    Recovery and Reset

    It is amazing to discover a calm, immoveable center of peace.

    I do not live there all of the time yet.

    But at least I have discovered it.

    It is a place I can return to, when I do the work.

    The original work took several years.

    I found hints of peace, moments of calm.

    I have been able to do the work to increase those moments.

    I know there is a peaceful, immoveable center of calm.

    I know that when I release my opinions and the opinions of others, I can access the peace within me.

    I know that my morning routine of listening for ideas and writing is the key to my peace throughout the day.

    Letting my thoughts flow into words and sentences lets me look at what is going on in my life.

    That gives me perspective on what I need to deal with.

    My communion within connects me to my Higher Power.

    I have been rescued over and over again by that connection.

    It is my priority.

    When I do not write, I neglect what is most precious to me.

    Writing and letting my thoughts flow into a recognizable form allows me to recover from confusion.

    It lets me organize what I am hearing and feeling.

    It lets me figure out what is important to me.

    It lets me reset for a new day.

    Through writing, I increase my peace.

    I impart a new, calm perspective on my day.

    Each day, I need to do this.

    Shared Global Vision –

    Insight lets me know what to do

    In the calm peace of mind, I am able to perceive what to do.

    Mostly, I need to feel the calm Presence of the Divine.

    In that moment of peace, I release whatever is pressuring me.

    I release uncertainty.

    I am free to be in a calm mental and physical state of harmony.

    From this feeling comes my vision and my action.

    I gain insight into whatever involves me.

    If I need to take action, I know what to do.

    If I need to wait, I am patient.

    I am knowledgeable only of the Presence of calm guidance.

    I can be in a completely new situation and be taken care of.

    I can be in a familair situation and see it in a different way.

    Whatever adjustment is needed, I can gain the insight to see it.

    I am not caught up in confusion or limitation.

    I know that I am receiving whatever I need in a timely manner.

    My commitment to listening within assures me of this fact.

    The world situations which occur have no means of disturbing me or upsetting me when I place myself into the space of inner listening.

    This is where I gain the insight to know whatever is necessary to my well-being.

    I move myself instantly into well-being as I feel this comforting Presence.

    There is a different way of looking at the world and interacting with it when I work from insight.

    I connect with what I need and I am able to serve in a greater capacity.

    My most important role regarding the world is my attitude of inner listening.

    I gain insight that has nothing to do with data and analysis.

    It moves me and all of us into a feeling of well-being when we do this.

    Insight shows me how to solve problems

    As a new parent, and in parenting, every day is new, I am often challenged to find solutions.

    Either I have not dealt with the situation, or it is a completely different one with a different child.

    I am grateful for the resources of other parents and how they often help me.

    Sometimes, though, nothing is working.

    For that, I need insight.

    I need to take a deep breath to release my anxious and tense body.

    I take that deep breath with the expectation that I will make some space to think.

    Even better than thinking, is the room to receive insight.

    Through insight, I have been able to connect with resources beyond my expertise and experience.

    I have been able to find appropriate avenues for my children’s expression.

    I have been able to find teachers and tutors and connections to make new friends.

    I am especially grateful for the contacts I made through my homeschooling mom’s groups.

    We were all used to searching out resources to help our children learn.

    Many times, we created our own.

    We were able to give each other support as we moved our children into more appropriate and uplifting surroundings.

    We were encouraged to see our children take new steps and begin to develop confidence in surroundings which supported their many learning styles.

    Other times I have gained insight into something as simple as locating lost objects for my children.

    I have been able to find lost children, too.

    I am really grateful for that insight!

    We have a Universe which is full of beneficial and uplifting ideas for raising and protecting our children.

    We can keep our children safe through insight.

    We can nurture and support them every time we turn within.

    We may not find all the solutions for their lives, but then, that is the work which they have taken on by showing up in the world.

    Our example of trusting our insight may be one more thing which they can draw on in their own  life.

  • Insight gives me the ideas for solutions

    Insight gives me the idea for solutions

    When I am stuck for a solution, I can listen within.

    There are more resources available to me than my training and experience can give me.

    There are even more resources than the experiences other people can give me.

    A new direction can come from insight.

    A new way to use resources can come from insight.

    A new way to connect with others can come through insight.

    Insight provides a jump to the right connection.

    It may not make sense, but it works.

    It is fun to test out the answers which come through insight.

    Suddenly we find that something works better than could be expected.

    Sometimes things working at all is a delightful result.

    Insight provides ways to use materials.

    Insight repairs relationships.

    Insight resolves disputes in ways which benefit all parties.

    Insight provides compassionate solutions.

    Insight is a dependable way to approach a project.

    When we are seeking a solution to something which has never come up before, insight is the surest path to an answer.

    Insight is the tangible experience which comes from inner listening.

    We apply all our resources, all our knowledge, and then we wait to see how we are inspired to proceed.

    This process makes room for inspired action.

