    I take my first deep breath and feel the inspiration pouring in.

    I am open to receive a new direction for my life or a new direction for my day.

    Either way, it is uplifting.

    I know that the Universe Who Loves  Me is giving me wonderful ideas.

    I feel their presence as I continue listening within.

    I take a second deep breath and listen for the deeper feeling of peace.

    I feel a idea drawing my attention.

    I take a tiny step in that direction as I focus my thought on the feeling.

    With each breath I am drawing in wonderful ideas.

    It is a beautiful feeling to be in connection to the Infinite Universe.

    I am happy to follow the direction of this Guidance.

    I feel connected to the harmony and beauty all around me.

    I see it in new ways.

    I move in the direction of what is good with each tiny step.

    I start to see a new direction for my life.

    I am willing to explore this new direction.

    I am willing to see how it inspires me right here, right now, in my present life.

    My tiny steps are building a new foundation for me as I fill myself with wonderful ideas.

    I am discovering a new world of harmony and beauty and order.

    My new tiny steps add order and beauty to my life in gentle ways.

    I am able to live with more peace of mind as I see the order and beauty and harmony taking place through my inner listening.

    I love moving in the direction of order and harmony and beauty.

    It is a wonderful feeling to be connected to the Universe.

    I can always receive the ideas which are uplifting to me and to others.

    It is so much fun to teach those who are interested.

    It is so empowering to learn something new.

    Our increased capabilities strengthen our community.

    Our increased capabilities bring us joy.

  • Dream

    Meditation Drawing 3.51 Dream

    Our dream defines us.

    The more outrageous the dream, the better.

    It is drawing us into the Infinite.

    As we follow up our dream, we are led into the world of possibilities.

    This is more practical than it sounds, because the Universe has unlimited opportunities for each of us.

    As we continue to daydream, we imagine different ways to accomplish our dream.

    We imagine what it would feel like to be there.

    We surround ourselves with visions of such a life, such an experience, such a community.

    In our inner listening, we open to our Divine connection.

    We feel the Presence of Guidance and opportunities.

    When we discern that our dream is part of our inner life, we may be ready to take our first tiny step towards its accomplishment.

    In this way, we begin to build the foundation for our dream.

    As we continue to follow through, we have the opportunity to see it manifested, along with all its blessings for our community.

    I have had this happen.

    As music teacher, I imagined that it would be fun for my very young preschoolers to be able to make musical decisions.

    Supplied with crayons and manila paper, I began to experiment with symbols for sounds.

    My students and I chose the symbols we liked best.

    This evolved into a music reading readiness method for rhythm instruments, piano, violin and guitar which transitions into reading traditional Western music notation.

    It is so fulfilling to see the expanding ability of my young students as they enjoy creating original musical patterns with their composing cards.

    Because this is an idea which came to me from the Infinite, it has continued to develop.

    I am carried along by its flow, and am willing to continue learning today’s technology in order to share it.

    It is so exciting to be part of the manifestation process of the Infinite.

    Comfort #37 Comfort of owning one’s life

    I was introduced to the idea of taking ownership for my life instead of being a victim.

    I did not see how the past could be affected by the present.

    However, I began to try out the idea of rewriting and redirecting my life in a direction I wanted it to go.

    My first powerful moment came when I realized that “I love me”.

    I discovered that I could “outlove” the negative things that happened to me.

    I began adding to that love by giving myself permission to discover what I love to do and doing it.

    This began to create new, uplifting experiences for me.

    My life took on a new upward direction.

    I have become comfortable with my new life and my new identity.

    I maintain it by listening within.

    I am always given new, comforting messages from the same Source which gave me the first one.

    I am always comforted by the fact that my consistent inner listening practice continues to guide me.

    I am comforted by the continual supply of ideas and howw to execute them.

    When I needed to learn technology, resources appeared.

    I hired an instructor, I invited artists to support me with their artwork, I looked up youtube videos, I embarked on a year-long project to create on online Inner Peace Living Retreat. 

    Each challenging step, including the step of becoming visible, was overcome.

    I tried out and discarded many other avenues until I found this one.

    This is the one that works.

    This is the one that fulfills the mandate I was given from the very beginning, “GIVE MORE”.

    Then I was given something to give!

    This flow continues as I own my life through the constant support and guidance of the Universe.

    Practical Peace

    Once again, I am overflowing with ideas.

    I am so blessed by the Universe.

    I study my inspirational writings and they take practical form.

    Ideas translate into actions and products.

    A new community location for study appears out of an adversarial position.

    Doubt is replaced by calm certainty.

    Order embraces abundance.

    Abundance embraces order.

    Things go in a flow today.

    There is balance and harmony.

    I am fed and I prosper.

    No harm comes to me.

    I have calm and fulfilling activities.

    My business takes its next steps forward.

    An old vessel empties and another vessel is filled.

    I sit and bask in the presence and harmony, guidance and protection of the Universe.

    I can feel my deep need.

    It will appear when I do not get distracted.

    I will know it when I see it.

    Each day is a time of originality.

    A new beginning gives us a fresh approach.

    I can listen for the excitement of new inspiration.

    In my inner listening, there is a feeling, a quiet nudge, a moment of deeper peace.

    That is where my Guidance comes from.

    I feel the new idea emerging into my thought.

    It takes shape in a way which makes me happy.

    I am so grateful for this new feeling of happiness.

    I treasure it.

    It is a welcome feeling.

    I feel curious and interested.

    What is it that I love to do?

    This answer is guiding me to take my first tiny step.

    It may be something totally unexpected.

    It may be something I already know about.

    But it has this new feeling of excitment and calm and happiness all at the same time.

    I am living in a Universe Which Loves Me and  I am happy to live here.

    This feeling of newness surrounds me.

    I take it in with every breath.

    I love the direction this feeling is taking me.

    I will always follow the direction of newness and freshness and happiness.

    It is taking me where I can feel  uplifted.

    It is taking me in a new direction.

    It is taking me where I can do the things which are uplifting to me and to others.

    I am so grateful to find my way each day through inner listening.

  • Supportive

    Meditation Drawing 3.50 Supportive

    To achieve optimum success, we need supportive people around us.

    I have resisted this idea, having lived in isolation while overcoming the obstacles in my life.

    As I have gained new footing, I have been able to look out around me and to acknowledge my safe surroundings.

    My increasing strength has allowed me to move into the world with more and more confidence.

    With my new definition of who I am, I am able to live without fear for my survival.

    My healing work for myself has resulted in a body of work to help others heal themselves.

    The Universe has always provided the support I need.

    As I share my work, I gain increasing support.

    I am grateful for those who have been my companions as I keep taking my new tiny steps.

    Our desire to share the good that comes into our life allows us to continue receiving support.

    The right ideas and connections are continually attracted to this desire.

    The power of the deisre to receive and share good sets up an optimum flow.

    Resources appear from unexpected and surprising places.

    They fit together flawlessly.

    We must maintain our courage in order to keep moving forwad.

    The old habits and patterns are eroded by our advancing progress.

    Our optimum success is the uplfiting and healing of those who need our work.

    Our example shows that it can be done.

    Each of us has the ability to connect with the Divine and Its’ Power within us.

    Our deep, consistent inner listening provides this connection.

    Each step forward is not only for ourselves.

    We are increasing support for good in everyone who hears our healing messages.

    We can all be and do good.

    We can increase well-being for all as we move ourselves forward with our tiny steps.

    We are all that precious to the Universe.
