    Healing Messages 1.198 – Our Best Life

    As we consider our purpose, we look at our core beliefs.

    Are we worthy?

    Do we deserve a good life?

    We are being led naturally into our best life, doing what we love and elevating society and civilization.

    As we express our love  for what we do, we inject more love into our surroundings.

    People who come for our services or buy our products feel the love.

    We create our best life and add to the love in the lives of others.

    Our best life is full of excellence and integrity.

    Our best life reaches into our heart and expands into the community.

    Our best life is satisfying to us and beneficial to the community.

    The energy of our best life creates an uplifting frequency in our community.

    It generates a wave of happiness in those we serve.

    What we do in an uplifted state goes far beyond our own life.

    We start the shift to create well-being for all in our community.

    Those who feel this begin to shift in their own life.

    We become more generous.

    We experience less fear.

    People are attracted to our community and want to take part in its uplifting activities an projects.

    The sense of well-being spills over and we want everyone to be happy and fulfilled.

    We learn to listen within for our own Guidance.

    We trust the Universe and honor the ideas it gives us.

    We create from a different basis than just making a living.

    We make a life full of beauty and safety.

    Our best life overflows and becomes our community’s best life.

  • Perfection is different than you think.

    Healing Messages 1.197 – Perfection is different than you think.

    Perfection is perfect love, love for all.

    It is different than accuracy.

    It is different than flawlessness.

    It is complete love for all.

    Unconditional love for me, and all, where everything is just fine.

    It is the achievement of well-being for all through love.

    What are the many different layers of kindnesses that we can each do for each other?

    When we love who we are, when we feel that we are under the mature care of the Divine, 

    and we see and treat others as though they are, too, we are living in perfection.

    Doesn’t this sound heavenly?

    Well, it is.

    That is the highest way we can express love on earth.

    That is perfection.

    We are the ones who are responsible for perceiving and acting on  it.

    We work out from perfect love to achieve perfect life.

    Our wealth is in the purity and generosity of the thoughts we think, our intentions, our motives, our actions.

    You can see how this is unstoppable.

    It is how we increase our wealth, when we include more and more people in the thought of well-being for all.

    Then the solutions start coming to us and we can begin to take our tiny steps of action.

    As this begins to happen universally, we create heaven on earth, well-being for all.

    The kingdom of heaven, in these terms, is ever at hand.

    It  is as close as our most elevated thoughts and practical actions.

    Acting on these thoughts and intentions is how we manifest a perfect world.

  • I grow in capacity.

    Healing Messages 1.196 – I grow in capacity.

    Sometimes the schedule is so heavy and I am overwhelmed.

    At that time, it is good to pause and take a deep breath.

    As I calm myself, I can feel the Guidance of what to do.

    I do not have to do everything at once.

    There is an order to my day.

    As I move through it calmly, I am able to do what is necessary without any strain.

    As I gain insight, I am able to be especially thorough.

    I can attend to details as part of the flow.

    I find joy in my work.

    I am part of the rhythm of the project.

    If something else comes up, I can take care of it.

    If another approach opens up, I can go with it.

    All the issues can be addressed in an uplifting way.

    The project can come in on budget and on time.

    The whole team can feel refreshed and fulfilled.

    Making it my responsibility to listen within is the key.

    I can always draw on the resources of the Infinite Universe.

    I can increase my capacity for inner listening.

    This always puts me in touch with the most effective solution.

    I open up to the possibilities.

    I create room for the next idea.

    I do not limit myself to what I already know.

    I am willing to consider other directions.

    This affects everyone who is working together.

    We all expand our capacity.

  •  I am at home.

    Healing Messages 1.195 – I am at home.

    I am in a spiritual place of light where I am whole, loved and free.

    I am always in the land of harmony, my permanent, eternal status.

    Spirit is my home and I am in harmony with it.

    Wherever I go, I carry my home within me.

    My home is characterized by peace.

    My home is characterised by happiness.

    My home is characterized by freedom.

    I am at home wherever I go.

    I appreciate being at home in different settings.

    It is fun to look out into the Universe’s infinite variety.

    It is fun to experience the new rhythms, tastes, sounds.

    We draw the new into our experience, and let it mingle with the habitual and familiar.

    That is how our world expands, and also how we feel at home in new places.

    I have always the loved the connections I make in new places.

    My long‹term residencies in other countries have allowed me to meet special people who have invited me into their homes.

    It is always a privilege to feel embraced in another culture.

    Even with the differences in our surroundings, we always have so much in common.

    Even without fluency in another language, we can make fun, uplifting connections.

    We bring our peace, happiness and freedom with us and those who share those qualities with us connect with us.

  • Creating a new world

    Healing Messages 1.194 – Creating a new world

    All our efforts at self-improvement, all the steps we take toward finishing a project, every bit of that, is pushing the world into a new view of itself.

    When it feels so difficult to take the next step on a project and we feel as though we are never going to get it done, we are feeling the weight of the resistance to something new.

    When we have a breakthrough and suddenly we can do everything easily, we have gained a foothold and pushed open the door to a new world, just that tiny bit more.

    We are not necessarily held back by lack of orgnaization.

    I keep track of multiple projects mentally.

    We are not held back by lack of desire.

    I really, really, really want to get those projects done.

    But the weight of so much inertia is sometimes too heavy to make any progress.

    That is why it is significant when we can.

    There has been a little lessening of the cloud of confusion.

    A little weakening of the efforts to keep us in our current status.

    Or else, we and everyone else who is working to make progress, have grown stronger.

    And just for the moment, we are able to move forward.

    It will happen again, and again, and the world will change.

    Attitudes are changing.

    There is more knowledge and compassion for people on the other side of the world and in our neighborhoods..

    There is more conscious spirituality.

    It is good that there is so much push back.

