Responding to Light

As I go deeper into my spiritual life, I realize that I am not here to fix things for myself.

The things which needed fixing and which brought me to my spiritual search are long gone in the past.

My children have grown up.

I am not desperate for work so I can feed them.

I am not dealing with the daily hassles of transportation, my own work issues, meals, laundry, and all the myriad details of running a household.

I have discovered what I love to do and I am doing it.

So what happens next?

There is more spiritual depth for me to discover.

The Light which brought me out of depression and anxiety has not stopped.

Its work is not done just because I feel better now.

I am grateful for deeper and deeper discoveries about my relationship to the Universe.

I love that It is all around me and through me and present throughout my day.

I love that I can turn to Its’ unlimited resources for uplifting ideas.

I love that I can translate these ideas into words and meditations and art.

I love that there is a wonderful, peaceful feeling when I am immersed in Spirit.

I love feeling the power that is Light and Love and Spirit.

Light led me gently and persistently and has not left me.

It will never leave me.

I am too convinced of the value of Spirit’s transforming Light, so I continue my inner listening.

I keep responding to Light so I can share it.

My new life continues to build and expand.

I am so glad to discover this.

I am not just recovering.

The same Light which brought me this far is compelling me to continue to go forward.

Trust the ideas to appear

We each have a spiritual identity which is characterized by what we love to do.

Even if what we love is not popular in the world around us, it is still a sure guide to happiness and prosperity.

Our ability to supply a unique need connects us with those who appreciate it.

Our devotion to our unique skill sets up a frequency which leads others to find us.

Only that which comes uniquely to us will have that kind of attraction and the success which goes with it.

Our ability to trust our inner guidance is what connects us to the Infinite.

We are attracted to a particular expression through what we love to do.

As you notice what you are drawn to over and over again, this may be an indication of what you love.

During your quiet time of inner listening, you will observe what ideas comes to you.

This is the direction you are to pursue.

My direction, when it appeared, was a complete surprise to me.

I have gained new skills in order to express it.

There is a deep satisfaction, which I have not known elsewhere, as I express my unique identity.

I have gained deep trust in how my life is connected to the Infinite.

I have patience with how I am being guided.

The long term effect of moving with Guidance is deep calm and trust.

As long as I am doing my unique work, I have access to other things that I love.

Without the deep work, I lack the same feeling of harmony in the rest of my life.

We have millions of thoughts each day, and only a tiny percentage of them are new.

Tuning into the Infinite is refreshing as well as restorative.

Each new idea requires steps to bring it about.

Even if these are steps we have performed in the past, they have a new application.

We can trust the ideas which appear as our deep work to have the support of the Infinite.
