence.

Our spiritual relationship is unbreakable.

The Divine never lets us down.

The cycle of Oneness is a constant.

Consistent inner listening and action complete us.

There is no other way.

We are in the world to share inspiration and peace.

This is how we live our life of completeness.

Promise for the World

We fulfill our promise in the world as we keep our peace.

Many disturbing reports come through the news.

We add to the peace as we turn within to know what our role is for each day.

Experiences are not our guide.

The Infinite is our Guide.

We turn within because we accept a Greater View from the Infinite.

Every individual who does this adds to better conditions in the world.

We do not depend on resources which are withheld because of distribution or other policies.

We find access to what is needed through inner listening.

It is encouraging to read of individuals who remain steadfast to a practice which only they can see at first.

As it grows and becomes visible, others are drawn to it.

It has an attracting force through the vision of one person.

Those who are drawn to the vision support it through practical means.

Their attention and labor bring the vision into being.

They are joined by others who want to participate in this manifestation.

Desert places are restored.

Land is regenerated.

Good management increases local resources.

Everyone involved becomes associated with prosperity.

Others take action to create a better atmosphere for living.

They listen for ways to reduce fear and increase right activity.

Many of the best practices begin at the grassroots level until they compel reciprocal action.

Expectation increases as more people join in productive action.

This is the real promise for the world.

Consistent Love

We share our consistent love for the world by embracing the best aspects of it.

We appreciate the places where unselfish action is fueling the feeling of equality and justice.

We notice the practice of uplifting action where needs are being met in communities.

We celebrate the individuals and organizations which are carrying out these practices.

We rejoice over the actions in places where children are being nurtured.

We support everyone who is participating in these actions of love.

We create opportunities to share in our communities.

We organize and participate in community food banks, food forests and community gardens.

We help through daily or weekly visits with those who are living in isolation.

We contribute to school events with our resources and time.

We are aware of those who need help and we find ways of giving it.

We appreciate the skills, gifts and talents of those who are underemployed.

We help establish needed projects for them to be valued.

We open up a conversation with those who live in different parts of the community.

We value the input of those who have been traditionally marginalized.

We create an atmosphere of appreciation for everyone who lives in our community.

We invite participation through our appreciation.

We find ways of including everyone in the actions which create uplifting benefits.

We are consistent in our expression of friendship and openness with new participants.

We see a new feeling evolve across the board in our community.

There is more trust.

We are able to count on everyone who is contributing to our community projects.

We reduce fear and marginalization.

We see everyone as an individual with value and worthiness.

We transform our community through consistent love.

How we speak about the world

We can be hopeful and supportive of the many good things that are happening in the world.

Simply making room for this fact opens us up to feelings of peace.

The news of constant disturbances which create despair, can be countered gently by this simple action.

Taking a deep breath gives us a moment to pause.

This dilutes the tension of constant bad news.

In the pause, there is room to hear a moment of peace.

A second deep breath opens up a little more room.

There is always a way to find peace in the middle of fear.

We are being guided and led step by step to a peaceful sense of life every time we do this.

The world is better for our ability to interrupt the flow of bad news.

There is more good happening which is never reported. We can report it to ourselves.

We can invite others to join us by reporting what is good in their community.

People are becoming more conscious of the influences for good in our lives.

We are learning to turn away from what is upsetting and to spend our time in active tiny steps to contribute to uplifting projects.

There is good for all of us.

There is good for people we know and for people we do not know.

There is a way to express appreciation for the many good things which are happening around us.

All the tiny steps to create good will throughout our many communities are a powerful influence.

Every time we encourage each other to recognize kind and uplifting support, we counter the non-stop barrage of bad news.

We are not designed to live in fear.

We are designed to live with good will toward everyone in our communities.

We are uplifters, encouragers, innovators. We are the creators of our world.

Health in Our Communities

Our communities reflect the ideas which we hold about them.

The way we live reflects our health.

Do we know our neighbors?

Are we aware of the common challenges we have within our community?

How can we address them?

We begin with a deep breath to access our inner peace.

We feel the presence of ideas which address well-being for all.

We listen for the first tiny step.

We get to know a new neighbor.

We get to know another neighbor.

We create an opportunity for interaction.

What would we like to see?

What is the feeling we would like to have in our community?

Communities which create uplifting projects together draw on their own local resources.

They value the skills, gifts and talents of community members.

There is a way to attract others to a good idea.

Circulate the idea and see who responds.

As you build momentum by beginning the project you will draw others into it.

Gradually as one project takes shape, another can follow it.

The community becomes involved through each one encouraging the next one.

We are all so precious and worthy.

As we begin to build trust through our consistent tiny steps, we build a healthy community.

We see common areas of need addressed and completed.

We feel the community draw together to accomplish goals which benefit everyone.

We begin to live with a feeling of well-being for all.
