Purity in consciousness removes us from judging

Healing Messages 1.86 – Purity in consciousness removes us from judging

When we realize we want to live an uplifting life, we must be kind to ourselves and to others.

We must look for what is good.

As we become conscious of what is good, we want to practice it.

Everyone is dealing with various circumstances and sometimes they are very challenging.

We are not in a position to know what they are, so we have no right to judge.

I began to be more conscious of my thoughts about myself and others, and to stop judging.

I discovered other ways I could uplift my thought and to be more appreciative and respectful.

I became more respectul of situations which, although they did not make sense, upset me.

I began telling myself, “It is perfectly understandable”, even when I did not understand.

That took the pressure off me and slowed down my panic attacks.

I knew that others did not know me or what was going on in my life, so they couldn’t judge me.

Over time, this led me to stop judging myself.

I amassed a large spiritual vocabulary of qualities I wanted to express.

These began replacing criticism and judgement.

I realized I could add to good by assigning spiritual qualities to others, as well.

I became much more compassionate.

I got in conversations with strangers and learned about their lives.

Their unselfish nature and actions were amazing.

There were many stories of caring for young people who were lost and drifting.

They created stability and those young people were able to grow up safe.

People were involved in their local communities and were making significant changes.

They were putting their lives on the line for others.

There were many times I received help in unexpected ways.

I was able to contribute to others as I became aware of them.

I gained more self-respect through my conscious awareness and action.
