Messages and Affirmations 2.12 Being still –
As the holiday pace picks up, I am grateful that I have an active practice of being still.
I can access my inner peace at any moment, and I do, often.
I can pull myself out of depression or anxiety because I have a track record of remembering who I am.
I do not get overwhelmed because I back away from it as soon as I notice what is happening.
I value my peace of mind more than any other thing.
I can think clearly as I step away from pressure or a rush.
I make my preparations in advance as much as I can.
I know that whatever needs to be done, will be, with a minimum of effort.
Being still is good all year round, but it is especially good during times which have the potential to build up pressure.
Even in crisis the stillness is available.
I take my first deep breath and listen within.
I know I am where I need to be and I can change where that is whenever necessary.
I treasure being still during normal days.
I relax in the presence of stillness.
I feel fulfilled as I give gratitude for inner peace, quiet, harmony and stillness.
Stillness is something I cultivate every day.
I value it as a real commodity.
It comes to me because I practice it.
I am ready to receive calm, and peace and stillness.
More and more quickly, I turn away from tension and stressful situations.
I know who I am.
I am one who loves being still.
I receive continuous uplifting ideas to share in the presence of stillness.
It is my best state of being.
