Healing Messages 1.65 – Going Slowly is the Point

Even though we are conditioned to hurry, we can break the habit of rushing.

Our normal, natural state is one of tender observation of the world around us.

That is how we evolved.

We took notice of the conditions of the natural world and adjusted our lives accordingly.

When I remember this, it helps me slow down.

I look at the Nature that is around me, along the road, in parks, along the tree-lined avenues in the old parts of town.

Once I tap into the feeling of being in Nature, I can relax.

Even when I am not in Nature, I can remember the feeling of being relaxed.

As I take a deep breath, it relaxes me.

I can think clearly.

I do not have to rush.

I can find my way to a solution.

I can move at a normal, thoughtful pace.

I can move with grace.

My whole body relaxes.

I can always hear the messages that uplift and calm and inform me.

They come from within.

I can take each step as it comes along.

There is a natural rhythm to getting things done.

I gently move in accord with that rhythm.

My body gets used to less stress.

I gain a more relaxed personality.

I am able to be a harmonious influence in my workplace.

When I feel the atmosphere getting tense, I can add to the peace instead.
