Free your energy for upliftment.

The more you focus on possibilities the more you free your energy to pursue them.

As you listen within, one will stand out to you.

The consistent possibility will continue to present itself to you until you pay attention to it.

Then you are ready to take your first tiny step of upliftment.

Since the Universe is in charge of this process, you do not have to figure it out.

Your job is to listen, receive and to take tiny steps.

You are part of an immense network of uplifting energy.

Everyone who is participating is helping to create a different kind of world.

There are always solutions to problems whether they are being implemented or not.

As you free your energy, you become part of the implementation team.

Your tiny steps co-ordinate with many thousands and millions of others.

We all move closer and closer to each other through our uplifting action until no one is left out.

The goal of well-being for all is achievable through this consistent action.

As we each address what is important to us and give it our attention, we create something new.

Our newness has its own uplifting energy and draws those who will most benefit to it.

Our unselfish concern for well-being for all draws on a different kind of energy.

It is infnite energy and this energy accomplishes things differently.

This energy is effective, active inspiration. Its’ manifestation is very powerful.

It rolls back the limitations we have all grown up with.

We simply tune into the Universe Who Loves Us All to connect.

Uplfiting energy is present all around us.

It is so exciting and fun to listen within and take our tiny steps.

The connections which are being revealed are so inclusive.

Healing Messages 1.74 – I love living my life of Infinite Divine Harmony.

I am grateful for the steps which have led me to discover a life beyond grief and pain.

There is something on the other side of anguish.

Being in despair for so long led me to notice a tiny spark of light.

As I looked toward it, I became aware of a feeling of possibility.

I began taking tiny steps toward possibility.

I discovered that I could take a deep breath.

Before, my fear kept my breathing shallow.

I was able to calm myself with a deep breath.

I felt drawn to the peace within that breath.

I learned to sustain the peace a bit more each time.

I began drawing repetitious figures and lines on an index card.

This also helped me regulate my breath during panic attacks.

I focused around a word I drew in the middle of the card.

In quieter moments, I was able to write a short meditation on the word topic.

Over a period of years, I made over one thousand drawings and meditations.

I gained the ability to create a period of harmony despite the grief, pain and anguish.

This is the way I live my life now.

In the quiet, I have come to trust that there is another dimension to my life.

I have come to trust that I am not meant to suffer anymore.

The comfort that I am gaining has not come from my surroundings.

It has come from something deep within which I define as Presence.

It is an inner communion in which my role is to listen.

The security and peace which I am able to experience come from this feeling of Presence.

My evidence of Infinity comes from over one thousand drawings.

I have become aware of the Divine.

Healing Messages 1.73 – I am sure and certain and assured.

My life is based on a new foundation of inner listening which gives me confidence.

I am so very grateful to discover inner listening.

Nothing else has created such a sense of security and progress in my life.

I can turn within for big things and for little things.

I know to trust my intuition wholly.

It is my communion with the divine within me.

Once my needs are met, I am free to expand into greater service.

I amplify the good that is happening to me as I listen within for expanisve ideas.

Since I am drawing on the resources of the Universe, they are always there.

Through inner listening, I receive clarity in how to use them.

The goal of well-being for all can be met through this process.

Individual well-being can be met through individual inner listening.

The Universe knows what is most appropriate for each of us.

Once we accept that, we are ready for Guidance in manifesting well-being for all.

We continue to take our tiny steps, seeing the new foundation which is being built as we unify our efforts.

We are always successful as we embrace our greater purpose and mission.

We accept the guidance we receive as we expand into greater expression.

Even new steps which are challenging are accepted as we move into the new territory of well-being for all.

We are ready to see everyone as precious and beautiful.

We are ready to see everyone as part of an uplifting community.

We are ready to see everyone as secure.

We are unified in our confidence as we take the practical day-to-day steps to implement our inner guidance as we collectively express our Higher Nature.

We are grateful to free ourselves from limitations as we create and practice well-being for all.

The Next Step

Healing Messages 1.69 – The Next Step

The next step always comes when we are ready to listen within.

It comes as a calm reminder of who we are and our relationship to the Divine.

We are not alone, dropped into a miasma of confusion and fear.

Instead, we have a ready source of Guidance.

This acts on our behalf in small things as well as large ones.

