Meditation Drawing 4.19 – Release

We release ourselves.

When we replace our memories, opinions and experiences with inner listening we give ourselves a fresh start.

If this seems impossible, it is worth a try, anyway.

Shutting out the noise of our busy mind interrupts the steady flow of what is familiar.

It leaves room for silence.

In this state of quiet listening, we give ourselves room for something new.

We can feel peace and let it permeate throughout our heart, mind, soul and body.

The new idea can emerge as we sit quietly.

Whatever issue we are facing can be addressed in this new, quiet state.

Without our old patterns of thought, we can receive new ones.

We can receive appropriate action to take.

We release ourselves from our old patterns by replacing them step by step.

The confusion and tension which turn us away from our old patterns is a gift.

We find our peace in stillness.

This opens up a whole new world as we release the old one.

Releasing memories allows our life to take a new direction.

Releasing opinions opens us to new possibilities.

Releasing experiences creates space for new ones.

Our mind belongs to us, not to the harassments of advertising and news cycles.

Our quietness allows us to regain control and to release what does not belong there.

Peace, harmony, beauty, joy, delight, confidence, competence, appreciation, compassion belong.

We attract what belongs to us as we release what does not.

We release the tensions and uncertainties as we replace them with calm and trust.

We release what does not belong as we choose a better life.
