
Healing Messages 1.63 – Inner Peace, Outer Joy
Learning to take a deep breath ushers in a state of inner peace.
It creates the expectation for me that I will find peace.
In the middle of a day full of turmoil and pressure, I can take my deep breath and feel it filling me up with peace.
I stand quietly, in the grocery line, or in traffic, and let the feeling of peace permeate my being, heart, mind, soul and body.
I have this resource which is always with me.
This process has become part of me over several years.
It is my “go-to” response after many tense decades.
I am very grateful to discover its long-term as well as immediate effects.
Knowing that I have this effective tool, calms me.
I am able to live in a state of grace because of it.
There is nothing I have to do in a tense situation except calm down and add to the peace.
And this makes room for joy.
Even in my daily life, it makes room for joy.
I am able to go about my day, without being disabled by tension or fear.
I have a ready-to-wear solution as soon as I take my first deep breath.
I feel my connection with Source.
I have all I need as I listen for inner direction and Guidance.
I have been able to experience so much happiness this way.
I have learned to trust my intuition.
I discovered what I love to do and I am doing it.
I wake up with joyous expectation every day.
I am so excited to get to do work that I love.
This is the ongoing result of a path of thousands of tiny steps over years and years.
It is worth learning the consistent practice of inner listening.
