Capacity expands from the inside.

When we receive a good idea, we want to accomplish it.

This creates space for the idea to grow.

All the steps to express it begin to come in, sometimes as a trickle, sometimes as a flood.

I may listen for some time, days, weeks, but once an idea presents itself to me, and I want to engage with it, the tiny steps follow.

It is a precious thing, to receive an idea.

It is yours, to nurture and to grow.

It is a delightful creative process.

Once you tune in, and take the many tiny steps, you see  the results, every time.

This increases your willingness and ability to listen for the next idea.

Each time you complete this process you increase your capacity.

What was new becomes familiar and easier.

It is such a joyful process.

It takes you to so many new possibilities.

With your new confidence, you are able to approach more complex projects and acquire the skills to accomplish them.

Always you are led from your inner listening.

This puts you in touch with the best resources and timing.

It becomes a wonderful way to nurture a business, a relationship, to engage with your community.

Not only do you transcend limitations, your influence and encouragement speads.

Everyone who sees you is inspired to take their tiny steps to expand their capacity.

As limitations break down, everyone progresses.

A  whole new energy characterizes the community.

The  flow and harmony of expansion uplifts everyone.
