    One Thousand into Ten Thousand

    A thousand misunderstandings shall fall at your side.

    Ten thousand understandings shall dissolve and replace them.

    A thousand regrets are replaced with ten thousand acts of self-compassion and opportunities for service.

    A thousand thunderheads of misunderstandings are carried away by the wisps of the wind and changed into ten thousand understandings.

    A thousand small pains are dissolved and resolved into ten thousand celebrations of light and understanding.

    A thousand small misunderstandings are dissolved and resolved into ten thousand communications of support.

    A thousand negative thoughts are replaced with ten thousand dedicated conscious acts of kindness toward ourselves and others.

    A thousand negative attitudes are reversed by ten thousand acts of loving kindness and compassion.

    A thousand historical attitudes of despair are reversed by ten thousand current acts of understanding.

    A thousand misleading directives are reversed by the inner guidance of ten thousand willing hearts.

    A thousand acts of despair are reversed and replaced by ten thousand acts of hope and upliftment.

    A thousand attitudes of ignorance are replaced with the desire of ten thousand for understanding.

    My daily practice consists of listening within for ideas.

    I know that I am connected to my Infinite Source.

    My experience of coincidences and the arrival of surprising and effective answers convinces me that I live in a Universe Which Loves Me.

    I am willing to listen for uplifting ideas in every circumstance.

    I know that there are healing solutions to every problem in the world today.

    I know that they are appearing and that we will connect with them when we are ready.

    It takes several moments of pausing during our day to receive the next tiny step.

    The next step only appears after we have taken the present step.

    Each step changes the situation so that we can improve it a little more.

    It is always a timely and powerful answer.

    It creates change.

    We are willing to listen for effective ideas when we can see the changes they are causing.

    Moving from self-direction to Divine direction connects us with good for everyone.

    There are ways to see and act on well-being for all of us.

    Each life experience which occurs through grace directs us to look toward our Higher Power.

    The Infinite has resources which address all our needs in every circumstance.

    I only know to turn to listen within for the answers.

    Then I see the next tiny step.

    As I do this over and over, my life expands to include others.

    I am grateful to have overcome the obstacles and challenges in my life.

    I am grateful that healing continues to occur.

    It is this process which has redirected my life from following my opinions and the opinions of others.

    It is this practice which has cleared the path.

    I know that it is possible for anyone who cultivates a daily practice of listening within to have this same experience in ways that are appropriate for their life.

    It is the demonstration of the effectiveness of inner listening that I am happy to share.

    Meditation Drawing 4.9 Current

    The current atmosphere is built up of all the interactions of all us collectively.

    We can influence the atmosphere by what we carry in our heart.

    This guides how we treat others.

    As we treat others with uplifting affection and consideration, we add more peace into the world.

    This creates a chain response as others choose compassion and kindness in their interactions.

    We can create a current of good energy.

    We see this at special workshops and meetings.

    People are there to learn about a particular topic, to go to lectures together and to converse about their profession.

    There is an exciting current of possibilities.

    When we go to a conference we carry home the excitement of new, effective ideas.

    We can create an atmosphere of uplifting energy in our home communities when we look at them from a new standpoint.

    We can create a current of exicitng possibilities as we discuss the best ways to carry out a project.

    The more we include everyone in its benefits, the more the current will carry.

    Our blueprint for success is to effectively meet the needs of those who are most affected.

    With this idea in mind, we create an inclusive model.

    This gives us a basis for our next moves.

    Creating a current of kindness and compassion and meeting needs in the community creates well-being for all.

  • Comfort of being radiant

    Comfort #47 Comfort of being radiant

    Radiance is a quality of the Divine.

    When I listen within, I feel the radiance of the Divine.

    I am uplifted and comforted by the presence of the Divine Radiance.

    Radiance comes from the light within.

    I experience this when I listen within.

    I am filled with a sense of peace and confidence which radiates through my entire body.

    I relax in the presence of this peace.

    I am comforted by the radiance I feel within and all around me.

    I radiate the light of the ideas I receive from the Infinite.

    I share my inspiration and peace.

    I am grateful to learn how to share through writing and drawing.

    This lets me release so many of the upliting ideas which come to me.

    Others can share the radiance I feel in the presence of the Infinite.

    The messages I receive are for everyone who can benefit from them.

    We are all so very precious.

    It is important to value ourselves as precious to the Infinite.

    We can feel the advantages of living in a Universe Who Loves Us.

    We can create a life we love when we listen within to the Guidance of such a Universe.

    The ideas of the Universe Who Loves Us radiate throughout our life when we listen within and take our tiny guided steps.

    Gently, we build a new foundation for our life and a new  vocabulary for how we describe ourselves.

    We radiate the love the Universe has for us.

    We radiate the inteliigence and timely action we receive from the Universe Who Loves Us.

    We take our tiny steps with confidence, and we see the uplifting results in our new sense of life.

    We become radiant as we trust the directions we receive and act on them.

    Pebbles of Peace Pathways 4.6 – Peace Going Into the Holidays

    I find myself guarding my peace as the pace picks up for the holidays.

    I am making sure that I take my time completing my arrangements as I leave the house so I am not caught up in the franticness of the traffic.

    I am remembering that I still have my work to do and that I need peace of mind in order to do it.

    I read my spiritual writers to remind me of why I am here.

    I take the time I need to do what is important to me.

    I do not get pushed around at the prompting of the advertisers who serve their corporate directorates.

    I know who I am and who I am taking care of and why, and I choose how to do that.

    My celebration is quieter and it is moment by moment.

    I notice the atmosphere around me.

    I am creating my own.

    As I accept the greater peace and productivity in my life and see it overflow, I realize that it is  within my  power to uplift and improve the lives of others.

    This is a momentous thought.

    After all the tiny steps and dedicated listening, I know I have a resource which is valuable for others.

    I am grateful when others receive the messages which come to me to share.

    I  know that the Universe Which Loves Us intends for all needs to be met in harmonious and uplifting ways.

    Because of the way my life has been changed I am empowered to give hope to others.

    I can share my resources and encourage them to seek out their own.

    Each of us has access to a Universe of Infinite Resources which are tailor-made for our individual expression.

    It is something we always include.

    It starts to show up when we become desperate because things are not working out.

    Then we turn away from our current ways of doing things and reach out into the void.

    The void turns out to be the Universe with Its’ fullness.

    We learn to tap into that fullness and let It transform our life.

    Others see it and are inspired and impelled to create a new life for themselves.

    There is a wonderful, inspiring life that is always available to each of us.

    We cultivate it through our daily inner istening and tiny steps.

    These become a new foundation which is uplifting for us and for all who see us.

    It is a natural progression to move from individual to community upliftment.

    Whatever works in our home and work life that is unselfish becomes a powerful force in our communities.

    Generosity is the conviction that resources are overflowing from the Infinite Universe into our lives.

    It creates a new atmosphere in all of our projects.

    We feel the creative spark which translates into life-improvement.
