My perception lives in peace
When I am surrounded by confusion and despair, I can turn within.
I can feel the peace which is at the core of my being.
I take my first deep breath and let the peace permeate me.
I can perceive peace through my feeling of calm.
I am able to listen more deeply.
My entire outlook changes.
Where I was feeling confusion and despair, I can perceive a peaceful feeling within and all around me.
I feel agitation leave my body.
I am able to to think clearly.
My next tiny step becomes clear and I can take it.
There is no resistance through peace.
I am led each step of the way to making a good decision.
I am led each step of the way to developing a product idea.
I am led each step of the way to settling an argument.
I give way to peace.
My life proceeds in a different way.
I perceive the way to a new life.
It is not based on the past, on my opinions or experiences or the opinions and experiences of someone else.
I have my own life based on my perception of the peace within which guides me.
I move into higher expression.
I trust myself.
I believe what my intuition is telling me.
I act on my inuition.
I love the feeling of peace and oneness with my inuition.
My perception moves me into an uplifted life.

My perception
What I perceive determines my life.
The influences which give me my perception may be uplifting or despairing.
I can choose how I perceive when I pay attention.
What is leading me to appreciate my surroundings?
What leads me to despair?
When I listen within, I connect to an unlimited scope of possibilities.
This inward listening screens out what is going on around me.
I can feel the Presence of an inward peace.
This is what uplifts my perception.
I can choose what I listen to.
I can take a deep breath and consider what I am listening to.
I can observe my emotions and feelings depending on where I direct my thought.
Who knew this could be so obvious?
Do I enjoy being agitated?
Do I love what a lifetime of agitation does to my body?
How can I redirect my thought to release agitation of thought, and then, of body?
I can build a practice of listening within.
I can gain a new perception for my life.
It gives me a new perspective on living.
Are there instances where I can be more kind?
I can be kinder to others.
I can even be kinder to myself.
As I discover the ways my perception has been influenced by my surroundings and the opinions around me, I can redirect them
I can change my course completely by how I choose to perceive my life.
With each deep breath, I can bring in more uplifting peace.

Poise for the World

Shared Global Vision –
Poise for the World
Rarely is the world poised for peace and well-being for all.
In fact, I do not think this has ever been the case.
However, it exists as an ideal.
I would define peace and well-being for all as families being able to maintain safety and abundance.
I would look for ways to discover systems and resources to this end.
I love reading about solutions from researchers prepared to collect the data on resources and distribution.
I love reading about innovative ways to add to the well-being of people in varying locations and conditions.
There is always someone in every place who has had the insight to develop an idea in an unusual or unexpected way.
To me, this proves the possibilities.
Individuals with insight and compassion are able to receive the practical steps to increase well-being in a particular area.
It is compassion which opens up the mind to receive practical ideas.
It is the trust within this mind which enables the receiver to take the tiny steps which start the project.
Once the tiny steps are visible, others are inspired to join in.
Well-being is increased in tangible ways.
This is happening all over the world in all kinds of conditions.
As we become aware of these efforts and their tangible results, it dilutes the despair and feeling of insurmountable odds in places we are aware of.
The inner listening for answers always lets them in.
As we expand our consistent practice of inner listening, we connect with the steps which solve the problems we are aware of.
This is a simple, practical process to share.
There are more solutions each time we listen within.
The value of this practice is unlimited.

Young Persons Mentor/Uplifting Parenting –
Conditions for my home
I am responsible for the conditions in my home.
The routines I establish and how I engage all household members to carry them out creates those conditions.
When I create a harmonious flow, everyone feels better.
Disruption can come from many different factors.
Returning to the flow of routines helps maintain good conditions.
Because of the potential for disturbances, it is important to have a deeper practice.
This is a practice of listening within.
Through inner listening, I can discern what needs to be done.
I can anticipate some of the problems and plan for alternatives.
The most important thing is working us all back into our routines.
Harmony is established through each one understanding and carrying out their responsibilities.
The organism of good household conditions depends on this.
We can move from step to step in a harmonious flow by allowing for self-care.
Making sure we are getting the rest and support we need helps maintain good household conditions.
During moments of great demand, we can continually turn within for steadying inspiration.
Take a deep breath.
Feel the peace in this moment.
Everyone will feel it and take a step forward in their day.
Needs will be met in the best possible way at the time.
Whatever misunderstandings may occur, will be dealt with in the most compassionate way possible at the time.
Safety will be preserved for every member of the household.
Calm will be reinstated.
It is important to remember this everyday as we meet the demands placed on us for good conditions within our household.

