     Receive your gifts

    Receive your gifts and honor the Universe Who gives them to you.

    Do you have a special desire, a hobby which excites you, a place you enjoy visiting, a dish you love to cook?

    What you enjoy is your gift.

    You may have more than one gift.

    Whatever draws you to it through doing what you  love, is your gift.

    Is there a way you can share what you enjoy?

    When you share it, you are sharing your love with the world.

    People feel the love in what you do.

    It is uplifting.

    Doing business with integrity is uplifting.

    Meeting needs through service is uplifting.

    Art, dance, photography, music all have uplifting qualities.

    So does a good book, a good conversation.

    You always have something which you enjoy and can share.

    Simple steps in sharing do their part to dilute the heaviness in the atmosphere.

    Sharing is caring.

    Sharing is compassionate.

    Appreciating who you are through discovering your gifts is how you get to know the Infinite.

    It is so much fun to let what you enjoy overflow to include others.

    We all have access to resources from within.

    This is where we find our gifts.

    Our gifts are always available to us to receive.

    We honor them by receiving them and then by sharing them.

    This way, we are always sharing more love in our communities.

    #15 I love that others are inspired by my action.

    As I listen within, and take my guided action, I feel my connection to the Universe.

    I am filled with gratitude that I can be an effective messenger.

    By listening consistently, I improve my practice.

    I can share my ideas effectively.

    I love that others are able to recieve them and to be inspired.

    We can all contribute to each other’s progress as we are uplfited and encouraged.

    Pebbles of Peace –

    Finding light within

    During periods of confusion, I have learned to turn within and to listen.

    As I take my calming breath, I slow down and let it permeate my body.

    In the feeling of calm, I can hear direction.

    I release everything that is not peaceful, until all that is left is the peace.

    Then I know what step to take and I take  it.

    I begin to live in peace.

    Peace is what lights up my life.

    There is always light within once I establish my calm connection to the Infinite.

    I rest there.

    I take action as needed.

    I trust the time I spend in peace.

    I release agitation and fear.

    When I make room for light, I have my answers.

    I work in joy and happiness.

    I live in creative ecstasy.

    I see the results of my work in my beautiful surroundings.

    I am able to let my happiness and light overflow and share them.

    I have no wants.

    I increase my peace day by day.

    I live on a spiritual standard.

    I am watchful to guard against disturbing news and views.

    I consciously trust the Infinite to provide Its’ Light.

    I release opinions.

    I include only those associations which are uplifting.

    I live on a standard of Light and peace, which supplies everything I need.

    #14 I love seeing the effects of my uplifting action.

    As I express the ideas which come to me, others are drawn to them.

    They are uplifted and inspired to take action on their own behalf.

    New ideas come to them as they feel the power of my expression.

    They find their own unique ways to listen for and to express their own valuable ideas.

    We are all lifted up.

    We are all given a new view.

    We are all able to share without limitation.

    I have a conviction of happiness through Light.

    There are so many intersecting patterns in the dynamic of a home.

    Each person brings in the infuences they deal with.

    The one harmonizing factor is the Light we can see and feel and practice.

    Begin with a deep breath of peace.

    Let that peace permeate you, mind, soul, and body.

    Bring everything you do back to that peace.

    Set up a “peace” center.

    You can go there when you need to take a calming moment.

    You can go there mentally when you need to, as well.

    Peace leads to clarity, which leads to good decisions, which lead to happiness.

    With my new found practice of peace, I am convinced that I can move myself into happiness.

    At any point, I can listen within for Light and follow Its’ Guidance.

    I can become calm and clear and wait patiently for the right moment to act in an effective way.

    This leads me to solutions for myself and for those in my household.

    It sets an uplifting example for those times when I am able to achieve peace.

    I value my moments of peace and happiness.

    I am convinced they are there, available to me.

    I know how to find peace and happiness and how to convey it throughout my household.

    This is my most valuable resource, after discovering the power of “I love me”.

    Even after the fact, I can go back and visit old circumstances and dilemmas and infuse them with the peace and happiness I have found.

    There is no limit on the Divine, with Its Eternal Ever-Presence.

    I can tap into the powerful energy of Spirit which kept me alive and able to perform my household duties during such difficult times.

    I know this is spreading Itself throughout my life and the lives of those around me.

    If Light can bring happiness into my life, it is bringing happiness into other lives.

    This is the conviction by which I live.

    As we listen, we are empowered in a new way.

    This power is uplifting those who are listening for it.

    We are naturally drawn together.

    It is encouraging to see others who are drawn to this work.

    Control of your life through Light

    Sometimes I can regain my poise simply by sitting quietly and taking deep, calming breaths.

    Other times, I need to create my Meditation Drawings.

    With their simple repetitious lines and figures, I am able to focus on a very small area.

    It helps me stop taking in the chaos I feel around me.

    Other times, I pick up my current, simple, knitting project.

    The rhythm of knitting allows me to “bleed off” some of the disturbing and distracting energy I pick up on.

    Sometimes writing is how I channel the harassment and destructive feelings from the past.

    For me, these are all tools which come to me through Light.

    I am not stuck at the bottom of an endless well, trying to get up to the Light.

    Light comes to me wherever I am, regardless of my circumstances.

    Light gives me many ways to manifest It.

    I am able to honor the fact that Light is present as I turn my thought away from pain, fear, despair, or hurt.

    Each way that I express my acknowledgement that Light is with me, is productive and uplifting.

    Light knows what I need and puts it in range of my abilities.

    I keep the simple resources at hand which I need to increase my well-being.

    I now have the privilege of sharing my finds.

    I share my art and affirmations.

    I create useful and beautiful objects.

    I increase my inner peace and it shows up in the rest of my world.

    My underlying calm may benefit only me at the moment.

    My consistent practice of inner peace is distributed through whatever means are at hand.

    Others respond to it and it increases their peace for a moment.

    These many moments have a collective effect.

    They contrast the outward chaos and restore order within.

    We all see this and feel the uplifting effects.

    As I listen within, I am guided in how to respond.

    Wherever I see a need and ask for help, the Universe responds.

    I am grateful to share what I learn.

    I am grateful for others to receive it and benefit from it.

    I am grateful that others are learning that they, too, can listen within.

    It is where we all receive support.

    Courage to stand up to uncertainty

    What we know about Light is that It affects everyone.

    This gives us the courage to claim certainty through our inner listening.

    The outer world is being shifted about by many different currents.

    What we know through the Light within, is that everyone is loved, cherished and adored.

    This gives us the courage to make decisions for our own well-being which will uplift all of us.

    We can act with integrity for the long-term.

    No matter what short-term interests are being enacted, we can remember our infinite, unlimited divine heritage.

    We can live in such a way as to access these Resources.

    Whatever is good for us comes from an unlimited Source.

    To honor this fact, we can practice good management of resources.

    We can develop the generosity of ideas which come to us.

    We can distribute them widely.

    We can encourage and support others.

    We can move in the direction we are Guided.

    We can make intelligent decisions based on harmony for everyone.

    Our purpose is to live in such a way that we and all who know us are blessed.

    We take our deep breath of peace and let it fill us to overflowing.

    We share our peace.

    Those who follow this example increase peace around them.

    As we move out of fear and into peace, we are able to perceive and receive the ideas which will  keep us safe and secure.

    We will build the interdependent infrastructure which honors the gifts which everyone has to contribute.

    We will move out of uncertainty into certainty.

    We will do this by having the courage to leave the old, limiting, fearful practices, and move into the new, inclusive ones.
