    Healing Messages 1.124 – What belongs to me

    I do not know what someone else’s life is about.

    I know I have to keep learning to be patient.

    Everyone has deep issues which are theirs to solve.

    They have a hierarchy of needs which is not visible to me, even when they talk about it.

    They have to do the underlying work to discover how to meet their own needs, and realize their  own desires.

    They have to build the connections to their own dreams.

    I learned I had to do that for myself and that no one else could know it or do it.

    Time is not a dimension in the way the Universe solves problems.

    It always looks to me as though there is a time crunch, the longer things take.

    But I am learning to let others work over their own timeline to discover their own solutions, as I had to.

    I am not in charge of a timeline, not even my own.

    The Universe is bringing everything to completion in Its’ own way.

    My Universe consists of inner listening and in taking the tiny steps of action which appear.

    That is my only course.

    Everyone else has their own true Guidance.

    I am in this moment.

    What are the requirements for me in this moment?

    I do not have the ability to take steps for someone who appears not to be taking their own.

    My steps are provided for by the Universe Who Loves Me.

    So are everyone else’s.

    I withdraw myself – opinions, memories, experiences – into the present moment, which is complete.

    I live in this moment and let the Universe bring to me what belongs to me.

    Healing Messages 1.123 – Riches below the surface

    I am living the richest life I have ever known.

    It has come about by getting rid of all the noise in my head.

    I was filled up with expectations, requirements, duties, conventions, suggestions.

    I turned from one to the other, all directed by my earliest programming.

    I had no idea what to trust.

    And then I found inner listening.

    I got quiet and waited for all the noise and confusion to die down.

    I put it in the background and focused on deep breathing and relaxing into what I came to know as the Divine.

    I was able to feel peace permeate me and spread throughout my entire body.

    I became calm. I became clear.

    I was able to percieve what to do.

    I was able to take the tiny step which presented itself.

    That is how I learned how to access my riches.

    They were there all the time, but below all the surface noise.

    I have built up a practice which depends completely on inner listening.

    It is where I access my Resources.

    It is how I am inspired to share my art and meditations.

    It is how I was led to creativity in a whole new direction.

    I am always connected whenever I turn to listen inwardly.

    When I face confusion or distraction, I know what steps to take.

    I move out of the stream of pressure and harrassment.

    I take my first deep breath.

    I lean into my Divine connection.

    I am filled with each day’s riches.

    Healing Messages 1.122 – Delay (trigger warning)

    You may feel that it is taking a long time for you to discover your purpose in life.

    It would have felt better to know what it is and get on with activating it.

    There is no way I would have been remotely prepared for my life purpose if it had happened any sooner.

    I needed all the preparation through all the challenges I faced in order to be able to be useful.

    I am here to help women heal from trauma.

    I had to heal from my own trauma.

    I had to develop the strength to face the issues which enveloped me.

    I had to be able to deal with multiple issues and meet mulitple demands all at the same time.

    I had to be able to find my way through all the mental and emotional confusion.

    Each issue was dealt with tiny step-by-tiny step.

    My timid and reluctant steps were compelled by the divine path I signed up for.

    I had no idea my experiences would feel so devastating.

    I definitely had a choice.

    To me, however, there was no alternative.

    I had to move forward into healing.

    I was given the resources to traverse the darkness and despair.

    I was given the encouragement to move upward into light.

    I was given the necessity to solve the problems of sexual abuse.

    Too many of us have been faced with this situation.

    There is a way to live which removes the dire effects of shame and helplessness.

    It is to immerse yourself in the Divine.

    I discovered the Divine through inner listening.

    It was like a rope of hope flung to me across a turbulent sea.

    I clung to it with all my might and handhold by handhold I was able to move into the light.

    Healing Messages 1.121 – Unconditional abundance – how plants grow

    It was an interesting discovery to find out that plants take nutrients from the air.

    We are taught that they turn carbon dioxide into oxygen for us to breathe.

    We know they take nutrients from the ground and from water.

    We have unconditional abundance from plants.

    Plants appear in cycles.

    They provide so much beauty.

    The variety we experience throughout the year is profound.

    Plants provide food, materials for dwelling places, shade from the sun.

    There are a variety of building materials from plants in many of their forms.

    There are materials for weaving walls and fences.

    There are trees from which lumber is made.

    Paper is made from plants.

    It is astounding to discover the abundance from plants.

    In our own heart and mind and soul, we discover our own abundance.

    We are empowered to receive according to how we listen within.

    When we consider qualities of character, we can cultivate them to provide more abundance.

    We can provide more kindness and unquestioned integrity.

    These build trust.

    We can provide excellence through every step of service.

    We listen within to tune into our own gifts, and we are connected with ways to express them.

    We learn the skills to create excellence.

    Our reputation attracts abundance.

    Our quality of work lifts up those who receive it.

    As everyone does this, our community is provided for abundantly.

    We become part of unconditional abundance.

    Healing Messages 1.120 – Conditions and the One “Uncondition”

    What are we being conditioned to do?

    Our surroundings teach us a particular set of rules.

    As our life develops in a satisfying way, we remain content with this conditioning.

    If it does not, we look outside it and create different conditions for ourselves.

    So many of us are overcome by conditions.

    There is no way to surmount them all.

    The only answer to finding our way through is to discover the One “uncondition”.

    Unconditional Love provides for all of us.

    Our ability to recognize this may come when we have run out.

    We have no more ideas for how to fix our life.

    This is what happened to me.

    As I reached out in desperation, I found a way to commune within.

    Every situation which I was dealing with came to a successful resolution when I let go.

