• I can create something new by releasing so many memories.

LPSMazes – #32 I can create something new by releasing so many memories.

As I find myself moving into the past, I can reverse my course to become fully present.

The past no longer serves me.

I make room for something new by releasing the past.

Out of my improved life choices, I can create something new and beautiful.

I have overcome many obstacles and I am stronger.

My strength gives me confidence in my new life design.

I have faced the temptation of returning to what is familiar.

    I choose to become new.

My newness is built on many tiny steps of change.

Each step has solidified my new direction.

I am empowered through my many tiny steps.

I have new strengths and new confidence.

My memories are a record of what I have overcome.

That is their only useful purpose.

I trust my new steps because they bring me into a new place.

I have more harmony and stability.

I have more fulfillment and satisfaction.

I release myself from deprivation and helplessness.

I am able to serve through my greater strength.

    I can help uplift others.

The blueprint of my past is erased and the permanent buiding of Spirit is evident.

    I have so much joy.

I am living in stark relief to my past.

I give myself new good experiences.

    These build my new life.

  • Keep

    Meditation Drawing 3.45 Keep

Keep what you love close in your heart.

Your heart’s love tells you who you are.

It descirbes your motives, your thoughts, and your happiness.

Guard what is most important to you.

Keep it close in your heart.

All your actions proceed from what you hold in your heart.

It is the deepest place you can go.

It is what remains consistent as you go through life’s many changes.

Your highest sense of yourself resides in your heart.

You may not even recognize it until you explore what you deeply love.

When you find it, there is a resonance, an authentic feeling of commitment.

It lights up your whole being.

Everything fits in the context of your heart’s deep love.

If nothing else has been working for you, this is the great contrast you have been looking for.

  • Comfort of living sustainably

Comfort #31 Comfort of living sustainably

The comfort of living sustainably gives me practical ways to increase my well-being.

In addition to good practices, it allows me to share with my community.

Our unified practice creates a tapestry of earth stewardship.

When we are conscious of how our practices affect the earth we depend on, we can make sustainable adjustments.

We can begin to explore community gardening, rainwater catchment, shared transportation.

We can include everyone in our community.

We have valuable skills to contribute as we learn more about sustainability.

In “The Trannstion Handbook”, the author, Rob Hopkins, talks about moving into sustainability practices as though it is a party, a new way to celebrate.

Through community education projects, people begin to interact.

This is one of the greatest strengths of sustainable living.

When we learn more about the people around us, we can appreciate everyone’s contribution.

Building relationships is one of the qualities of sustainable living.

We move out of isolation in order to do projects which have a community-wide benefit.

It is a comfort to know people with the skills to create community through gardens, seed sharing, small engine repair.

It is a comfort to learn our own skills to contribute through food preservation, sewing, building construction and insulation.

All our needs can be met through living sustainability in community.

    This is our great opportunity.

It is a shift in how we view ourselves.

Through connection, with valued skills, with the desire to interact in uplifting and sustainable ways.

When we include everyone, we increase the well-being and sustainability of our whole community.

We can give and receive comfort through our new shared reality as we adjust to caring for the earth.

  • Peace in Our Higher Reality

Pebbles of Peace Pathway 3.42 –
    Peace in Our Higher Reality

I am in my right place and so is everyone I know and everyone I don’t know.

We are all doing the highest thing that our highest nature prompts us to do.

I am motivated to listen and follow through on creative ideas.

So are all my neighbors and friends, those I know and those I don’t know.

We are all moving forward in our expression of ideas that uplift and empower society.

The highest ideas which inspire us are beauty, truth, social justice and harmony.

The ways we work for these are through creativity, communication, conviction and comfort.

We take practical steps to carry out our ideas and idealism.

If we can conceive it, we can do it.

Ideas come to us to be expressed.

So we express them, the highest we possibly can, in the most consistent and persistent ways.

We are not dragged down by other’s expression.

We are not distracted by other’s point of view.

We think, act, walk, breathe, dream, invent, create, follow through in the world of our best ideals.

And then we live in that higher reality.

  • What I remember may be very different from what I am experiencing.

Life Path Story Mazes – #31 What I remember may be very different from what I am experiencing.

My memories may no longer be good guideposts when life is changing.

I am ready to look at my current situation from a new viewpoint.

As I sort out what is now from what was, I prepare myself for new actions.

    I assess my current skills.

I assess what I am able to learn.

I assess what I am willing to learn.

    I develop excellent communication skills.

    I focus on the present.

I am responsible for my attitude.

I offer practical help to others.

    I encourage others.

I am grateful for the useful skills I have.

I am willing to employ them in new ways.

I am willing to be encouraging and useful.

    I focus on solutions.

Whatever is useful from the past, I keep.

Whatever drags me down from the past, I release.

I am standing on new ground.

    I am building new community.

We are respectful and supportive of one another.

We are kind in our communication.

We focus on a common project.

We are willing to become interdependent.

Cooperation is our new way of life.

We are building a new kind of richness.

  •  The members of my community establish peace within themselves.

    Spiritual Treasure Note Series 5 – #31

The members of my community establish peace within themselves.

    ——————

We are establishing a community of peace.

    The peace begins within.

We each take the time to listen within.

We pause, take our deep breath, and remain still.

When we feel the peace, we can take action.

All action is taken in peace.

  • To be expressive is to trust your inner guidance.

     Meditation Drawing 3.44 Expressive

To be expressive is to trust your inner guidance.

As individuals, we have a unique expression.

It is shaped by our culture, our desires, our immediate surroundings.

Our particular interests are part of our expression.

When we respond from what is within, we are capable of our highest and most authentic expression.

When we do not respond to the push and pressure of our surroundings, we are able to make our own path.

We have a unique gift to express.

It is our contribution to society and civilzation.

Without us, that contribution does not get made.

Our purpose is to make sure we are expressive of our gift.

The obstacles and challenges which occur are there to strengthen us and require us to exercise our inventiveness.

We stay fresh and alert that way.

Being expressive is fulfilling as well as useful to society.

We are expressive because it is our nature.

  • Comfort of patience

    Comfort #30 Comfort of patience

I feel the comforting Presence as I take the time to listen to Its’ guidance.

I am not in a hurry.

I do not need to rush.

I listen patiently for the the next tiny step to be revealed.

In due time, (it may be immediately, or take longer), I receive the idea and I can take action.

By being patient, I am ready to act at the right time.

All the resources I need are waiting for me.

    We coincide.

They arrive just when I need them to.

I am comforted and reassured by our connection.

This happens over and over again.

My thought of patience reveals my next action.

My action results in timely results.

I am uplifted along with everyone else associated with the action.

We inspire one another through our patience and connection.

It is encouraging to see that things work in an orderly manner.

    Be patient. Listen. Take action.

    I can trust this process.

Any time I feel rushed, I can remember to slow down.

Getting rushed actually slows the process.

The fear which causes me to rush is based on my limited knowledge and opinions.

When I release it, there is room to feel the guidance.

I take a deep breath and relax and listen patiently.

My life and my work proceed gently and with the power of the Infinite.

This is the comfort of patience.
