    Pebbles of Peace Word Walls – 5.6 – The Inner Peace

    When your mind finds the peace and outlet it is seeking, it is like no other feeling.

    The combination of action from idea to fulfillment is striking.

    The assurance of peaceful and harmonious production is extraordinary.

    I am convinced that it was necessary to walk this path.

    I went from years of disruptive internal disturbance to create all the inner support and strength and insight to bring this new direction to pass.

    Although I did not enjoy the process, it is worth what it cost to get here.

    I can reestablish my peace more and more quickly whenever I need to, and I find I can stay on my path more and more consistently.

    I have tools, techniques, an inner balance, a calm inspiration, a desire to uplift and share that never quits.

    I know who I am and I am delighted with her.

    I have deep and abiding inner peace and confidence and joy in my new direction.

    Love Note 1.47  – Rise, always  rise and uplift.

     My stance is always to listen for ideas.

    Through the listening, I can feel the right action to take.

    I maintain my focus by making sure that I am working from my high ideals and integrity.

    My ideal is to continue to create uplifting and inspiring writings and art.

    By spreading an uplifting attitude, I guard against the negative media harassment we often experience.

    Within all of us is an inspired and uplifting nature.

    The more we cultivate it and express it, the more peace and joy and delight we add to the world.

    The more we note, but do not participate in, the distractions or disturbances, the more we contribute to maintaining a true balance.

    In a true balance, we can feel our true worth.

    We can find and invent and engage in work we love.

    We are not confused or downtrodden.

    We love ourselves and our community.

    We have a harmonious and productive place in it.

    We can help provide a harmonious atmosphere in our community.

    We can employ ourselves in an orderly way to create beauty, to care for people, and to value our time with each other.

    We can always take a moment to regain our own balance, our own inspiration, and then we are led to share it.

    That is our true purpose, the ideal we are here to express.

  • I have changed my reality.

    Messages and Affirmations 2.8 – I have changed my reality.

    When we honor what we love to do and do it, we change our reality.

    Even if we are excellent at what we have been trained to do, but it is not what we love, we can choose to align ourselves with what we love.

    We may feel overwhelm.

    We may simply be tired.

    We may feel reluctant to go against the grain of what is around us if we are used to filling the expectations of others.

    We gain courage when we feel a persistent desire to move in a particular new direction.

    We find a sense of joy when we align ourselves with our heart’s desire.

    It is the most natural direction for us to go.

    This way, when we live to our standard of excellence, we also bring joy into the world.

    The reality is, we can do what we love and feel uplifted.

    This reduces the feeling of overwhelm.

    We pace ourselves with the energy of love.

    We are aligned heart, mind, body and soul.

    It is a different way to live.

    It is real when we take the tiny steps to bring it into manifestation.

    Trusting ourselves to take the first step may be a challenge.

    Our current discomfort leads us to do it.

    Feeling more and more in alignment with what we love brings happiness to our life.

    We build momentum step by tiny step.

    Gradually, our reality changes.

    The simple things bring us joy.

    Step by tiny step we change our reality.

    We feel a quiet sense of calm and peace.

    We are living in harmony with what we love to do and it changes our reality.

  • Exclaim with joy

     A Year Of Joy #46 – Exclaim with joy

    Whenever you are provoked into happiness, exclaim with joy!

    The quietest and most exquisite moments deserve heartfelt, although quiet, exclamations.

    It is good to recognize the lovliness of life.

    It is wonderful to celebrate with joy.

    Concentrated moments of joy cause us to exclaim.

    Longer term developments which produce joy are also worthy of exclamation.

    It is like seeing a child walk for the first time.

    We exclaim happily over this accomplishment.

    The many weeks and months of muscle development, gaining balance and confidence show up in that first step.

    We are developing our joy.

    We choose to do work we love and then we do it with joy.

    We yearn for a long-term relationship with understanding, and when we find our soul-mate, our heart exclaims with joy.

    We do the groundwork to create better community relations and when our project comes together we exclaim with joy.

    When we work to master a complex skill, and we do it, we exclaim with joy.

    Joyful exclamation is one way of expressing recognition for fulfillment.

    We empower ourselves with joy every day.

    All our tiny steps increase the momentum of joy.

    The first tiny step taken in joy is worthy of excalmation.

    It has taken trust and courage and rigorous mental and emotional exertion to make that happen.

    After the connection is built to create that moment, everything else can proceed.

    It sitll requires devotion and energy and joy.

    It creates the foundation and then the structure above it.

    The work and the confidence which result from such consistency are worthy of exclamation.

  • The Higher Path

    Pebbles of Peace – Word Walls 5.5 –

    The Higher Path

    There is a higher path to peace and freedom.

    The one we are surrounded by is not it.

    We are not limited folks with limited lives.

    We are not the kind of creation that can be managed and controlled by bullies.

    We each have infinite spiritual dimension.

    We each have a defined spiritual gift and path.

    Following that path leads us into a different kind of life.

    When we listen within and take action we are empowered in a different way.

    Our inner thoughts always lead upward and outward.

    What we do blesses ourselves and all others within the range of our thought.

    Let’s not allow ourselves the negative luxury of staying stuck.

    We have the inspiration, we have the motivation, we have the means.

    Let’s take the higher path.

  • Engage at the highest level.

    Love Note 1.46 – Engage at the  highest level.

    There is a way to live an inspired and inspiring life and it is to engage at the highest level.

    When you are open to receiving ideas which promote excellence in your work, and that becomes your practice, you will engage at the highest level.

    When you do work that you love, and make that your priority, you engage at the highest level.

    You are not bringing any feelings of dissatisfaction or frustration into your day, and that allows you to engage at the highest level.

    When you, yourself, are exhibiting a high level of engagement, you will attract those of like- mind and you will ride a wave of inspiration.

    It takes practice to stay at your inspirational peak.

    There is no reason to come down from that peak once you conquer all the distractions.

    By doing what you love to do, you keep your own counsel.

    No one has input into how you achieve your high engagement.

    And no one can tell you, anyway.

    It comes to you in the form that only you can manifest.

    It is your communion with your Higher Power within.

    It is your courage, your conviction, your commitment, how you take on your challenges which give you engagement at the highest level.

    It is yours, and you learn how to keep it.
