
Healing Messages 1.68 – Peace and Calm and Wholeness
Instead of working to acquire things, I am finding wholeness in a different way.
I am glad to have had the opportunity to create a good life for myself and my family through working.
We provided extras like dance and karate lessons, sports and concerts.
However, there was a lot of stress and my body finally broke down after everyone graduated and left home.
The long period of healing forced me to confront the fact that I needed a completely different approach for my life.
In order to heal, I needed peace.
I needed to recognize the value of myself as a being.
I needed to appreciate the wholeness of simply being.
I sat on our covered deck and watched the seasons change.
I smelled the different scents of wild flowers as they emerged through the spring and summer.
I felt the wind and watched the strength of it in the tall trees.
I noticed how many seed heads were in the grasses as they grew tall in the meadow.
I realized if that was the abundance provided by Nature, then I, too, could feel the abundance of love for myself.
I could simply be and feel whole.
I took the time to simply feel calm.
Calm is completely underrated!
When you feel calm, you can think clearly.
You do not jump into decisions.
You can take your time.
There is an awful lot you simply do not need to do.
You do not need to do anything that causes you stress.
It is good to find these things out and to heal.