    It is uplifting to see the ideas roll in to move the project along.

    Insight releases the heaviness of confusion and indecision and creates a sure path.

    Insight provides delight with the solutions which appear.

    We can trust insight and the sound solutions it provides.

    Insight leads me to peaceful action

    When I am caught up in the whirl of activities and confusion around  me, I need to retreat within to find peace.

    As I take my deep breath and pause, I open myself up to the presence of new ideas and new possibilities.

    In the quiet and the peace, I hear the answer.

    It is an answer of peace.

    I have room to gain the insight I need to take the most appropriate action.

    It is an “aha!” moment.

    It is an extra deep breath which brings on it, the tiny shift in direction which I need.

    It is an extra moment of deeper reflection which tells me all is well.

    I am able to move peacefully with my next tiny step.

    This naturally leads to the next one.

    At any moment, I can pause and wait for the insight to direct me.

    I have to listen clearly and consistently in order not to get bogged down by the confusion and anxiety around me.

    There is a clear way through our problems, but it does not come when we are immersed in them.

    It comes through removing ourselves into the quiet inward place where we can access our insight.

    Our calm overflows into the atmosphere around us and dilutes some of the fear.

    Others may feel the frequency of our peace and breathe a little easier.

    Calm is easy to share when we make a calm center for our life.

    Insight leads to calm.

    We are never alone.

    We always have the resources we need.

    They are present as we turn our thought to the Divine which is limitless.

    Insight allows us to access the divine resources which are waiting for us.

  • My peace is my safety

    My Peace is My Safety 

    Sometimes I know not to do something, but I go ahead.

    Then I have to get myself out of the situation I could have avoided.

    When I am at peace, I know when and whether to go ahead.

    Then I avoid problems.

    I know to listen for the deep peace which tells me what I need to do and where I need to be.

    I know it absolutely.

    I am listening more and more consistently, but still it is new territory for me.

    When I am safe, other people feel it, too.

    We coordinate in ways that are immeasurable and uncontrollable.

    I coincidently meet people and just as coincidently do not meet other people.

    Being obedient to past teachings does not work.

    Those old pathways were induced by other people, other opinions.

    My peace comes from following what is given to me.

    It comes directly to me.

    It is mine, mine to use, mine to share, mine to experience.

    I am safe when I use what comes to me.

    It comes to me through trusting myself to receive it.

    That is a great source of peace.

    Through insight I discern my needs

    My needs are for expression.

    How my expression is shaped depends on insight.

    Insight comes from listening within.

    That is where and how I hear the messages of spiritual identity.

    I am able to discover what I love to do.

    What a remarkable experience of peace and joy!

    What a wonderful way to be able to serve.

    Through taking the tiny steps guided by intuition and insight, I find myself developing new skills.

    These are satisfying and allow me to expand my identity in new ways.

    My need for expression comes from the Universe’s delight in It’s creation.

    There are so many ways I can express the unlimited ideas from the Universe Who Loves Me.

    I use new spiritual tools for this expression.

    They are kindness, compassion, gentleness, strength, love and many more.

    I am led to utilize the new resources I perceive in ways which are uplifting to me.

    As my happiness overflows, it creates a peaceful and happy and uplifting atmosphere around me.

    I am so delighted to find new ways to express my happiness.

    I am so grateful that these are uplifting to me and to others.

    I write, I draw, I create beautiful things.

    I am living in beautiful, uplifting surroundings.

    The insight which has brought me this life comes from within.

    My entire life has been reshaped through the process of inner listening.

    It has given me new skills and a new outlook on life.

    It has connected me to divine resources which are always available and always uplifting.

    Shared Global Vision –

    Sharing uplifting ideas

    There is no limit to the ways you can share uplifting ideas.

    One way to to live an uplifting life is through generosity and compassion.

    Another way is to share through your business or service.

    We can also encourage others to look beyond their immediate experiences to imagine ways to contribute to the well-being of others.

    Every step we take to expand our view contributes to sharing good ideas.

    We become aware of needs and we listen within to know how to engage in our fist tiny step.

    Many organizations have begun with the ideal of the first tiny steps.

    We can open our thought to the Infinite and listen within to receive an idea.

    We can begin to recognize the ideas which come to us.

    We can take our tiny step and see how it leads to the next one.

    The idea of well-being for everyone is an acheivable ideal when we consider the Infinite.

    We are all precious and we all have something to contribute.

    We are all able to learn more skills.

    We are able to become excellent as we practice.

    These are all ways of sharing uplifting ideas.

    The main thing is to not think in terms of the past.

    So much has opened up since past events took place.

    There are more ways to communicate.

    There are more opportunities for excellence.

    Excellence is always in demand.

    The simplest step, done with excellence, sets you on the road to the next excellent step.

    It lifts you up.

    You become generous in your effort, and you see results beyond what your past would indicate.

    You are living now and you can listen within now and you can share your uplifting ideas through every excellent step.
