• The Benefits of Failure

Healing Message 1.4 – The Benefits of Failure

Do not underestimate the benefits of failure.

Failure in the world can lead you to look for something else, something  new.

If the ways  of the world which surround you are not working for you, then there is a different way, a new way, and you must find it in order to succeed.

You may find yourself leaving your current situation after many years of trying to make it work.

You may find yourself taking steps that do not make sense to anyone else, and yet, you feel impelled to take them.

That is your spiritual identity coming into play.

As you pass out of one situation into a different kind of situation, and it feels better, you realize that you have been led through your discomfort to find what works for you.

So the period of failure was actually a blessing.

In your search, it is necessary to go within, to listen for what only you can hear.

From right where you are there is Guidance.

There is a Higher Purpose for your life.

This is what you are being impelled to discover.

Through your pain and discomfort, you are led to turn to something new.

I thought I was doing everything I was  supposed to.

    In fact, I was.

But it was not what my Higher Power had  planned for me.

I had to fail at many things, even though it looked as though I was doing well.

I had to face jealousy, criticism, betrayal, anguish.

I had to find a place where I was acceptable, even welcomed, recognized, appreciated.

    I didn’t know such a place existed.

I always had to find it inside my own mind.

And gradually it dawned on me that what I found there was real.

But it had to exist in another situation.

And it did.  I was led there.

Through my isolation, I had space to discover what was real and good for me.

I had the opportunity to create what I loved.

And it is manifesting on the outside.

My life is the inside-out of what it once was.

    I am loved, cherished adored.

    I am accepted, recognized, appreciated.

Even though I enjoy living in my new beautiful surroundings, I know that I am in an infinite space of Divine blessings.

I would never tie myself to what people think of me even now.

Be faithful to your Inner Voice.

Let it continue you to move you into higher and higher realms.

If you are the only one who can see them, so be it.

Through the faithfulness of your work, others many come to see the way to their higher realms.

There is a lot of space in the Infinite.

There is a lot of good work to be done in this Divine space.

When you are called  it may look as though your life is breaking down.

That could  be a good sign.

    Do the work.

    Listen  within.

    Find out.

  • Spiritual Healing

    Healing Messages 1.3 Spiritual Healing

It is helpful to me to think of spiritual healings as gifts.

They occur often enough through spiritual means and observations that we can get some clues about them.

Spiritual healings happen to lots of different people.

Healings happen to people of any age.

Healings happen all over the planet.

Healings happen to people who are religious.  Healings happen to people who are not religious at all.

Healings happen to people who read and study spiritual literature.

Healings happen to people who have never read any spiritual literature.

Healings happen to people from many different sources and practices.

I am grateful for all the healings which happen.

I am grateful for the many ways that people are lifted up and inspired and comforted and freed from pain.

It is wonderful that there are so many practices which meet so many needs in different ways.

I am grateful to be part of an uplifting healing and comforting world phenomenon.

I am grateful to be led to resources through media, through inner listening, books, poetry, art, and dance and to receive uplifting ideas and to observe their healing effects.

We are all in need of comfort and healing in some way.

It is good that there are so many different ways that people can be uplifted and relieved of pain.

The wisdom traditions through the ages, the herbalist traditions, the cultural traditions throughout the world exist because they have some record of meeting real needs.

I am grateful for what each one brings to our attention.

We may need a certain practice at a particular time.

Later, we may find our way to a different practice.

We may discover a practice for ourselves through inner listening.

Each time, we are contributing to upliftment and comfort.

I am grateful for all the ways that we can find healing.

  • Have No Resentment

Healing Message 1.2 Have no resentment

Oh, so this is the way I am to contribute to healing knowledge.

My purpose is to solve the puzzle of healing sexual trauma which occurred during my  childhood.

I recovered some of my surpressed memories when I was fifty years old, and more for the next two decades.

I went through the many stages of dealing with shock and rage and frustration and despair.

I found many tools and techniques to aid me along my healing path.

I am here to share these, and to encourage you along your healing path.

I have come to the conclusion that resentment always slows me down.

I have enough proof through the progress which is now evident through my new, freer life, to remind myself to release resentment every time it occurs.

After this release, I am free to continue to heal and to share the resources which have been so uplifting to me.

