The Highest Motives (2/17)

Pebbles of Peace Pathways 3.26 – The Highest Motives (2/17) –
The Highest Motives
The highest and best power in the world is the power we have to hold one another in high esteem.
This causes us to act in the ways that most uplift ourselves and those around us.
This feeling moves outward and embraces everyone one we know and every one we don’t even know all over the planet.
It is time to begin to consider the great gift of compassion we all have to share.
Despite the narrow view we are presented through our leadership, we can maintain the best view, that of valuing and caring for one another.
It is powerful to consider our deep convictions.
When someone or some organization doesn’t live up to what we can conceive as a higher and better way to live, we can remind ourselves of the value of our viewpoint.
Put all your thought-weight into the right side of the equation.
Acknowledge its’ goodness, its’ perfection.
Acknowledge your ability to see how good and how uplifting your viewpoint is in this matter.
Don’t even argue with the present realities or how they came to be.
Feel the presence of solutions that are wonderful for everyone who lives on the planet.
These are our neighbors.
What business do any of us have to be fighting over the old resources when we have so many more to offer through our uplifted cooperation?
We are not separate. We are all One. And our welfare is in our own hands.

I keep searching until I find what I love along my life-path.

Life-Path Story Mazes – #14 I keep searching until I find what I love along my life-path.
My life-path does not feel complete until I find what I love to do.
Then, I can devote myself to doing it.
I am honest about looking for the possibilities.
Does this actually feel good to me?
If not, I do not have to do it.
I no longer have to take on any roles which are not my choice.
I can honestly assess what I am feeling.
Gradually, I build up a vocabulary of honest feelings.
I do not exist in terms of someone else.
I have my own existence.
My own feelings are valid for me.
I can trust my feelings.
I love listening to my intuition.
I can try something new, many new things.
I know that I am attracted to what is best in my character.
If I am out of alignment, I know it.
What I love to do feels energizing.
I can develop the resources to do what I love.
In fact, I attract the resources when I align with my passion.
I have a place in the world, and it is one that makes me happy.
It makes me so happy doing what I love that it overflows into the lives of others and makes them happy, too.
My first steps give me a new view.
As I continue in my new rhythm, I am sure to discover what I love.
I have a right to find and to enjoy doing work I love.

Comfort of being confident

Comfort #13 – Comfort of being confident.
Confidence is our life-force.
Confidence is seen in how the body systems are designed to operate.
We have a really effective machine to carry us places.
Our mind is a source of confidence.
We have the ability to think.
We can even choose what to think about and how to think about it.
We can choose the things which make us happy or not.
We can choose the things which are uplifting or not.
We can scare ourselves or we can give ourselves confidence.
It is our choice.
We can stay in the company of others who are uplifting or we can let negative attitudes get to us.
We can find new uplifting company when we desire it.
It is a good and worthy search.
Confidence gives us a good feeling.
Self-doubt does not.
We can choose to move away from self-doubt.
We can take our first deep breath and resolve to move into better company.
Our first tiny step gives us confidence.
We can build a new foundation with confidence.
We have the strength to build a new foundation.
Step by tiny step, we move ourselves into a feeling of worthiness and confidence.
Our deep inner work is a beacon to what is best in our lives.
We can take each new step with confidence as we build our new foundation.

A complex life may require complex periods of growth.

Life-Path Story Mazes – #13 A complex life may require complex periods of growth.
When I lay down a calm foundation along my life-path, I am better prepared for complex periods of growth.
As my projects get more complex, I require more resources to find solutions.
As my outreach expands, I need to bathe myself in calm in order to percieve how to best serve those whom I can most benefit.
The first, simple, basic step of inner listening is always the key.
What is complex is doable in many tiny steps.
The goal leads us on.
The goal to be of service allows us to unravel complexities in order to fulfill our goal and mission.
Each step is like a stitch in a beautiful tapestry.
We can see the complex picture taking shape with each step.
We do not rush to do our work, because the even tension of our work requires consistency.
We move at a steady pace, pause when we need to, and move on with confidence.
Each part of the project has room to grow in that way.
Even when we see a solution, it may require many tiny steps to complete each one well.
We build in the feeling of excellence when we do not rush.
We know there is always time to do excellent work.
Our periods of personal growth do not need to be rushed.
In fact, they cannot be rushed and still have the feeling of calm and stillness which we desire.
The best thing we can do is to provide beautiful surroundings for ourselves.
We can provide the kind of aloneness which makes no demands on us for anything.
In the deep peace of contemplation and aloneness, we can hear the next tiny step.
We can feel the reassurance of wholeness.
We can feel our body relax and move out of tension.
We can see and feel the development with complete assurance and confidence even without knowing exactly what is next.
We move into complexity gently as we take on this next stage in our growth.
