  • Uplifting Power

    Meditation Drawing 4.24 – Uplifting Power

    The uplifting power of the infinite Universe is Love.

    We are all subjects of this Love.

    It is our most natural state, and attitude toward each other, when we place ourselves in the Presence of the Divine.

    We do this when we listen within for Guidance.

    We are guided, not by our memories, opinions, or experiences, but by the superior knowledge of the Divine Universe.

    It has created us to experience Itself.

    We rise into this experience by circumstances which are beyond our control.

    As we desire to move into a higher expression and experience, we begin to pull the Divine toward us.

    Actually, since the Divine is everywhere, all the time, what is happening, is that we become concious of It.

    Our despair and fatigue with the heaviness of our lives, the unpredictability, the uncertainty, leads us to look for another way.

    This way comes to us in tiny steps of conscious guidance when we listen within for what we need to know.

    Our desire to find a new way tells us that one exists.

    It comes to each of us through our inner communion, our inner connection with the Divine.

    This is the message which we each receive in an individual way.

    It may come to us when we are in despair, or in a moment of in Nature.

    It may come to us as we read a poem or write one.

    It may come to us when we see a piece of art or listen to uplifting music.

    The creative Power of the Divine is part of our spiritual nature and it sings to us when we encounter it.

    It is like finding the right fit for our life.

    We simply belong.

    Everything around us supports who we are.

    We enter a beautiful community of uplifting power and this Power is Love.

  • Naturally joyous

     A Year Of Joy #10 – Naturally joyous

    I am naturally joyous when I fill myself with the beauty and peace from within.

    I fill myself and let it overflow all around me.

    Other people feel the peace and they feel the joy.

    I make a choice to choose joy.

    It is my preference.

    I train myself to move my thought into joy.

    It becomes my most harmonious state.

    I default into joy.

    When I observe the balance and harmony of the structure of society, I create more joy for myself.

    I add more joy to society.

    I live in joy.

    I take my tiny steps in joy.

    I pause to allow joy to come into any decision I make.

    I surround myself with what I love to do and I do it.

    I create uplfiting and joyful conversation.

    I exult in joy.

    I celebrate joy.

    I radiate joy.

    I include everyone in joy.

    I make room for joy by listening for and accepting creative and imaginative solutions.

    There is a place for everyone in joy.

    Joy is our natural state as we accept our place in the Universe Who Loves Us.

    We can provide more joy through expanding our view.

    We breathe in peace and we breathe in joy.

    It is a natural rhythm.

  • Deep Satisfaction

    Pebbles of Peace Pathways 4.21 – Deep Satisfaction

    Writing down the ideas that flow from the Universe is very satisfying.

    It is wonderful to feel the answers to questions I haven’t even asked yet come into my consciousness.

    Putting myself into a state of meditation by relaxing and focusing inward releases me from the mundane, and when I return, I am refreshed to take care of it.

    It has been worth the long journey and struggle to choose a different direction, to learn the techniques to rewrite the inner noise and to silence it.

    Now there is room to receive and, having received, to give.

    Now there is deep satisfaction in the way I am living my life.

    What do I love to do?

    Following through on this discovery is opening so many opportunities for me.

    Committing myself to expressing my ideals through color and design is such a relief.

    Doing what I have always wanted to do feels like such an indulgence, when it is only natural.

    I am feeling a great sense of stability as I invest in the ideas which are important to me.

    I feel deep guidance when I work on the ideas which are important to me.

    I feel connected to my Source and I love to receive wonderful ideas and to work on them.

    Now that I know that the ideas I receive, which uniquely come to me, have value, I feel freer to work on them first.

    After years of pleasing everyone else, I can now please myself.

    I love the feeling of worthiness as I do my work.

    I am not working toward anyone else’s criteria.

    I only desire to satisfy myself.

    I am having the wonderful experience, so far, of people loving and appreciating what I am doing.

    It is the greatest feeling of connection.