I have been on this healing path for so long, and I feel so much better, that even the sudden onset of resentment does not keep me from my work for very long.

I remind myself of what I am here to do, and I start doing it.

I take my first tiny step and after that I begin to gain momentum.

Soon, I am back up to speed with my new, consistent happiness.

I continue devoting myself to writing, drawing, creating ebooks, and listening for more ways to share the possibilities of freedom.

This practice removes any last tendencies for resentment, until it surfaces once again, and I take the steps to remove myself from it.

I am grateful to learn the value of consistent practice in the form of immersing myself in uplifting and calming affirmations and meditations.

I follow my established practices of writing in my journal, drawing, taking my newest tiny step to learn technology.

I keep expanding my skills and my horizons.

I am in a continual state of spiritual growth as I attend to my mission and purpose.

It is resulting in a more expressive way to live, through sharing and celebrating.

It is a great contrast to isolating and despairing.

We all belong to the Universe Which Loves Us and Cares for Us.

  • What Gives Me Peace Right Now?

Pebbles of Peace Word Walls 5.15 – What Gives Me Peace Right Now?
    (written in 2014)

I have escaped the building holiday frenzy and am back in my cozy home, cooking.

Someone I contacted at a business actually saved me some materials that were going to be thrown away.  Hurray!

I have organic soil-compost mix for a container garden.

My husband has brought home the hole saw to drill holes in the container.

My cousin liked the salsa-lasagna that I cooked.

I have canned two batches of pumpkin.

I expressed appreciation to my husband for cutting up the pumpkin.

I have gained inspiration from a new craft magazine.

I have bought a portable cutting board that will let me take a step forward on several projects.

    I folded the laundry.

I have calmed my thought by reading a chapter in an inspirational book.

I have let my husband solve his dilemma and concentrated on my own next step.

I ate a small piece of chocolate (actually two small pieces).

I embrace my own many tiny steps to give myself peace.

  •  I shall keep the  happiness I have found.

Love Note 1.56 – I shall keep the  happiness I have found.

    Finding happiness is a treasure.

Happiness appears where there is an opening.

Expecting happiness begins by doing what you love to do.

It requires courage and conviction, and then happiness follows.

Staying the course keeps one engaged in happiness.

Maintaining the focus generates more happiness.

Continuous feedback from one’s own convictions creates deep happiness.

Remaining in a creative mode allows happiness to flow strongly and continuously.

    With happiness, there is peace.

    Peace provides its own happiness.

A continuous flow of ideas which manifests into uplifting products is a truly happy feeling.

Now that I have overcome the challenges to doing what I love to do, I shall keep my happiness.

I shall continue to practice what is important and delightful and joyous to me.

I shall share my creations and let my light shine.

I shall make sure I have something positive to contribute each day.

I shall continue to find opportunities to share my happiness in ways which benefit others.

I shall let the happiness I have found overflow into the community around me.

  • Abundant Peace

Messages and Affirmations 2.17 – Abundant Peace

I am living in abundant peace each time I turn my thought to the Infinite.

I step away from the memories, experiences and opinions of hurt.

I take my first deep breath and nurture the feeling of peace which comes.

I release the fears, even with the pressure of news cycles.

The Infinite Peace from within will always outlast and replace anything unlike It.

As I turn myself to the contemplation of abundant peace, I receive what I need for today.

I remember the peace of solved problems.

I remember the peace of getting an immediate right answer.

I remember the peace of making an unexpected connection.

I remember the peace of being received in a gracious way.

I remember the peace of generous strangers.

We are always in a place to receive peace when we listen within.

We prepare the place right here, right now.

There is always an answer of peace, when we live in the Presence of the Infinite.

Peace is part of the Inifnite’s way of comforting and reassuring us.

The Infinite brings peace to us in difficult times.

    It resolves family disputes.

It provides cooperation throughout the community.

It inspires creative action to include everyone in Its’ Grace.

We are all inhabitants of the Universe of Infinite peace.

We graciously receive peace when we add to the dignity and respect of everyone.

We are encouraged by the generosity of those who add to peace.

We crowd out harm and the fear of harm by our active commitment to peace.

We allow nothing but peace to enter our thought and our communities.

We create well-being for all as we continuously add to peace for everyone.
