The beauty of cooperation is that we can share our skills and talents.

Our shared resources allow us to serve more completely and more widely.

We are able to do our best work and others are able to devote themselves to their best work.

It is all the same value because it allows us all to shine.

Everything that is necessary for us has the same valiue, in that it completes us.

Every aspect of our life which is taken care of in some way, is valuable.

The people who perform these services are equally valuable.

We do not use an outside currency for measurement.

Our only currency is service.

When you are serving, you are valuable.

Whatever your job, whatever your gift, whatever your ability, whatever your skill, you are equally valuable.

Our community, building on these values, is balanced and complete.

Everyone experiences well-being.

Everyone experiences respect and dignity.

No one is left out or isolated.

We have the ability to make all feel welcome through valuing them.

We value uplifting conversation.

We value clean and orderly surroundings.

We value Community Gardens and Food Forests.

We value transportation.

We value legal services.

We value health services.

We value insightful teaching.

We value everyone who provides all these services.

We value our whole cooperative community.
