    Answers Through Trust

    I am willing to trust.

So many times, my intuition has led me to safety.

It has led me to know where my children are.

It has guided me through many questions about raising my children.

When I trust myself to know the spiritual nature of my children, I am able to see them as whole and well.

When they were little, this trust and acknowledgement of divine power healed them of colds, flu, chicken pox.

This trust allowed me to understand difficulties in school and to resolve them in unique and appropriate ways.

I was able to support them despite bullying and unwholesome friendships.

I was able to find appropriate answers to schooling.

The requirements of raising children made demands on me beyond my abilities.

In order to find strength and answers, I turned to spiritual Guidance.

    This became my habit.

As the world intruded more and more, I began to trust that my children would find their own answers.

I would immerse myself in the fact that they, too, had intuition to direct them.

I learned to trust that their foundation extended far beyond what I had been able to provide for them.

I learned that they, too, have the privilege and responsibility to put their world in order with the best tools that they find.

    This has been tough.

I am finally willing to acknowledge that, just as the Universe Which Loves Me has provided answers for me, it is providing answers for my children.

This has released me to go deeper into my own growth and service.

I am not tied to my past and neither are my children.

I am willing to discover my infinite possibilities and to release them to discover theirs.

  • The results of practice

    The Results of Practice

    I am willing to practice.

From my early years of piano lessons, I learned how to practice.

This ability has continued to be effective in all areas of my life.

Whenever I seek to learn something new, I break it down into the tiniest step I am willing to take.

This eliminates the confusion of taking on too much.

It eliminates the feeling of being overwhelmed.

    I can learn step-by-step.

If I am stuck, it is because there is too big a step.

I need to prepare myself by breaking it down.

When I have broken it down to the tiniest, most insignificant-looking step, and it feels easy, or at least possible, to take, then I am in the right place to begin.

Sometimes the first tiny step is to gather my materials.

Sometimes the next tiny step is to find a place to put them.

Sometimes the next tiny step is to sit in front of where I have placed my materials.

I might feel like picking up one of them.

I might feel like typing a word.

I might feel like looking up a topic.

Each time I take a tiny step, I pause and wait to see what comes next.

It comes as a feeling, a thought, and finally as action.

As I know what to do, I do it.

I do it over and over again to learn any new skill.

I trust the process of repetition and inspiration.

I trust the process of endurance.

This happens over weeks and months.

Gradually, I see that I can continue with greater and greater skill.

My willingness to practice is placing me on higher ground.

  • Peace in Being Guided

    Peace in Being Guided

I am willing to be  guided.

I find my peace when I give up my opinions.

My experiences and the conclusions I have drawn from them are not adequate to meet the new demands.

I am willing to expand my awareness to find peace.

I incorporate peace into each tiny step.

I am guided to take my tiny steps.

I listen carefully to be led.

I no longer trust my past experiences to guide me.

I need to be reassured in this present moment.

With changes happening so fast, I need to find peace in every moment.

How do I build on peace when there are so many changes?

    I listen within.

I am willing to wait until I am sure.

My certainty comes in the deep peace.

Then, I am guided effortlessly to take the next tiny step.

I may proceed fast or slow, but all is within the deep peace.

I observe the chaos which is going on all around me, but I wait to take action.

I am not swept up in the turbulence.

I am not part of the disturbance.

I am part of the deep peace.

    It is within me.

    It is all around me.

I move through a corridor of deep peace with each tiny step.

I am willing to listen and to be guided.

  • Willingness to Listen

    Loved Cherished Adored –

    Willingness to Listen

I typically have my own opinions.

They are built from my experiences.

But sometimes, when things do not work out, I become willing to listen.

In quiet reflection I find my peace.

    I release confusion.

    I release disturbances.

The gentle feeling of comfort and guidance appears.

I am willing to listen, to take the tiny step of action.

In this quiet communion, I find my answers.

    Peace is always the answer.

There is sure guidance as I practice my willingness to listen.

I am building a platform of listening instead of opinions.

My experiences become the result of listening and guidance.

    I am more successful.

I am connected to my infinite Source.

I am able to meet timelines.

I find the resources which are available in the Infinite.

The quality of my work is raised.

I am willing to refine all the details.

