Healing Messages 1.234 – To free yourself from the past, create the beautiful present.
Right here, right now, right in front of you, is the present moment.
Take a deep breath.
Let the feeling of peace begin to flow into you.
As you take more calming breaths, you are opening yourself to new information.
Even though your immediate surroundings may be oppressive and uncertain, you can create this moment of peace for yourself.
As you make this a habitual practice, you are creating room for an idea to come to you.
A little moment of hope, a tiny flicker of an idea.
Continue to listen inwardly.
You have access to other elements besides what surrounds you at this time.
You are deeply loved and cared for by the Universe.
A deep feeling of peace, right where you are, allows the idea of a tiny step to come to you.
Notice it. Value it. This is your first answer.
As you take the tiny step, and continue to listen inwardly, you will receive another tiny step.
This is how you will begin to create the beautiful present.
Regardless of what things look like now, you are in the creation business.
This is something you can do for yourself.
Do not talk about it.
Do not get dragged down by opinions, memories, experiences.
Just find your inner peace and take the next tiny step.
As you do this over and over, you will create new circumstances for yourself.
