Healing Messages 1.196 – I grow in capacity.

Sometimes the schedule is so heavy and I am overwhelmed.

At that time, it is good to pause and take a deep breath.

As I calm myself, I can feel the Guidance of what to do.

I do not have to do everything at once.

There is an order to my day.

As I move through it calmly, I am able to do what is necessary without any strain.

As I gain insight, I am able to be especially thorough.

I can attend to details as part of the flow.

I find joy in my work.

I am part of the rhythm of the project.

If something else comes up, I can take care of it.

If another approach opens up, I can go with it.

All the issues can be addressed in an uplifting way.

The project can come in on budget and on time.

The whole team can feel refreshed and fulfilled.

Making it my responsibility to listen within is the key.

I can always draw on the resources of the Infinite Universe.

I can increase my capacity for inner listening.

This always puts me in touch with the most effective solution.

I open up to the possibilities.

I create room for the next idea.

I do not limit myself to what I already know.

I am willing to consider other directions.

This affects everyone who is working together.

We all expand our capacity.