    My sincerity and investment in myself is giving me much greater reward than doing everything I can possibly do correctly.

    I love what I see in myself.

  • Perception

    Meditation Drawing 4.23 – Perception

    I feel as though I am living between two worlds.

    One is the world of my memories.

    The other is the world of spiritual perception.

    I am led to spiritual perception through inner listening.

    I sense what to do, rather than try to figure it out.

    It is my intuition.

    In this world of spiritual perception, there is kindness, compassion and understanding.

    There are solutions to each issue which benefit all parties.

    We are able to come together as we create well-being for all.

    There is enough for everyone and we give generously to one another.

    We receive, as well as give, without conditions.

    We uplift our communities through our perception of everyone as precious.

    We are all loved, cherished and adored.

    We value the qualities of integrity, honesty, imagination and innovation.

    We cultivate the skills which support the needed work in our community.

    We invite those with the skills we need to live in our community.

    Communication allows us to develop what is needed.

    Gardening, transportation, cottage industries of repair, baking, sewing are all provided locally.

    We encourage development of whatever is needed to be supplied super-locally.

    This is the way we embrace community.

    We support ourselves.  We are interdependent.

    We celebrate all those in our community by valuing what they bring through their uplifting character.

    Our spiritual perception is an attracting force.

    We carefully cultivate qualities of insight, respect, dignity, courtesy, sincerity, and we appreciate and recognize them throughout our community.

  • Acceptance of Joy

    A Year of Joy #9 – Acceptance of Joy

     There is joy all around us.

    It is in the Infinite Universe.

    It is part of what we are.

    We breathe in joy when we accept that it is a reality, a gift from the Universe Who Loves Us.

    It is something we can accept unconditionally.

    We bring it into our life by making room for it.

    We release our past view.

    We accept a new reality to make room for joy.

    Joy has a new feel.

    It is fresh.

    It is radiant.

    It is powerful.

    It crowds out anything unlike itself.

    It shines on everyone and fills them up.

    There is an innocence to joy.

    It is pure love.

    It fills the balance and overflows.

    It exists in the life and mind and body of everyone.

    It fills the soul.

    It permeates the atmosphere.

    It is a tangible taste.

    It is an embrace.

    We accept joy in all its forms.

    We move into unlimited joy.

    We expand our joy by letting it overflow into the lives of everyone.

    We accept its unlimited nature since it comes from the Infinite.

  • The antidote to poison

    A Healing Message #2 – The antidote to poison.

    I have witnessed healings of food poisoning, snake bite, hornet stings and a bite from an asp.

    In each case, practical action was taken along with spiritual support.

    Each time, the symptoms dissipated rapidly.

    Poisonous attitudes which surround us through news cycles can be dissipated rapidly as well.

    We can fill ourselves with our first deep breath toward inner peace.

    Despite all the intentional chaos and confusion, there is a deep peace which we can access from within.

    When we interrupt the feeling of dread and dismay, we stop the flow of fear.

    Each person who faces poisoning fear can dilute it with the reminder, through a deep breath, that here is a moment of clarity.

    Of course, there will be a solution, even if we do not know what it is yet.

    Of course, there is a new path to take which will bring us where we need to be, even if it is not the one we were following before.

    Of course, it will make demands on us.

    We are here to face challenges and to overcome them.

    This is what dilutes the poison.

    Our calm and listening attitude leads us to take the necessary steps.

    This precludes the trauma of toxic inaction or toxic reaction.

    Our opinion about the chaos is irrelevant.

    What is needed is clear thinking through a deep knowing of inner peace.

    Our intuition can rise to the forefront of our mind and we can take action.

    In the face of crisis or catastrophe, radical action may be required.

    Our inner listening guides us to take whatever steps are necessary.

    We gain courage through listening to our intuition and taking a radical approach.

    Yes, there can be disillusionment, disappointment and fear, but we can still move toward a solution.

    We can activate this antidote to poison through establishing our inner peace and action.
