    We consciously provide an atmosphere of protection and safety.

    There is room to express your gifts and talents in my community.

  • Trust what is important to you.

    You are living an incomparable life each day.

    As you discover what you love, you are empowered to add more of it into your life.

    Your quality of life will improve as you give yourself to your expression.

    You will lift up, not only yourself, but those around you.

    You will create what is closest to your heart.

    Many others will respond and be empowered to add more of what they love into their lives.

    Trust your intuition.

    Trust your feeling.

    Act in accord with your highest motives as you increase the passion in your life.

    You are also increasing your inner peace.

    You are living in alignment with your highest values.

    You are adding more of your highest values to society and civilization.

    Others will be drawn to what you do.

    They will want to emulate this feeling for themselves.

    Society will transform itself as more and more people trust what is important to them.

    Families will be more harmonious.

    Children will be safe.

    People will feel fulfilled and valued.

    Everyone will feel seen.

    Whole communities, operating on this basis, will address and solve problems in new ways.

    How you feel is important.

    When a community and society values everyone who lives there, there are compassionate sol;utions to every problem.

    Everyone’s needs are met because that is what is important.

    Fulfilling expression permeates the community because that is what is important.

    There is well-being for all because that is what is important.

  • Comfort of overcoming obstacles

    Comfort #19 – Comfort of overcoming obstacles.

    Our tiny steps take us forward.

    In the natural order of things, we overcome obstacles.

    It is part of our requirement for growth.

    We outgrow our old settings.

    We are cramped and crowded and need more space.

    We have to overcome the tired feeling of familiarity.

    We have to become willing to embrace the obstacles which will take us into our new space.

    Our new space is not our comfort zone.

    We know that it, too, will become cramped.

    We become comfortable with the idea of overcoming obstacles.

    We know that we always have the ability to listen for new ideas and ways to serve.

    We  know that the goal requires us to listen within.

    We empower ourselves with the ideas we receive.

    We take our tiny steps to overcome the next obstacle.

    We realize at some point, that obstacles are actually stepping stones.

    I am comforted by the fact that I will always seek out the answers.

    While there is work to do and problems which need solutions, there are answers.

    Putting the answers into motion is our work.

    It is a comfort to know that we will always attract the resources to solve the problems and overcome the obstacles.

    Others who are also committed to growth and service are drawn to the work.

    Individually and collectively we rise in the comfort of overcoming obstacles.

    Those who can most benefit join the work.

    Expanded service results.

    We see the reward of our service in more harmonious communities.

    We take the first step of acknowledging the idea.

    Then we write it down.

    We see what comes.

    Gradually, we sense a first step.

    Everything follows gently, consistently, sometimes with a pause before more action.

    The idea is its own entity.

    It comes from Source.

    We are uniquely positioned to receive it.

    That is why there is no competition when it is a spiritual idea.

    As we follow our inner Guidance, we fulfill our role as messenger for the idea.

    We receive what we need in every way to carry it forward.

    We are inspired, energized, motivated.

    We are fulfilled, satisfied, rewarded.

    We connect with resources.

    Our timing is perfect.

    We work, we rest.

    Every step that is needed is provided.

    We delight in carrying out our part.

    The idea may be a foundational idea or it may be built on a previous foundation.

    It is all part of our life-path.

    Once we tune into the divine, we lead a different kind of life.

    It is a life of listening.

    It is a life of following wherever we are guided.

    It is a life of maintaining our communion.

    It is our connection for life.

  • Love

    Meditation Drawing 3.32 – Love

    The many qualities of love are ours to express in innumerable ways.

    From our first breath in the morning, and when we awaken in the night, there are many opportunities for us to express love.

    Every thought we have can contribute to love.

    Love is unconditional.

    Love gives us balance.

    Love is effective.

    We express love when we are awake and aware.

    We are generous and calm and patient as we express our love.

    We live in a Universe Which Loves Us.

    It is natural for us to express love in a myriad of ways.

    Love is unlimited.

    At every opportunity, we can discover and enjoy new ways to express love.

    It is so uplifting to see our actions in the world in this way.

    We release judgement and evaluation based on outside appearances.

    We create more love by not adding to the burden of those facing challenges, and we all are.

    It is good to remind ourselves of the many facets of love and to choose one to express each day.

    It is good to appreciate the many ways we are already expressing love and to celebrate them.

    We constantly add to the world’s upliftment through our consistent expression of love.

    We feel supported when we recognize the many ways others are expressing love to us.

    We can be an example of love being expressed in tense situations.

    We can maintain our calm and let it permeate all around us.

    Love is more than an attitude.

    It gains substance through our expression of it.

    It is a tangible presence which we can feel.

    We are all enriched by our expression of love.

  • Comfort of attracting only good

    Comfort #18 – Comfort of attracting only good.

    I am learning how to set an emotional frequency which attracts only good.

    It begins with listening within.

    As I find my message for the day, I realize that I am in communion with the Universe Who Loves Me.

    This puts me in touch with Its Infinite power.

    I love being in touch with Infinite power.

    I love that the power of the Universe Who Loves Me is always good.

    Infinite power that is always good sounds great!

    That is where my emotional frequency for good comes from.

    I have learned to redirect my thoughts toward what I love to do.

    I have seen it come into my life.

    When I am doing what I love to do, wonderful things happen to me.

    I am overflowing with so much good that I can share it with others.

    It lightens their load.

    We all feel better.

    Including others in the expression of good lets it spread throughout the community.

    It is an uplifting experience.

    Others can join in and they are uplifted, too.

    It may be a community project.

    It may be a way of improving skills.

    It may be to let others know they are valued and worthy.

    It is always possible to share an uplifting viewpoint.

    Participating in community with the idea that everyone is worthy attracts the best in all of us.

    It starts projects which can include everyone.

    It lets everyone be visible.

    It lets everyone benefit from the attraction of good.