When we practice listening for the next step in little ways, it opens a pathway of communication.

All the little steps create part of the larger path-way that is our life.

There is always a next step, and there is always the right time, the best time, to take it.

We feel that timing when we listen within.

Even if we have no idea what to do, or we are in a new place, or working on a new project, we can gain the information we need.

It will come to us through observation, getting help from a friendly person, seeing a book, or a map, or just “out of the blue”.

We are always in the care of the Divine.

This care extends into the tiniest detail of our life.

Trusting our life’s details to the Divine helps us in every case and place.

It is our job to remind ourselves.

“Thank you to the Universe” is a good acknowledgement.

Pausing before acting is a good practice.

Patience is a useful virtue.

This gives us time to receive the direction and to feel happy while we are waiting.

The result is a calm, relaxed and successful life.

We determine what success means to us.

Success to me is time to do what I love.

I am grateful to discover this through inner listening.

It is a coincidence of many tiny steps which has brought this about.

Healing Messages 1.58 – Steps to become clear

Responding to the atmosphere around you, what steps do you take to become clear?

You can separate yourself from the chaos and confusion.

As you take a deep breath, you move yourself into peace.

You are able to find calm and clarity as an island in the middle of all the noisy diversion.

In your inner realm, you feel the gidance to take a tiny step.

You have learned to trust this feeling, and so you take action.

This puts you on a different track from being pushed around by harassing advertising and media influences.

You continue taking your tiny steps of calm and effective action.

You live in a world apart from disturbances.

Even though you see them and hear about them, they are not causing a reaction in you.

You continue on your clear, calm track.

The adjustments that are needed in society and civilization are taking place because of the underlying Principle of the Universe Who Loves Us.

We are simply drawing ourselves into that circle of care through our inner listening.

This causes a pause in the ripple of confusion.

It interrupts the disturbances.

It says, “There is peace here”.

We choose to live in peace and clarity when we take simple action.

This is something we bring to ourselves over and over again.

We know the power of simple, consistent action.

It has built all of the lasting signs of society and civilization all over the world.

Many other movements have come and gone, and will continue to come and go.

We will not be part of that flux.

We will move and flow through our connection with the Divine.

We will respond clearly and readily to the calm direction we receive moment by moment.

A Year Of Joy #50 – Happiness and joy

Happiness and joy are partners.

One always brings the other along.

Little steps of happiness bring joy.

Joy expands our happiness.

Sustained happiness is one of the ways we express joy.

We step from moment to moment of happiness and create a wonderful day.

We anticipate another such day as we record our moments of happiness in our Joy Journal.

We build up our expectation by the happiness we give ourselves every day.

Creating moments of happiness is a legitimate way of reinforcing the life we want to live.

The moments of appreciating Nature’s daily changes expands into appreciation of the seasonal changes.

Noticing the rhythms of conversation, even if you do not understand the language, entices the ears.

A new, delicate spice can create happiness for the tongue.

Roasting vegetables in a spicy meat stew releases a rich smell of goodness.

There is tactile delight of textures and surfaces in clothing and fabric.

Small moments collect and join together to create happiness and joy.

This gentle method of collection is a way to fill up with happiness.

I love it when I can turn away from tension through focusing on something beautiful.

The way light diffuses throughout the day through the clouds and through the leaves creates restful patterns.

My happiness is more sustainable through noticing small moments consistently.

I feel a sense of satisfaction and relaxation when these are natural parts of each day.

There is a gentle flow when there are moments of happiness and joy.

This way, tension and frustration do not build up.

They are constantly interrupted with focused attention on happiness.

We replace unwanted feelings with the true feelings we desire of happiness and joy.

Messages and Affirmations 2.11 – I love the calm I can generate for myself.

Even in the midst of chaos and confusion, or its opposite, apathy and depression, I can generate calm for myself.

This is a learned practice through listening within.

Beneath all the busy speculation and distraction is a continuous peace.

It is uninterrupted and uninterruptible.

It is Source energy.

There is no confusion or depression in Source.

It is uplifting the moment I make contact with It.

Source waits for me to remember that It is here.

I do my part by listening within.

Then, with relief, I receive the reassurance that I am in my right place and in my right mind.

I have a purpose, I have a tiny step I can take.