    With practice, I was released unconditionally from every obstacle.

    This is an astounding statement to be able to make.

    I really have discovered an unconditional way to make progress.

    It is a way which many others have discovered before me.

    It is inner listening.

    I know that I can figure anything out through listening within.

    I tap into the Infinite which removes all barriers.

    I step over them one by one as I am guided to take my tiny steps.

    Even skills and situations which I have never been able to deal with are resolved.

    I am uplifted.

    I have a new attitude toward life.

    I am confident, happy and successful as one of the “unconditions” of Love.

    Healing Messages HM 1.119 – The Divine Compass – points to unconditional good for all

    We can turn our view from what  is around us, and look within.

    As we do this, we find we are looking into the Infinite.

    There is nothing we cannot imagine.

    This is a taste of the Infinite.

    The Divine Compass leads us to consider not only ourselves, but others as well.

    We all receive gifts from the Infinite.

    These fit together to complete our communities.

    We follow the direction which most satisfies us.

    We find complimentary talents and skills to carry out projects together.

    The good we envision for all of us attracts everything that is needed to carry it out.

    We approach life differently, confident of this fact.

    We do not worry about resources.

    We see everyone as worthy.

    We value and respect one another.

    There are no conditions which cannot be overcome.

    Obstacles are dissolved as we allow what is within to inform us.

    We listen and take all the appropriate steps.

    A conversation develops which envelops us all.

    No one is left out.

    The Universe Which Loves Us All has resources for all Its’ creation.

    We step into our role as we feel the Presence of uplifting ideas.

    We implement them as we are Guided and we see their uplifting effects.

    Each community is full of opportunities for increasing well-being for all.

    With this motive, we are led to use our resources in the most effective ways.

    We find unexpected and imaginative ways as we become open to unconditional good for all.

  • Wholeness universally

    Healing Messages 1.118 – Wholeness universally

    We are in living in a time of many parts.

    It feels as though society and civilization are fragmenting.

    To even put one life back together, it is necessary to find out what wholeness is.

    Wholeness is not a nation.

    Wholeness is not even a family.

    Wholeness is within each one of us.

    This is what I discovered when I began listening within.

    From unrelenting deep depression and anxiety, I followed a spark within.

    Gradually, I was led to wholeness and powerful expression.

    My isolation dissipated as I began realizing what my life is really made of.

    I received messages from a Universe Which Loves Me.

    It turns out that this Universe Loves All of Us.

    It provides what we each need in order to be made whole.

    It comes to us in a way which is healing and uplifting.

    It defines us in new terms.

    We leave the past behind.

    We replace it with healing experiences.

    We gain confidence in our new expression.

    We gain a new vocabulary to describe the new life we are creating.

    We are not building on old forms.

    Those did not work.

    The new forms are inclusive and respectful of everyone.

    We cultivate new talents and skills to create this new way of living.

    In order to remain whole, we value everyone’s place in the world.

    No one is left out as we create well-being for all.

  • The vision beyond

    Healing Messages 1.117 – The vision beyond

    There is a vision beyond our circumstances.

    We are all part of a greater Universe.

    This is a Universe Which Loves Us All.

    No one is left out.

    No one is deprived.

    No one is isolated.

    We live according to the principles and practice of well-being for all.

    We are not limited by politics, economics, opinions, experiences or memories.

    We are free to envision our best life and to take the many tiny, powerful steps to move ourselves into our new, beautiful life.

    We release ourselves from judgement, even our own.

    We fill ourselves with the thoughts of what we love to do.

    Each time we nurture that idea, we move ourselves toward it.

    At some point we find ourselves taking the first tiny step, which will be followed by more.

    We will reach our goal and live in our vision.

    We will see ourselves in the reality of our new, uplifting, manifested life.

    This is possible through dedication and devotion.

    This is possible when we give ourselves permission to do what we love.

    We move naturally in the direction of what we love.

    We connect through many surprising and unplanned steps as we open ourselves to the resources of the Infinite Universe.

    We are very loved in this Universe.

    We are very happy in this Universe.

    We are able to give beyond our wildest vision.

    The Universe pours out Its’ gifts on us.

    We are participating in well-being for all.

    I am willing to receive light.

    I am willing to receive understanding.

    I am willing to receive generously.

    I am willing to receive safety.

    I am willing to receive well-being for all.

    I am ready for all of us to feel loved.

    I am ready for all of us to feel seen.

    I am ready for all of us to feel blessed.

    I am willing for all of us to receive good communication.

    I am willing for all of us to receive authentically.

    I am willing for all of us to receive clarity.

    I am willing for all of us to receive mindfully.

    I am willing for all of us to receive compassion.

    I am willing for all of us to receive deep peace.

    I am willing for all of us to receive deep restfulness.

    I am willing for all of us to receive upliftment.

    I am willing for all of us to receive a healthful foundation.

    I am willing for all of us to receive a clear path.

    I am willing for all of us to receive balance.

    I am willing for all of us to receive creativity.

    I am willing for all of us to receive definition.

    I am willing for all of us to discern our purpose.

    I am willing for all of us to discover what we love to do and to do it.

    I am willing for all of us to live here in love and brotherhood.

    I am willing for all of us to rise to this occasion.

    I am willing to give unconditionally.

    I am willing to give with all my strength.

    I am willing to give with all my heart.

    I am willing to give my commitment.

    I am willing to give hope.

    I am willing to give guidance.

    I am willing to give my attention.

    I am willing to give my knowledge.

    I am willing to give calm.

    I am willing to give peace.

    I am willing to give confidence.

    I am willing to give well-being for all.