Living in the consciousness of Spirit connects me to everything I need at the right time.

I am able to see far-reaching solutions.

Connections appear in the best ways.

My willingness to listen becomes a consistent practice.

  • Peace in Action

    Peace in Action

I find peace in pursuing my work.

When I see a discouraging sight, I know that it is time to focus more completely on what I am doing to help raise my own level of consciousness and contribution.

When I am completely engaged in my work,

    I am “in the zone”.

    I am happy and fulfilled.

My sense of purpose radiates all around me.

I cannot afford to stay in a mental state of criticism or discouragement.

I do not want that feeling within or without me.

    Mine is an active peace.

I rest in my peace at the completion of my projects and when I am listening for inspiration to pursue them.

I live in the peace of my projects.

I live in the listening and acting on what I hear.

In my action and rest, I am at peace.

  • The beginning of the world

    The beginning of the world

The world begins within us when we become aware of our surroundings.

Until we know how to shape our experiences, they are shaped for us.

What we accept about ourselves shapes our life.

We can decide what we want to accept about ourselves and cultivate it.

Are we here to contribute to the world or to merely take from it?

What do we even have to contribute to the world?

Every thought, every concept, every act we embrace contributes to the world around us.

These are what shape our world.

When we realize this, we want to be sure to shape the world in the highest, best way.

We want to contribute to the well-being of everyone in the world.

It is easy to begin by looking at the world from the viewpoint of the Universe Who Loves Us.

In our multiples, we have great power to desire and to effect well-being for all of us.

    That is all.

    That is how it begins.

Our opinions and experiences do not have the scope of the Universe Who Loves Us.

We connect with that Universe when we desire well-being for all of us.

We know that we desire to live in an uplifting way.

That connects us with others who desire the same.

This is an attracting factor and moves all of us in appropriate ways to this desired result.

Pay attention to those deep and quiet thoughts which come in moments of deep peace.

This is the beginning of the world.

And then it explodes into great joy!

  • Precious beginnings

    Precious beginnings

    Our preciousness is beyond description.

We must realize that this is true in order to take the next step.

Seen from the view of the Universe Who Loves Us, we can take steps for the well-being of every precious one of us.

Our trust that everyone is loved, cherished and adored leads us to find ways of treating each other well.

We each have special talents and special needs.

Each one is there to be fulfilled.

We achieve a balance in how we respond through giving and receiving.

We cultivate our talents in order to serve.

    Others are doing the same.

We share our joy and happiness through recognition and exchange.

    This is our grassroots practice.

We see it in community organizations.

    It permeates our cultural attitudes.

Everyone is looking for ways to take the next step.

Our uplifting attitude can cut through the many layers of discouragement which some have experienced.

This helps to create a new beginning.

We can begin again several times a day.

We can begin again throughout the different stages of our life.

We can support new beginnings for those we know and those we do not know.

It is an expectation that we are here to express our talents and gifts for the purpose of upliftment.

This always allows us to create new beginnings.

  • After the beginning

    After the beginning

    Begin with compassion.

When we begin with compassion, we have a reference for the rest of our day and for our attitude toward others.

We may be struggling with an immediate issue, or with a long-term challenge.

    Others have the same struggles.

Our compassionate attitude toward ourselves allows us to be generous toward others.

We can welcome others to the workplace with this compassion in mind.

As we go about our work, we can infuse it with compassion.

Our interactions will support each other in a deeper way.

Without the need to either confide or vent, our day will go better.

The cushion of compassion will underlie the way we deal with each other.

Fill yourself up with compassion over and over during the day.

Let the day be filled and fulfilled.

Carry compassion with you on errands.

Carry compassion with you to lunch.

Carry compassion with you to the grocery store.

Carry compassion with you on the drive home.

As you walk in the door with your groceries and your compassion, you will have a different feeling.

You will only be tired from work, not worn out with friction.

    Prepare your meal with compassion.

Talk to your children with compassion.

    Especially, listen with compassion.

Their issues, experiences, problems and triumphs can all be received with compassion.

You wrap your family in compassion as you listen from your reservoir of compassion.

As you complete your chores and preparation for the next day, wrap yourself in compassion.

    Have a restful sleep.