I am here to take one tiny step after another to build on a foundation of calm.

It is working as I emerge from the confusion and chaos and it is felt as I share the inspiration and peace which comes to me.

I am heartened and encouraged by the new realities I see around me as people solve society’s problems.

Enough is happening in enough places that it is apparent that good has a lot of power.

There is lots more work to be done to create well-being for all, but there is a lot that is going on in this direction.

I take my deep breath.

I look around my Studio to see what next steps I can take on various projects.

I feel safe, secure against the mental and emotional disruption of the news cycles.

I have always heard and responded to Guidance when there was any kind of a problem.

It is my habit to draw on Resources beyond my own knowledge.

The Universe never fails me.

It is here for all of us as we listen for the calm connection within.

Messages and Affirmations 2.9 – I can choose to take effective action.

Right now, right where I am, I can choose to take effective action.

Even if it does not feel as though I can do anything, I can listen for an idea.

As I calm myself, I move into quiet communion within.

I breathe deeply and let the busyness of my mind cease.

I gain clarity as I feel peace.

I know there is a message for me in the peace.

I breathe into this moment.

An idea comes.

It may be a simple idea about moving something around to make more room.

It may be a writing idea or a drawing idea.

It may be a feeling that I need to call someone or add an item to a list.

It may be a reminder to make or change an appointment.

It may be to change lanes fast!

It may be a book I need to order.

Every idea which comes to us during inner listening is an indication of the presence of right ideas.

Each one moves us in a direction we need to go.

Over time, this habit builds a new foundation for our life.

We may become a community organizer through the tiny steps we take as we listen within.

We find our right purpose.

We will certainly connect with those whom we can serve.

We gain calm and stability in our own life right in the middle of chaos and confusion.

The first action is to quietly listen.

Each next step comes to us in a sure and certain manner and it nudges us until we follow through.

Our action is timely and effective on a small or large scale.

Messages and Affirmations 2.1 Trust what is important to you

It is important to me to share inspiration and peace.

Many writers and artists have contributed to my daily peace.

I am grateful I can turn to their work when I need to gain a sense of calm.

The ability to calm myself with a deep breath stops the onrushing path of chaos and confusion in my thought.

This is what is most important to me.

I know that my ability to be calm communicates itself to others around me.

I am grateful to be able to think clearly.

I am able to feel what is best for me when I take that moment.

In a way, I step out of time as I remove myself from the crush of chaotic thoughts.

I create a tiny bit of space with my deep breath.

It gives me what I need as I increase it with another breath.

My new space increases the calm within me.

Then I can hear the message of calm which directs me to where I need to go.

It directs me to what I need to know.

It gives me the space to take a tiny step.

I place myself in safety and security.

I am able to move into the space of well-being.

I realize that I live in a Universe of well-being for all.

Through each step along my path, each challenge is met with a higher sense of living.

I trust the space the Universe provides for me and for all of us.

There is space to be kind and abundant.

There is space to express the beautiful ideas which come to each one of us.

We are designed to live in communities of well-being for all, which the Universe provides through Its’ great Resources.

That is what I trust.

Willing and joyful

A Year Of Joy #18 – Willing and joyful

We are willing to find joy in our day.

We are willing to take a deep breath and pause to make room for joy.

We look at the sunrise and find joy.

We listen to the sounds of the start of the day and find harmony.

Each job that is getting started every morning is there to bring harmony and joy into the lives of those it affects.

It is there to make life easier and more pleasant.

When we approach our day with joy, we allow it to flow throughout the day.

We feel it on our way to work.

We feel it as we do our work.

We feel it on the way home.

We feel joy in the way we do the little things.

It all adds up.

We are willing to look for joy when we feel we have lost it.

We are willing to provide joy when we see others who have lost their joy.

We pause, take our deep breath, and listen in that moment of peace.

There is joy there as we continue to listen.

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves of a time of joy.

We must be willing to find that joyful moment and bring back the feeling of joy we had.

That lets us attach a new moment of joy to it.

That allows us to add joy to the present moment.

Once we start the flow of joy, we have it with us continually.

We must be willing to start the flow over and over again as often as needed.

Willingness and joy become a practice.

It is a good way to occupy our mind.

We are willing to develop that practice in order to live in joy.