    It shows that the time has come.

    Despite armies of resistance, and history shows us this, there is no resisting an idea whose time has come.

    It is time for a new world of compassion and kindness and well-being for everyone.

    It is on the horizon.

  • A new divine perspective

    Healing Messages 1.193 – A new divine perspective

    My new divine perspective has been emerging gently.

    It has caught my attention when something isn’t working and I have to think about it in a different  way.

    As all my techniques and tools fail me, I realize that something else is needed.

    I have learned to stop, take my first deep breath and listen within.

    As the peace calms me, I can sense a new direction.

    I take a tiny step and then a  whole different approach opens up.

    It is not of my doing.

    It is in this world.

    It is practical and effective.

    This is my new divine perspective.

    I have learned not to fret, not to panic, not  to rush, not to pressure myself.

    This is a much better way to live.

    I can find my way, pause for reflection, take another step.

    It is a gentle process.

    I am grateful to learn this new way.

    I have released so much tension.

    My body has been able to heal.

    I am able to trust the circumstances of my new life.

    I feel safe.

    I am assured that the next new idea will come.

    I will be able to take action on it.

    A new door has been opened for me.

    I love walking in this new world.

    It is right here, right in front of me, but it feels different.

  • Where do you belong?  What is calling you?

    Healing Messages 1.192 – Where do you belong? What is calling you?

    You belong in the most uplifting atmosphere that you are capable of sustaining.

    Begin there.

    Take your first deep breath, and listen within.

    Feel the peace as it permeates your entire being, body, soul, heart, mind.

    This is where you will discover your calling.

    You are being called to create a beautiful life for yourself and then, for others.

    Your contribution will be enough.

    It will inspire others to look deep within their own soul and to find what gives them the most fulfillment.

    Our calling satsifies our deep desire, and then our happiness, peace and calm overflow into the atmosphere around us and inspire others.

    Your commitment to what deeply moves you is the key.

    Can you focus on that?

    Can you hear it?

    All the distractions will try to assert themselves, such is the power of your individuality.

    The pure expression of your highest nature begins to dilute the distractions and they become sightly less for everyone.

    That is why your work is so important.

    All of us, moving in the rhythm of our highest desire, change the freqeuency of the world.

    This will change the course of not only our life, but of every life which is affected by it.

    Look to your heart’s desire.

    Feel the beauty and the power of it.

    Take your first tiny step.

    Let your heart sing.

    Create beauty. Release it into the world.

    This is your calling and it is where you belong.

  • Three Notebooks

    Healing Messages 1.191 – Three Notebooks

    I am sitting with three notebooks spread out, as I do my spiritual study.

    One is for spritual ideas.

    One is for music teaching ideas because I always receive inspiration for my work during my spiritual study.

    One is for my To-Do list, because those thoughts also always come up.

    This is the system which I used for years while I was raising a large family.

    I would read, then reflect, then write.

    At some point, my study was complete and then I would move into my day.

    Having the foundation of spiritual study was valuable to me.

    I also loved that great teaching ideas would show up in that rarified atmosphere.

    And, of course the way to deal with the intrusive thoughts was to acknowledge them and write them down and then take care of those needs later.

    I still keep a notebook with me.

    I keep it by my bedside, because when all my other responsibiities are done, I am open to new, uplifitng thoughts.

    I honor the Universe which sends me ideas, and I write them down.

    And then, I am sent more ideas.

    This process has reshaped my life.

    It has provided a new career.

    As I respond to my Higher Power, I am provided with everything I need to express uplifting ideas.

    I am able to learn the new techhnology (slowly).

    I am able to take on whatever challenges present theselves because it is that important to me to respond to the messages I receive.

    They are so uplifting to me, that I want everyone else to know about them.

    When I was teaching music, the ideas came in that form.

    Now, they come in the form of art and meditations and I am so happy to share them.

  • Wealth of Giving

    Healing Messages 1.190 – Wealth of Giving

    I have discovered a new wealth of giving.

    It is giving which starts the flow.

    Even a little bit, given with sincerity, demonstrates wealth.

    When we give with the heart’s desire, we open the ability and opportunity to give.

    We reach out into possibility and we are rewarded with the resources to give.

    Possibility says there is more than just enough for ourselves.

    Even if we are living on what we consider “limited means”, we are able to give from our heart’s desire.

    As we look for opportunities to give, our ability increases.

    During a period when I was in dire straights, I was journaling to figure out how to fix my life.

    The thought came to GIVE MORE!

    I thought, “how can I do that?”

    I had had to quit my job and I had no income.

    Then the Universe answered that question, and gave me something to give.

    My journaling turned into blogs, which turned into inspirational writing.

    When I was temporarily incapacitated with a hurt ankle, I learned how to draw.

    My meager beginnings have been added to my inspiration.

    More topics have emerged, which I receive as daily messages.

    My inner listening always increases my flow.

    I am so grateful to have so much to share, to be able to share it consistently, and to know that it comes from an unlimited Source.

  • The Joy of Giving

    Healing Messages 1.189 – The Joy of Giving

    It is so much fun to listen for ideas from the Universe.

    They always come at the right time and in a generous way.

    They translate themselves into action through us.

    We become instruments of Giving.

    We give from our heart’s rich overflow

    Every uplifting idea which comes to us comes from the Infinite Divine Universe.

    It is our legacy, even as we are the Universe’s legacy.

    We give from the Universe’s unlimited resources.

    They flow through us continually as we receive them and are happy.

    Each tiny step of action moves us into our new frequency of joy.

    It is so much fun to see our ideas manifest.

    We are the messenger, and the actor.

    As the idea gives us joy, we want to share it.

    We see its’ uplifting effects as it is released.

    Those who can most benefit are drawn to it.

    We create a community of joy through our joyful giving.