Listening for my priorities

Pebbles of Peace Pathways 2.45 –
I am learning how to not be in conflict with myself.
I am actually starting to listen for my own priorities.
I have had no idea what they were for years and years.
I had gotten into the habit of overriding them.
But now, the opportunity to observe them has arisen.
Boy, am I surprised!
I had no idea what they were.
I have been buried so deep in “responsibilities”, in societal expectations, in obedience and discipline, in “bloom where you are planted.”
Well, those are all right, so far as they go.
But they are not the way to live a life.
My priorities are there because of who I am.
They are the reasons I am here.
They are intended to be expressed.
So now that I have that straight, I think it is going to be all right.

The condition of my mind

Your Diamond Mind –
The condition of my mind
My mind is conditioned by many factors.
The atmosphere I grew up in, my career choice, becoming a parent.
How all these factors work together determines the condition of my mind.
When things align, there is no problem.
But what happens when I cannot meet all the requirements for the society and culture I am living in?
The breakdown between the requirement and my resources causes unrest, fear, and personal disruption.
How do I bring myself back into alignment without those resources?
I have to find new resources.
I have looked for new jobs, tutors for my children, and skills training.
I have arranged transportation, meal planning, and schedules.
All of these resources are on shifting sand.
The way back to poise comes from listening within.
The answers which come to me may result in jobs, tutors, and transportation.
But the calm within creates a different condition for my mind.
Acting from clarity creates a relaxing flow.
It is tangible.
I can observe it.
I can feel it.
I am no longer disrupted or fearful.
I feel the presence of Guidance and resources.
I am connected through listening within.
This creates a completely different condition for my mind.
I am returned to poise and effective action.
It helps me build a new foundation and different expectations.

Pebbles of Peace –
Poise is my right
I have a right to poise.
I have a right to living an undisturbed life.
I have a right to be able to establish calm for myself every time I need it.
It may seem presumptuous to ask for calm in today’s world.
It may seem reasonable to lose poise considering the state of the world.
All the fears which come from the world’s problems trickling down into our individual lives may feel inescapable.
The solution which I have found is poise.
What my thought is poised on gives me a clue.
Am I focused on fear and uncertainty?
Am I focused on a deeper reality?
How I answer the question determines my poise.
I know that I can find answers when I listen within.
Is the world too loud for me?
I must determine to listen within anyway.
Is the world’s condition being interpreted for me?
Or can I create my own conditions in the world?
I can create a moment of peace for myself.
I can take a deep breath and in that moment, I can feel peace.
I can regain my poise by doing this over and over again until I can hear direction from within.
In that moment, I regain my poise.
If I need to take action, even extreme action, I can.
If I need to remain in a peaceful state, I can.
I can move or I can wait with poise.
This is my right, to make that decision.

I can recover my poise
I can recover my poise.
Everyone I know can recover their poise.
Everyone I don’t even know, all over the planet, can recover their poise.
————
There is a way to recover balance and poise.
It is through connecting with the calm and Guidance from within.
Despite the confusion and agitation of outside events and memories, there is a lasting, continuous place of calm within.
Connecting with this calm for me comes through listening and writing.
It comes from spending time in Nature.
It comes from recalling uplifting feelings and events.
The basis of poise is our connection with what is permanent and unchageable.
In any circumstances, this happens through a thought.
A moment, a deep breath, can bring us back into poise.
Whatever we are dealing with can be elevated through a feeling of poise.
We return to well-being by giving ourselves a moment of pause.
We interrupt the chaos and disruption with a pause.
We are not carried further into the onrush of emotion or disturbance.
We can find our calm moment, and the clarity which comes with it.
Without thinking about a solution, an idea comes to mind.
It calms from the deep calm within.
We can act on it.
We can hold that moment of peace until it is time to act on it.
We are directed to safety, fulfillment, wholeness.
In just a moment, we return to poise.
We can do this over and over again.
